This is a very well maintained RV Resort, with helpful staff at check in. Roads are paved and the pads are concrete, our pad was a very level pull through and big rig access was good. Quiet, fairly private, plenty of space for the towed, no shade tree on our site but some sites do have shade trees, our RV faced north which kept our patio in the shade in the evening. Some grass between you and your neighbor and a picnic table set on a concrete patio. We had a wonderful view over the lake. Bathrooms were clean and the laundry was also clean and well equipped. There is a security gate which closes at 4pm each day, but you are given a gate code to come and go as you please. Fairly pet friendly but there is no designated dog walk or pick up bags and a strict pet policy is enforced. WiFi is poor but cell is good. Lowe's, Walmart and HEB are ten minutes away and there are plenty of local restaurants  and sightseeing close by. We would stay here again, however it is expensive particularly the lakeshore motor coach sites.

Yet another gem of a State Park. Very well maintained with helpful staff at check in. Roads and pads are asphalt. Our site required some leveling, big rig access was just adequate. We were here during the week and it was very quiet but at the weekends it does get busy. Lots of privacy with wonderful shade trees, fire ring, picnic table and plenty of space for the towed. Bathrooms were old, outdated and needed a good clean. Pet friendly and plenty of places to walk your pet. No WiFi but cell was okay. Apart from the historic site in the park, there is little to see or do in Jacksboro. We would stay here again.

Well maintained but rustic campground, with friendly staff at check in. Roads are paved and the long and level concrete pad was a pull through; big rig access was good. Very quiet and private with plenty of space for the towed, lots of shade trees, plenty of grass, a fire ring, grill and picnic table. The view over the water was very pretty. Bathrooms were clean but very old and needed updating. There was a small laundry with two washers and dryers, clean but very old and needed updating as well. A security gate was in use at night. Very pet friendly with plenty of places to walk your pets. No Wi-Fi but cell was good. Walmart is a short drive away in Demopolis. We would stay here here again. $12 the rate with a senior pass.

This is a very well maintained resort. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. Roads are paved and the pads are gravel. We pulled straight into our waterfront site and had a wonderful view over the beach, marina, and water. Big rig access is adequate but entry and exit is tight, and watch for the curb drop offs when entering your site. It seemed a lot of folk scuffed their tires badly, including us. Fairly quiet, the bridge noise did not bother us, but the Navy jets overhead were loud. Not a lot of privacy, space for the towed, no shade trees but a patch of grass and a picnic table. A lovely pool to cool off in. Bathrooms were spotless and the laundry was large and well equipped. Pet friendly, with a dog walk and pickup bags were provided. Wi-Fi and cell were good. Plenty of food stores. Publix is just down the road. Lots of wonderful restaurants and sightseeing close by. We would stay here again. It was close to everything and very relaxing watching the boats and barges going up and down the Intracoastal Waterway. An added advantage for the pull-in waterfront sites was that the sites faced north, so you had plenty of shade over your patio area in the hot afternoon and evening sun. However we did feel that it was expensive for the area.

This is a brand new RV Resort built in 2014, and more sites are being added to make a total of 30 sites. Friendly and helpful lady at check in. Roads are gravel and the level pads are gravel too with a brick paver patio, grill, and picnic table with an umbrella. Big rig access is good. Fairly quiet, but there is some noise from US Hwy 98 which runs in front of the resort. Not a lot of privacy, but plenty of space for the towed, and a small patch of grass that separates you from your neighbor. There is a small pool and a wonderful view over the water with a private 100 foot pier into the Bay. The Clubhouse is a nice touch. The bathrooms were exceptional, and the laundry was good but it needs more than one washer and one dryer!  Wi-Fi and cell were very good. Pet friendly with a free dog biscuit at check in. A few local food shops and restaurants are close by and lots of sightseeing in this wonderful area. However, while we would probably stay here again,we felt it was expensive for the area, too many kids during the vacation times, the adjacent run down campground was ugly, and there was no obvious place with enough space to unhook or hookup our towed. It was an issue with a 40-footer, but smaller rigs might not have a problem.

