Very good passport off season park - which shows in rate, Clean and neat right near downtown and shore. Charge for cable, which we did not use, but DTV was adequate. Our site was on firm ground under a big tree whose shade helped off season temperatures. Staff very helpful. We would stay here again.
A great passport park in off season. Grounds were wet after rain and did not drain quickly. This is snowbird USA. A few overnight spots with an old gravel base - pretty much grassed over. Cable TV only with Comcast hook up and billing. Close to many restaurants and other as well as Walmart. Price is passport rate. Many DTV stations which gave good coverage. Lots of mobile homes and park models interspersed with open RV sites. We would stay here again in the off season.
Beautiful park overlooking river - parked forward to see water through windshield. Kind of lonely here before snowbirds arrive - which is why we're here before they arrive. Staff is friendly and helpful, but TV (using direct TV) is not in use during off season. Only have 4 local channels at this time. Was told and ads say great Wi-Fi, but none working - will tell manager as we leave, but not critical because our Verizon hot spot works well.
Excellent park, easily accessible with outstanding view of the Gulf. Very consistent gravel; looks like all 3/4 " diameter stones. Easy in and out; near everything but 100 miles or so to Key West. Rate includes Good Sam (or AAA) discount. Free 7th day if 6 day stay. Waterfront and water view sites are $100 and $85 before discount. Cable is fine with no Fox News which wife missed. Wi-fi was weak, but Verizon hot spot had strong 4g. Would stay here again.
New owners, as of 3 months ago, will be changing name within 1 year as per sales agreement. Beautiful grounds with concrete pads and lots of pull in sites overlooking lakes. Cute par 3 golf course but was closed while we were there for 2 nights. Only negative is - no internet at sites, but accessible at club house. NO FMCA discounts as on URL since the new owners.
Convenient to I-10 and TX/LA border. We arrived after/during super big rain and park was just receding from being flooded - - drained quickly and pad we used was somewhat elevated so above the water. WiFi was excellent (which is rare) and lack of cable was very well covered by exceptional DTV reception from about 20 channels with super clear reception. Staff was helpful. Our rating may be tarnished by the many hours of driving in heavy rain to arrive. Roads within were puddled but it is Louisiana.
A VERY good CG! Would stay here again! Easy entrance with line of lights to assist night arrivers. Good Wifi, TV, and gravel pull through sites - Walking distance to downtown in cooler weather. Excellent staff. Almost a 10, but those are rare in our estimation.
Good all around park with somewhat tight spaces. Staff must be in training or have a new computer system. Check-in was tedious. Wi-Fi good, cable good. Concrete pads - some of which are a bit narrow for my friends with multiple slides.
Good basic older (was) KOA! Still somewhat recovering from hurricane Katrina. Owners are presently absent because of health issues, but the manager was knowledgeable and very helpful. About 40 minutes from French Quarter, but good access to I-10 to I-12 for travel east or west. We would -- probably will --stay here again.
An OK park with gravel sites and lots of trees. Super helpful staff. Not elegant, but accessible and close to Interstate 10. Had a problem with our satellite antenna and they referred us to a repairman who fixed the problem so we didn't hit bridges as we traveled. We would stay here again and again.
We stayed here a few years ago in the full price section and it was great! Yesterday, we used Passport America for 1/2 price and were parked in back of the lot. The ground was too soft for jacks even with plates underneath. Cable TV required about 50 ft of cable because it was available only at the furthest next door site. It was adequate for our purpose because we stayed only 1 night to visit kin nearby. Many snowbirds which makes sense. April 4 is not quite out of season for them. Park honors Passport American from April 1 thru the start of their winter season.
Wi-fi was waiting for parts. Campground was very clean, and my wife told me that she believed the workcampers were the best we've ever had escort us, etc. In fact he returned and trimmed palm tree limbs from brushing against coach. Super clean and neat. Close to all of Naples.
