We have already said in January that we will come back. Now we are here-and it is even better than in January. Many snowbirds have left the area and it's wonderfully quiet here. What remains is the friendliness of the managers to us - have received a friendly welcome - as before. Finally, we have forgotten to mention that the entire campground is very clean and well maintained, as well as the the pool and shower rooms -and access to the lake. We will definitely come back in the winter. There is no beautiful and better place where everything is all around: nature, peace, shopping and the price.

In this RV park there are 95% of permanent residents, half are full timer. Very nice people. It's quiet. Trees provide shade. There is access to the lake. Canoe free. In the club house, there are various activities: bingo, card games, sometimes with live music, dance, and other entertainment. There are two computers with internet access. You can borrow books and videos. Wi-Fi on the plots without problems and free. Heated pool. Full hook up with other words, it is all there. Walmart and other big stores 2 miles. We have for a week paid the weekly rate of $ 30. The owner is very nice and totally helpful. One should inquire prior to arrival by phone, whether sites are available. We have already booked May again.

The quiet campground is often used as a transit site. Near interstate 95. Big sides. The internet is free, but very slow. No pool. There are no activities available. Therefore, I feel the campground too expensive. For one night OK. But not more.

Already the first impression upon arrival is not good: the reservations office looks like an old tenement. The staff are friendly. On the plots, on the trails, on the lawn: all leaves are off the trees. Nobody cleans. Our picnic table was so dirty that we have exchanged him. We asked the front desk for a broom. The answer was that we have to buy one in Walmart. The Internet is free. But extremely slow. There was a bingo evening. The pool was open and clean. Nice people at the campground. The Campground is located about 400 yards from the highway. And he is on a busy street. Therefore, one should choose a parking space in the rear area. Then you can sleep at night. With around $ 40 the place is too expensive. $ 20 would be appropriate. We are traveling for 3 months through Florida. That was the worst campground. We will not recommend the KOA in Titusville and visit here any more.

This CG is perfect: has everything you need and is very close to Anna Maria Island. You can walk to go (15 - 20 minutes). The place is clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful. We will definitely come back.

To say it in advance: the campground is too expensive, overpriced. He has next to nothing. Except: Location, location, location. This is the only campground in Key West. The downtown, the ride is still a good 15 minutes by car. There are no alternatives and that the owner knows exactly. Depending on wind direction, the planes fly over the campground, park is under the flight path. The sites are small and cramped. The discharge from the neighbors is on the pitch of the nearest neighbor. The internet did not work. The description says: High speed internet. The wooden tables and wooden benches are old and partially decayed. Whether there is 50AMP pitches, we do not know. We booked in April, and there were only 30AMP available. We did not have a parking space on the waterfront. Nevertheless, even at night we heard the noise of Highway A1A. There is also no entertainment. As I said, the board offers nothing. Only a heated pool and that is OK. New campers are allowed at 7 clock in the morning on the tight space maneuvering, without regard to those who may want to sleep yet. We had planned to stay 21 days, but after 6 days we fled. We can not recommend this campground. Never go back.

That's the best campsite I have ever visited and I've been doing this for 55 years camping. The lady at emigrate was very friendly, the guests on the campsite are also very friendly. There are a lot of entertainment options. For example: dancing, bingo, card games, shuffleboard, and much more. There are two clubhouses. In a clubhouse there is a gym, a poker room, a computer room, 2 pool tables. There is a heated pool. Everything is new, clean, well maintained. No junk. We will definitely come back. If there are 5 star to a campsite, we give sixth.