This is a lovely and well maintained State Park, lots of space between RVs, sites wide and long, enough space for a towed so no need to unhook if you are here for just one night. Very quiet with plenty of shade trees, so privacy and shade in the summer heat. Barbecue and picnic table. Bathrooms are old but clean, and there are a couple of washers and dryers located outside the bathrooms. Water and electric but no sewer. There is a security gate that closes at 10 PM each  night, and you are issued a gate code. Pet friendly and plenty of trails to walk your pets. No Wi-Fi or cell. Lots of food stores (Publix) and places to eat in St Mary's, and plenty of sightseeing close by. We would stay here again.

This is a very well maintained and very unique place, adults only and just 3 RV sites. Staff were helpful and friendly at check in. Just drive onto your sand site straight off the main road, traffic has to be stopped on the main road for you, just one of the quirks of this unique place. Remember to unhook your towed just up the road at an old garage. Fairly quiet, not a lot of privacy, space to park the towed, lovely landscaping, barbecue, plenty of places to sit and take in the wonderful view of the water. Road can be a little noisy during the day, but is quieter at night. Full hookups, 50 amp, no pull-throughs, big rig access is okay, spotless bathrooms, no laundry, very pet friendly, and very laid back. Wi-Fi poor but cell good. Lovely fishing pier and The Hideaway Tiki Bar right on the water, open 4-9 PM but closed on Wednesdays. Lots of local  restaurants, but only one small grocery store, stock up in Chiefland before you arrive; they have Walmart, Winn Dixie.  We would stay here again.

This is a very well maintained resort, with full hookups, friendly staff at check in and an escort to take us to our site. Roads are paved. We had a lake front site and pulled straight in, the pad was asphalt, it was long and level, however there was not enough space for our towed, so we had to park it elsewhere. Big rig access was good. Fairly quiet and the road noise from Hwy 20 was minimal. Immaculate grounds with lush green grass, wonderful landscaping, pad for a picnic table, fire ring and a lovely lake. A pool, spa, playground and miniature golf are also on site. The bathrooms were spotless. Very pet friendly with a great dog walk and pick up bags. WiFi and cell were good. Daily trash pickup from your site. Sisters is a lovely little town, with great shops, restaurants and sightseeing close by. We would stay here again.

This is a very well maintained, well managed and spotlessly clean Resort. Staff were helpful and friendly at check in. Roads are paved. Sites are concrete, ours was a pull through and very level. Big rig access was good. Very quiet with plenty of space around the RV to park the towed. The landscaping is wonderful, plenty of shade trees, grass  and shrubs between each site with a table and chairs on the concrete patio. The pools and spas are spotlessly clean and have a lovely view from the deck. The lakes and ponds are stocked for catch and release fishing. Bathrooms and laundry are the cleanest I have ever seen, well equipped and well thought out. Pet friendly and lots of places to walk your pet, or let them run free in the Dog Park, pick up bags are every where, and they do have a strict pick up after your pet policy. WiFi is marginal  but cell is good. Plenty of food stores, restaurants and sightseeing are close by. We would stay here again.

What a gem! This is a very well maintained State Park, with very friendly and helpful staff at check in. Roads and sites are paved. Our site was level, very long and very wide, big rig access was good. Quiet, with privacy and space around the RV, plenty of space for the towed. Picnic table, fire ring and grill all in a wonderful desert setting, with incredible views to the Superstition Mountains, the Hosts were constantly cleaning and raking around the sites, they do a great job of keeping the Park immaculate. The bathrooms were clean. Pet friendly and lots of wonderful trails to walk your pet. No WiFi but cell was good. Safeway and Bashas' are about 5 miles down the road and there are a  couple of restaurants about 5 minutes from the Park. We were here during the week when it was quiet, but we were told that it gets very busy at the weekend.  We would stay here again.