Super convenient to I-75. Clean, with great staff. Will stay here again. Wish they had cable because we almost went 10 miles further to campground with cable, but decided TV hookup was not critical. Will stay here again UNLESS there is a MUST watch TV show, game, or program.
A very nice park with many amenities. Planning of sites can cause a problem by assigning too short a site for a larger RV. Wi-Fi at our site #76 was not usable - too slow with frequent disconnects - had to use our Verizon service. We were here at a rally. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Beautiful area.
A great overnight CG with easy access and near I-75. All systems work well and has a very helpful staff. Wi-Fi is good and front spots have excellent satellite sighting. No cable TV. Spots are level. Will stay here again.
Rate includes GS discount. Very nice setting on Mississippi River with good Wi-Fi and Direct ZTV signal/lock on. Super nice folks and not crowded. This place was flooded last year by very high waters, but has recovered very well. I was informed at check in, that the bathrooms were not the best because of the floods, so we avoided them. Love the setting watching barges and other less than 100 yards away from coach windshield.
A nice park, but not for the NEW large coach (over 40ft) owner/driver. Some needle threading required to pass through park on exit. People are great and facilities in good shape. WiFi ok and cable TV too. Easy access to interstates.
Very nice CG! Great people with good Wi-Fi and cable TV. Price includes Good Sam discount. Easy access on Route 66 and a few miles from the center of the US Native American World. Indian dances on the square every night at 7 PM during summer. Would stay here again.
$42 is for cash - extra with cc. Easy access, neat, clean, nice folks. Reverse snowbirds stay here a lot. They come up from 110 deg Tucson and Phoenix and cool off here during the summer. We would try to stay here when we come back through, but reservations are necessary because they fill fast. They just installed digital cable TV.
Excellent park in the heart of Kanab with easy access. Friendly and helpful people on staff. Parked under a tree but had satellite signal. Wi-Fi was OK but was weak around 5 PM - probably everyone was on at same time. Convenient to many places. We will stay here again next time in area.
This is a super RV Park with scenic view all around. In business since 1973 - seems like 1873 since the owners family has been here about that long. Across hwy 132 from Mt Lebo Scenic Loop - which has some way up views. Did use a cheater to get my 50 amps, but didn't push the power at all. Entry road is short but a bit twisty for big coaches - - but not any real threat. Five miles east of I-15 on hwy 132. A Good Sam park - Rate does not include GS discount. This would be a great place to "get lost" and meditate.
Restrictions on 10 year or newer MH in upper level. After discussing they allowed us 4 days in upstairs (restricted lot. Only RV park in Park City. Place is neat and clean - staff, when they're there are pleasant and helpful. Rate includes FMCA discount.
Very nice park - second time here. Got a small space because I called late for Memorial day weekend, but it fits with a shoehorn. I appreciate they offered spot to us or we would have been way out of desired area. Clean and neat and very good sign and escort employees. Super sharp guiding our back into site with good common sense. About 1 mile from Camping World.
New owners of this award winning park are RVers who do UNDERSTAND!! They recently added cable TV and are working (previous life as a contractor) to make the campground a super pleasurable place to stay for 1 or many nights. Sites are gravel and roomy. Decent restaurant next door and super convenient to I-70 as well as KS83 which we took from Kansas panhandle. Only reason not rated a 10 is because all changes aren't complete. PS. Owners live upstairs from office and encourage contact for whatever reason.
This is an OK park. It is well manicured with a bit of age: like all of us. It has level concrete pads: a bit broken, but OK. Internet is OK and cable is excellent. Friendly folks in office. Took a reservation with no deposit. Convenient to I-35 and Oklahoma City. Will stay here next time as well.
Excellent CG with friendly owner and other. Had an air problem on diesel and they found me a superb service which quickly fixed our problem. Passport, good sam, etc. Excellent cable and WiFi. Will stay here again.
Very nice place still under development. Closest decent park we've found near Brooksville. Gotta make reservations if arriving on weekends off season. Accepts many discount FMCA and other - -give 25% discount to FL residents fro daily and weekly. We will return
