Ask for the quieter side!  Indoor hot tub was very nice, pool was great.  Good lawn space for a pet. Stayed a week and had to ask for them to spray for ants, which was done promptly. No problem after that.  Lots of bike trails nearby. Part of a high end resort area, close to College of the Desert for a market.   Very, very helpful staff. A good favorite for us.

Stayed almost a week.  Quite quiet, big sites, great laundry (you don't have to buy a card in all parts of the park, ask which ones take coins), great showers, pool and hot tub.  Lawns are frequently wet from watering, so not nice for pets. Had a lemon tree and grapefruit tree on our site. Lovely plantings everywhere. Beautiful and luxurious!

South of Redding, on a river site, and we have declared this our favorite RV spot this year.  Good showers in the building, if a little cold at the end of November.  Very pleasant staff.  Good laundry.  Loved our spot's privacy, lawns for our doxie to run and the teasing squirrels that kept him happy.  Great memories, and we will be back soon.  We were here in March, too, so can say they are consistent. Wide paved roads, good dividers between sites, river access. Large property for walking.

Sardine parking spaces: our canopy couldn't go fully out without touching the pullout of the adjacent RV. On the other side, the canopy kept us covered when we set up our sewer and electric.  All this for resort prices because they have a pool, which didn't do us any good at the end of November.

Site was flooded and didn't drain well.  Wi-Fi was poor and office staff wasn't helpful, saying only that it worked throughout the park. We tried everywhere, and believe me, it didn't work well.  Highway noise. Good restaurant/pub set up, and they would deliver food to your unit.

This is conveniently located off the I-5, and was relatively quiet, although a train could be heard on occasion. It wasn't a big deal. The dog park is the best we've encountered in three weeks of camping. It was like a small park at the end of the RV section and our dog loved running around in it. There were trees and bushes as well as open areas where he could chase the ball. There was a communal area with a stove! We didn't use it, but wished we'd noticed earlier. Everything was just great.

We stayed three nights, thinking we'd stay only one! It was the quietest stay we've had this holiday: no trains, loud neighbors, noisy airports, busy highways. It has been wonderful! Our spot was close to the office, right on the lake. Wi-Fi was great and we had five devices with us that were sometimes almost all in play. NO problem. We didn't see the otters, but we did hear the frogs every night. The RV Park is close to Patrick Point State Park, and the owners will tell you how to make a shortcut through the woods to get there. The views are magnificent. We did a day trip down to Eureka, Ferndale, Loleta Cheese Factory, and a few other places that the owners kindly provided us with a list of suggestions. We enjoyed them all. This is a great spot!