What a gem! At 4,900 feet and set in 4000 acres of high desert scrub this is a very well maintained State Park. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in, and the hosts came to our site to check on us as well. Roads and sites are paved. The sites were level, and pull through, big rig access was good. Very quiet, lots of space and privacy between sites, ample space for the towed, picnic table, grill, with wonderful desert views.  Bathrooms were spotless. Pet friendly and plenty of places to walk your pet, but there are sticker burrs in the scrub, so better to stay on the paved road with your pet. No WiFi or sewer as per most State Parks. 1-40 is close by, and the town of Winslow is about 4 miles down the road, it has Safeway and Walmart. Winslow is a neat little town, with historic Route 66 and of course the famous "Standin' on the Corner", well worth seeing if you are a fan of The Eagles. Not a lot to see at the Homol'ovi Ruins, but the walk to and from them was lovely. As all the previous reviewers have said, this is a hidden jewel, and few folk were here on our visit, such a shame. We would stay here again.

This is a very well maintained Resort, helpful and friendly hosts guided us to our site, then took care of registration at our site as well. Roads are a mixture of concrete and gravel. Sites are course gravel with concrete patios. There are large pull through sites and huge back in sites. Big rig access is a little tight but do able, just take it easy. Very quiet, lots of privacy around the RV with hedges and shade trees between sites, and plenty of space for the towed. There is a wonderful view over to the mountains and the desert landscaping is lovely. The bathrooms and laundry are clean and well equipped. Very pet friendly with a cute dog run and pick up bags. WiFi and cell were good. There is also a heated pool, so you can swim year round. Its an easy drive to Laughlin  with plenty of restaurants and casinos. This Resort is very popular with the Snowbirds and we can see why. We would stay here again.

This is a well maintained and clean campground, with friendly staff at check in. Roads are wide and paved. Pull through pads are gravel, with side by side hookups, big rig access was good. Road noise was minimal, some space around the RV so we could park the towed, a few shade trees and grass between each site, but no picnic table. Bathrooms and laundry were clean and well equipped. Pet friendly with pick up bags. WiFi and cell were good. Lots of food stores and restaurants close by. We would stay here again, it was easy in and out, and although this is not a destination resort, it is fine for a one night stopover, but no more than that.

This is a very well maintained resort located in the marina, however no sites have full hookups. Staff was friendly at check in, and helpful when we had to move to another site. Roads are paved, and the pads are gravel, nice and wide, and long enough for our Motorhome, some leveling was required. We pulled straight into a wonderful water front view. Big rig access was good. Quiet with plenty of space around the RV for the towed and a picnic table, some sites have shade trees, others do not. Bathrooms and laundry were clean and well equipped. The park is very secure with a security gate 24/7 and is patrolled at night. Lots of places to walk your pet and pick up bags too. WiFi and cell were good. All the major stores and restaurants are close by. We would stay here again, it was fascinating watching the small boats and huge ships in the deep water channel of the Delta.

Fairly well maintained campground. Roads and site are gravel, so very dusty. Site was barely adequate for our 40 foot motor home, narrow roads, tight turns, no room to park our towed and side to side hookups. A few shade trees, a little patch of grass here and there. Bathrooms were clean and there was a security gate 24/7. WiFi  and cell were patchy. Food stores, restaurants and sightseeing are close by. This is a typical KOA and very over priced.  We would only stay here again if absolutely desperate. Stay here if you want to park in the middle of a kids playground.

Well maintained campground, with helpful staff at check in. Roads are paved. Pads are paved with long and level pull throughs. Big rig access was marginal, a little tight pulling in and out of our site. It's a small campground, and when we were there in late October, only 6 of the sites were occupied, so it was very quiet, the campground closes in mid November. There was space around the RV, so no need to unhook your towed if you are there for just one night. A few trees and grass between each site, no picnic table. No view as such, but it's in a very pretty setting. The bathrooms and laundry were spotless. WiFi was good but there was no cell. Food stores and restaurants are not close by, but lots of sightseeing is. We would stay here again, it's hard to find a decent place to stay along Hwy 101, and we were very pleasantly surprised with this campground.

