We stayed here for a month. The reception staff are excellent, kind, courteous, and most helpful. The sites are private, wide, and well maintained. The whole campsite is clean and maintained well. We had an internet problem and was resolved it within 10 minutes. We had a lot of rain and there were some puddles where the truck was parked. Within half an hour new gravel was brought and the area leveled. Excellent service. This is a great park for kids and wildlife lovers. I will recommend this park to everyone.
One of the cleanest and best maintained parks we have been in. Friendly staff on hand all day, will even park your rig for you. Lovely beach area next to crystal clear river, plenty of shade, excellent WiFi. Peaceful and relaxing location. We will certainly stay here again.
We reserved full hook up, but this was a mistake. Most were very narrow and all faced the road and houses. They moved us to a water and power site at the other end of the park, which was infinitely better, wide and shady with a view of the river. Crowded at weekend, but quiet in the week. No cable or terrestrial TV. WiFi only works within sight of the office and is fairly slow, but works. Great for kids and tubing on the river.
For fairly remote and basic camping this is great park with friendly staff and awesome views. Good wide sites, new fast WiFi throughout the park, new shower block which we didn't use. Trees are not mature yet, so no shade except for the tent area. We would certainly use this campsite again.
We stayed here for a week in a pull through. They are not the widest sites, but they are well staggered so there was plenty of room for us to get the awning out. The park is in a great location with beaches on two sides and walking/biking trails from the park. It is a well kept park and very convenient, friendly staff, excellent Wi-Fi. Road noise reflects off a cliff face, however, it did not put us off and at night the road is quiet. We will definitely stay here again.
Mostly permanents here, the name should have warned us. Friendly staff, good sites, good wifi and cable, quiet, just stayed 1 night expensive at $34 a night so not good value, would try other parks before returning here because of price.
Great location right on the lake. The grounds look very tired, Wi-Fi was $3 a night for 1 pc only, in this day and age where 90% of commercial campgrounds now offer free Wi-Fi they are behind the times. We had a lakeside site but at $40 with no cable and no sewer it is over-priced in my opinion. And they don't read their own reviews: they still placed 2 cheap stickers on my rig and car that I can't get off without having to go buy some solvent. A bit more effort would make this a great place to stay.
PPA rate stayed 2 nights. The staff are friendly and helpful; however, their website is pretty useless. This is a no frills campsite but is quiet and in a very pretty riverside location with fishing, birdwatching, etc. It is ideal for exploring Sedona and surrounding area. There is no cable or Wi-Fi but plenty of over the air channels. We would stay again.
Passport America rate. Very friendly and helpful staff. A well maintained park, no cable but plenty of over the air channels. Wi-Fi strong but had to reconnect often. Road noise and aircraft noise until late, but hey this is Vegas!
This resort is awesome. If a 15 rating was available, I would give it and all is just $20 PPA/Night. Facilities are excellent. The gym is huge, Sauna, pools, jacuzzi, bar and food are superb. Friendly staff, clean all around, and quiet, The only problem was we only stayed 3 nights. We intend to return and stay longer. This park is truly a gem and one of the best we have ever stayed at.
We stayed a week. This is well kept park with friendly staff. Cable and Wi-Fi good. Huge rig friendly, free coffee and donuts for breakfast, Oranges were just ready. Rig washing area. Laundry and Gym. We would have given a 10 except sites are gravel and train noise although distant can be irritating. We would definitely stay again.
This is a no frills park. Stayed a week. Very quiet. Pretty location next to a fishing lake, great area for bird watchers, and rural stores about 1 mile away. The park is open to the public, but gates are locked from 5pm to 8am; you get a key. Park staff keep the place very clean. No cable but about 15 over the air channels. Sites are narrow but with only 5 spaces taken this was not a problem, perhaps in July/August it could be. We would stay here again.
A bit cramped and tight but manageable sites. Cable TV has only 5 snowy channels. WiFi took ages to set up and we had to call the provider to do so, when connected it was slow. Otherwise good for a nights stopover.
