We took the tour rate of $150 for 7 days. This is an excellent park with first class activities, we could not fault anything and plan to return for a few months next winter.

Passport America rate. Convenient for I-5 but far enough away to be quiet. Big sites. $3 for Wi-Fi. New laundry and Showers. Friendly staff. Well kept park will stay again.

Mostly permanents here, the name should have warned us. Friendly staff, good sites, good wifi and cable, quiet, just stayed 1 night expensive at $34 a night so not good value, would try other parks before returning here because of price.

Very convenient off the I-5 with restaurants within walking distance, very quiet, just a one night stop over, concrete sites. Will stay again.

Passport America rate. We wanted a 1 night stopover. It was very quiet, good wifi big spaces, friendly staff, excellent value for money, will stop here again.

Great location right on the lake. The grounds look very tired, Wi-Fi was $3 a night for 1 pc only, in this day and age where 90% of commercial campgrounds now offer free Wi-Fi they are behind the times. We had a lakeside site but at $40 with no cable and no sewer it is over-priced in my opinion. And they don't read their own reviews: they still placed 2 cheap stickers on my rig and car that I can't get off without having to go buy some solvent. A bit more effort would make this a great place to stay.

PPA rate stayed 2 nights. The staff are friendly and helpful; however, their website is pretty useless. This is a no frills campsite but is quiet and in a very pretty riverside location with fishing, birdwatching, etc. It is ideal for exploring Sedona and surrounding area. There is no cable or Wi-Fi but plenty of over the air channels. We would stay again.

This resort is awesome. If a 15 rating was available, I would give it and all is just $20 PPA/Night. Facilities are excellent. The gym is huge, Sauna, pools, jacuzzi, bar and food are superb. Friendly staff, clean all around, and quiet, The only problem was we only stayed 3 nights. We intend to return and stay longer. This park is truly a gem and one of the best we have ever stayed at.

We stayed a week. This is well kept park with friendly staff. Cable and Wi-Fi good. Huge rig friendly, free coffee and donuts for breakfast, Oranges were just ready. Rig washing area. Laundry and Gym. We would have given a 10 except sites are gravel and train noise although distant can be irritating. We would definitely stay again.

This is a no frills park. Stayed a week. Very quiet. Pretty location next to a fishing lake, great area for bird watchers, and rural stores about 1 mile away. The park is open to the public, but gates are locked from 5pm to 8am; you get a key. Park staff keep the place very clean. No cable but about 15 over the air channels. Sites are narrow but with only 5 spaces taken this was not a problem, perhaps in July/August it could be. We would stay here again.

Entrance is not so obvious it is through a mall car park. Stores close by. Nice spacious sites with trees, easy access. Quiet and well maintained friendly staff.

Arrived after dark but campground well lit, good sized pull throughs. Road noise is loud until late and starts again very early so did not sleep well at all. Would not stay again for this reason.

Very quiet rural location but just a few minutes from the Interstate. Friendly and helpful staff, wide and spacious sites, some open others with trees, would stay again for sure.

Beautiful campground, friendly, quiet, clean and well maintained, wide concrete pads with lawn, excellent place to stay if you want to explore the area, will stay again on our way north.

A bit cramped and tight but manageable sites. Cable TV has only 5 snowy channels. WiFi took ages to set up and we had to call the provider to do so, when connected it was slow. Otherwise good for a nights stopover.