This is a well maintained RV Park, with very helpful and friendly staff at check in. Roads are paved. Sites are paved, level, long and wide, with enough space so that we did not have to unhook our towed. Big rig access was good. Fairly quiet, we heard little road noise. Not a lot of privacy around our RV and the landscaping was minimal, no shade trees, grass, or picnic table, but there was a view over Coos Bay, no access to the water, but it was interesting  watching the boat traffic. Bathrooms were spotless and the laundry clean and well equipped. Small pet walk with pick up bags. WiFi and cell were good. Food stores, restaurants and sightseeing are close by. We did not go to the Casino, but we would certainly stay here again, it's the best in the area, easy in and out, and perfect for a one night stopover, or for a couple of days sightseeing.

Very well maintained resort, with friendly and helpful staff at check in. Roads are paved. Pads are concrete and are long, wide and level. We pulled straight into our site and had a superb view of the ocean, for one whole day, until the fog rolled in! Big rig access was good. Very quiet with plenty of space and privacy around our RV, lots of space for our towed. The landscaping is lovely, with lush green grass between each site and a picnic table. There is a huge club house, with an indoor pool, spa and gym. Bathrooms  are spotless and spacious, and the laundry clean and very well equipped. There is a security guard and gate 24/7. Very pet friendly with pick up bags and access to a wonderful beach to walk the pets on. WiFi was poor but cell fine. Shops, restaurants and sightseeing are close by. We were here in late October and felt the price was way too high, the resort has 252 sites and only 25 sites were occupied while we were there. The lots are privately owned, and if the owner arrives, you will have to vacate the site. This is all about location, the beach and stunning views, so yes, we would stay here again

This is a well maintained but rustic campground, staff friendly and helpful at check in. The roads are gravel. The pad was gravel, long and level. Big rig access was adequate. There is some road noise, and space around our RV was tight but we managed to squeeze our towed in at the end of our site. No shade trees, some grass between each site, and a picnic table. There are a lot of long term residents but their sites were clean and tidy. Bathrooms were old but clean and the laundry small but adequate. Pet friendly, but no dog walk. WiFi and cell okay. Food stores, restaurants and sightseeing are close by. We would stay here again, it's not a destination resort, but fine for a one night stopover or longer to do some sightseeing.

This is a well maintained resort, with full hookups and friendly helpful staff at check in. Roads are paved, pads are concrete, long, level and pull through. Big rig access is adequate. Fairly quiet, although there is some noise from the trains and planes in the area. Not a lot of privacy, space around the RV was a little tight, just enough to park our towed. Grass between sites, some shade trees, picnic table, and a walk down to the river. There are a lot of long term residents, but all their sites were tidy, and they were friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms and laundry were clean and well equipped. Pet friendly but very few places to actually walk your dog. WiFi and cell were fine. There are plenty of food stores, restaurants and sightseeing close by. We would stay here again.

This is a well maintained rustic campground, with full hookups and friendly helpful staff at check-in. Roads are gravel, and the pull-through gravel pad was level; big rig access was good. Very quiet, space for the towed, some shade trees. The campground is mainly for long-term residents, who keep their sites neat and tidy. They are on the perimeter of the campground, and there are 4 sites for overnighters in the middle of the campground. Two separate bathrooms with showers were old but clean. No laundry. Wi-Fi was marginal but cellular service was good. This is a nice little town: a small food store and a couple of places to eat, just five minutes from the campground. This is a no frills park, but it's right in the middle of town, easy in and out, and when heading north on 39, there are very few decent places to stop. We were pleasantly surprised by this campground and would stay here again.

This is an adequately maintained campground, with a rude and surly woman at check in. Roads are paved. The concrete pads are cracked but level/ The width is just adequate, but trees intrude into the space making it difficult to get slides out. We had to change sites and it was a slight improvement. The length is just adequate for a big rig with a towed. Big rig access is also just adequate. Very quiet, not a lot of space or privacy around the RV, a few shade trees, and a pretty view out to the mountains. Bathrooms were clean and the laundry clean and well equipped. There are a lot of long term residents, but all their sites were clean and tidy. Pet friendly with a dog walk and pick up bags. Wi-Fi and cell good. Walmart and Safeway are close by, but few good restaurants. This campground has not been well planned for RVs as the utilities and trees are all in the wrong place. This is not a destination resort, fine for a one night stopover, but no more than that. We would stay here again, but in a different site.

This is a well maintained rustic campground, with some full hookups, helpful and friendly staff at check in. Roads are paved, back-in pad was gravel and level. Big rig access was adequate. Quiet, not a lot of space around the RV, and parking for our towed was tight. Not a lot of privacy and the RV's are fairly close to each other. Lots of shade trees, so not all sites are satellite friendly. Grass between sites, with barbecue, and picnic tables. We had just a peek of a view to the lake. Bathrooms were large and spotless and the laundry large, clean, and well equipped. Pet friendly with a large pet walking area and pick up bags. There is a charge of $3 per day for WiFi. Lee Vining is a nice little town with a few good local restaurants and plenty of things to see and do in the area.  We would stay here again.

Very quiet and peaceful, space around the RV for the towed, some privacy, lots of shade trees, barbecue, and picnic table. The pool and spa are great and the wonderful views to the mountains are just breathtaking. The bathrooms are basic but clean, and the laundry is small but well equipped. There is a large dog walk with pickup bags. WiFi and cell are good. Lone Pine is a great little town with food stores, restaurants, and sightseeing close by. We would stay here again, it's perfect for a one night stopover or for a few days to explore this interesting area.

This is a very well maintained gated RV Resort, with full hook ups and helpful staff at check in. Roads are paved. The gravel pad is long, level and pull through, and big rig access is good. Fairly quiet, and the freeway noise is minimal. Plenty of space for the towed so no need to unhook,; however, there is not a lot of privacy around the RV. A few shade trees, barbecues, and picnic tables were placed around the resort. Bathrooms were very poor. We expected much better from a resort like this. The laundry rooms were small and just about adequate. They are pet friendly with a dog walking area. We did not use Wi-Fi but cell was good. A heated swimming pool, huge clubhouse, billiard room, and library are also available. There are plenty of food stores, restaurants, and sightseeing close by. We would stay here again. It is good for a one night stopover or longer.

WiFi and cell are good. This is a great place to stop for overnight. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The campground caters mainly to long term residents, but has a large separate section for the overnighters. Very easy on and off the 1-10. The pad is paved  and is wide long and level. Some are back in and some are pull through. Big rig access is good. Very quiet, plenty of space around the RV to park the towed, privacy, lovely shade trees, barbecue, picnic table, and incredible views of the mountains. The bathrooms are new and spotless. This is a small and very well maintained city park with full hook ups. A friendly and helpful host checked us in at the cute front office. The road is paved, and the very long, level, pull through pad is gravel with plenty of space for the towed, so no need to unhook the towed if you are here for just one night. Big rig access is good. Very quiet, space around the RV, a few shade trees, grass between sites, and a picnic table. The bathroom and separate shower room are clean, and the laundry room is large and well equipped. WiFi and cell are good. The police department is just over the road, so that adds to the sense of security. Wonderful local restaurants, shops, and  plenty of sightseeing in the area. The walk along by the river is very pretty and great for walking your pets. We have stayed here twice and will do so again; it's a wonderful campground in a wonderful area.

Fairly quiet, limited privacy, space around the RV, a few shade trees, grass, fire pit, picnic table, and we had a Gold site with a large deck and a view over the lake. The bathrooms and laundry are clean and well equipped. Security gate. Plenty of places to walk your pets. WiFi and cell are good. Plenty of food stores, restaurants and sightseeing close by.  However it is overpriced for a city park. You can choose your site on line. We would stay here again.

A few shade trees, and a picnic table. Bathrooms are spotless and the laundry clean and well equipped. There is a very large social room, great for rallies. Wi-Fi and cell are good. This is a very well maintained resort, restricted to Class A only 35ft or longer diesel pushers, set in the beautiful resort of Rumbling Bald on 3000 acres. The road is paved and there is good security. All sites are fully concrete, level and pull in, most sites face a lovely lake, big rig access is good. Very quiet with plenty of space and privacy around the RV. The landscaping is wonderful with plenty of shade trees and shrubs which adds to the sense of privacy, some sites have gazebos, swings, decks etc. and we had a lovely view over the lake. Fun to watch the geese and their babies. There are no laundry or bathroom facilities. Wi-Fi and cell are good. You can view their website for photos of each lot you might want to stay on. There is a supermarket with diesel not too far away from the resort as well as local restaurants. We highly recommend Huckleberry's, a two minute walk from the resort, wonderful food, attentive staff and great ambience. Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and Asheville are great for sightseeing. The resort has so many activities, golf, tennis, pools, hiking, lake cruises, as well as a couple of restaurants. However, there is 20 miles of fairly narrow country roads to get to the resort. There is no cable and the registration and check in process is somewhat disorganized. We would stay here again.

This is a very well maintained campground, set in manicured grounds in a park like setting, with full hookups, and helpful friendly staff. Roads are paved as are the pads and there is a security gate at night. The pads are level, long and wide with plenty of space for the RV and towed. Big rig access is very good. Peaceful and quiet, but fairly open so not a lot of privacy, shade trees in some sites, lots of grass, fire ring, charcoal grill, picnic table and a lovely view of the lake. Trash pick up from your site.  The bathrooms and laundry are clean and well equipped. Plenty of wonderful paved trails to walk your dog as well as lots of pick up bags. WiFI is very slow but cell is good. There are lots of activities here for kids to enjoy as well as a wonderful pool.  Plenty of food stores, restaurants and sightseeing not too far away. This is a small, rustic, family owned campground, with Highway 72 running along one side of the campground. Full hookups and helpful friendly staff at check in. Road and pad are gravel, our pull through site is fairly level, but barely long or wide enough. Big rig access although doable, but is tight. Some noise from the highway. Plenty of grass. Picnic table and fire ring, but no shade trees. Bathrooms and laundry are old, basic but clean. Small dog run. Wi-Fi is very slow, but cell is good. We would stay here again. This is a very well maintained campground, with full hookups, very friendly and helpful staff at check in. Road is paved and the level pads are concrete. Only 55 sites, some are back in and the others are pull in. Big rig access is good. Very quiet, with plenty of space and privacy around the RV. The landscaping is lovely, but as yet too small to give any shade. All sites have a picnic table. We had a wonderful view over the French Broad River. Bathrooms are spotless and the laundry is large, well equipped and clean. There is a dog walk with pick up bags, and video surveillance 24/7 which adds to a sense of security.  Wi-Fi and cell are good. A pool and exercise room are also available. This is a great location close to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg  and the Great Smokey Mountains National Park; however, the area is notorious for its nightmare traffic and crowds. This is a very well maintained campground, with full hookups and friendly staff at check in. Road is paved and the level pull through pad is concrete, but with our 40 foot motor home and towed it was just adequate in length. Big rig access is good. Very easy to get in and out from the I-95, but far enough away to be quiet. Space and some privacy around the RV, picnic table, no shade trees but plenty of shrubs and grass. Bathrooms are spotless and the laundry is large and very well equipped. Pet friendly with a large dog run and pick up bags. Wi-Fi and cell are good. Lovely pool and hot tub. This is a real gem. A small campground with only 44 sites set in a 1100 acre county park. Very well maintained with full hookups and friendly helpful hosts who escort you to your site and help in any way possible. The road is paved and the pad is asphalt. Sites are unlevel and they do slope, just make sure to ask for a level site when you make a reservation, this is a popular place, and gets booked up quickly. Most of the sites are back ins, and big rig access is good. Very quiet, with space and some privacy around the RV, lots of wonderful mature shade trees, grass, picnic table, and we had a lovely view into the woods and across fields. There is no laundry and the rustic bathrooms are old but clean. The off leash dog park is large with plenty of space for the dogs to run around, and there are pick up bags all around the campground. The bike trails and walking paths are lovely, along with tennis, golf, horse stables, pool etc. The park is located off 1-40, but we heard no traffic noise at all, and no motorcycles are allowed in the park or campground. Five minutes from the grocery store and ten minutes to Winston Salem. Wi-Fi and cell are good. We would definitely stay here again. It's a wonderful campground  open from March 1st to December 1st, and set in beautiful manicured grounds.

This is a large and well maintained campground, with full hookups and friendly and helpful staff. One side of the campground fronts the beach and ocean and gets very busy with lots of unsupervised kids, bikes, scooters, and golf carts. The smaller campground fronts the sound which is slightly quieter. However, it's very windy which ever side of the campground you choose. Road is paved, and there is a security gate on the ocean side. Level cement back in pad not overly wide, but big rig access is good. There is space around the RV but not a lot of privacy. No shade trees so it could get pretty hot. Plenty of grass and picnic table. Bathrooms and laundry are basic but clean on the oceanside; much newer and nicer on the sound side. Plenty of places to walk your dog. WiFi and cell are good. Stock up with groceries before you arrive. There are some wonderful restaurants in the area and some great sightseeing too. We would stay here again, but not on holiday weekends. As other people have mentioned there is an extra daily charge for cable, pets, etc. so this does add to the nightly cost.

This is a well maintained campground with full hookups and friendly staff that checked us in.The road is paved, but the pads are grass. There is security at the front gate. The pads are level, some pull through and some back in. This is an older campground which isn't as big rig friendly and access is tight. Fairly quiet, but not a lot of privacy around the RV, a few shade trees, plenty of grass and a picnic table. We were on a slight hill, so we were lucky enough to get a view of the water. There is a trash pick up from your site. The bathrooms and laundry are spotless. Very dog friendly, but they are very strict on the pick up after your pet policy, and so there are plenty of pick up bags on most corners. However, we did find that the grass had lots of burrs in it. The beach access is great  and just steps from your RV. Cell is fine, but any extras such as WiFi, 50amps, or pets are extra per day which does add to the nightly cost. There are plenty of food stores, restaurants, and sightseeing close by. Without a doubt this is the best campground in the area. It gets pretty hectic at the weekend but is very quiet during the week. We would stay here again.

This is a well maintained campground located within a county park, with full hookups and helpful friendly staff. Roads are paved and the pad is hard packed dirt. There is a security gate at night. Some sites are back in and others are pull through; big rig access is fair. Quiet, with some space around the RV but not much privacy. There are shade trees, grass, and a picnic table.  The bathrooms are clean and modern but the laundry which is located outside is dirty, and the machines are old and covered in dust, with few clean places to wash or fold clothes. In hot weather this would be unbearable, no a/c and lots of bugs! There is a large off-leash dog park with access to the water. Plenty of recreation is available within the park along with lots of lovely bike and walking trails. The few planes that did fly over the campground did not bother us at all. Wi-Fi is good but cell service marginal. Publix, restaurants, and great sightseeing are close by, one of the perks of this campground, and probably why it is so popular. We would stay here again, however we would pick a better site next time.

What a gem. This is a beautifully maintained state park that borders the Skidaway narrows, a part of Georgia's Intracoastal waterway with 87 pull through sites. Some have 30 amps the rest are 50 amps. The road is paved and the level pad is hard sand. We found big rig access to be okay, anything over 40 feet might be a bit tight, but we had no problems, and have certainly been in tighter spots. Very quiet with plenty of space and privacy around the RV, wonderful Spanish moss draped live oaks, lots of wildlife to watch, concrete pad with a picnic table and fire ring. There is water and electric but no sewer. No satellite or Wi-Fi but there is a good phone signal. Bathrooms and laundry are clean, modern and well equipped. Lots of trails to walk your dog and plenty of pick up bags too. Only 15 minutes from Savannah, on a 4 lane highway, so food stores, restaurants and wonderful sightseeing are not far away. Staff were helpful and there is a security gate. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an elegant Class A motor coach resort, with full hookups. The staff are friendly and helpful. The roads are paved, and the long, level, wide pads are stained concrete. Big rig access is excellent. Security is good, and you have your own personal gate card. Very quiet with lots of space and privacy around your RV, with lush tropical landscaping. Our site had a fire pit and a wonderful gazebo with a pretty view overlooking a lake with fountains. The bathrooms and laundry are spotless and well equipped. Very pet friendly with a fenced in dog run and pick up bags. Curb side trash pick up.  WiFi and cell are good. This resort offers so many things: clubhouse, media room, sauna, pools, fitness center, sport court, & game room, to mention just a few. Lowe's, Walmart, Publix, good restaurants, & a veterinarian are not far away. We would stay here again.

Very well maintained campground, with 324 full hook ups and nicely angled sites with helpful and friendly staff at check in. Road is paved, and the pull through pad is long, level, and paved. We did not have to unhook our towed.  Big rig access is good with plenty of space around the RV but not a lot of privacy, small trees as yet too small to give any shade, grass and picnic tables between sites, no views. Bathrooms are clean; I did not use the laundry.  WiFi and cell are good. This campground really has it all and is really more for families and kids with its resort style pool, tiki bar, fishing ponds, water park, chalets, cabins, and grocery store. However, the strict 10:30pm curfew for the kids was never enforced. There are lots of restaurants and sightseeing close by. For us it was fine as a one night stopover, but we found it much too big and impersonal, with lots of activities we did not want or need.

Very clean and well maintained ownership resort, helpful and friendly at check in. The road is paved and there is a security gate from 5pm onwards each night. The concrete pad is level with a front drive in, big rig access is good. It was quiet when we were here, but it's very popular with snowbirds, so could get crowded and noisy. Plenty of space around the RV but not a lot of privacy, no shade trees, grass or picnic table, however the landscaping around the resort is lovely with palm trees, shrubs and colorful plants. Some of the sites have patio furniture, fireplace and barbecue, ours did not. The view from our RV is onto the pool, patio, spa and small putting green. The bathrooms are large and spotless, and the laundry is clean and well equipped. We would have appreciated a small dog walk, as there really is nowhere to walk a dog, and the long list of pet rules seems a little aggressive, however, there are pick up bags available. Trash is collected daily from your site. WiFi and cell are good. There are food stores and restaurants close by, Wal-Mart and Lowe's are just down the road and plenty of sightseeing in the area. The entry road to the resort was a little rough and the signage to the resort was very poor, we only saw one tiny blue sign on the main road. There was no lighting to the entrance at night, making it a little difficult to turn safely into the security gate area. We would stay here again.

This campground is a little on the rustic side, however a very pleasant and helpful owner checked us in. Road and pad are gravel and do need some work, but it is the end of the season. Pull through was level but big rig access was just okay with a couple of tight turns to the pull throughs. Despite what one reviewer stated, the road which is a two lane country road, was never busy and never noisy. The view from our RV was distant mountains and water. Bathrooms were old but clean. Nice little dog walk with pick up bags. Wi-Fi and cell are great. Food stores are limited, so bring your own groceries and there are not a lot of places to eat but this is a great base for sigh seeing. We would stay here again. Rate reflects 20% discount for the end of season, this is a seasonal campground and closes on November 1st.

Very well maintained campground. Friendly and helpful at check in. Road and pad are gravel. Level pull through, but only just long enough for our 40 foot motor home and towed, big rig access is good. Very quiet, lots of space and privacy around the RV with wonderful views of the mountains. We had a premium site that had a concrete patio, lovely landscaping that gave you privacy, a barbecue, fire pit, wooden seats and lovely patio furniture. The whole campground has plenty of shade trees and grass. The laundry is large, spotless and well equipped. The bathrooms are just okay and the showers needed a good clean. There is a dog walk area with pick up bags, and plenty of other places to walk in the campground, but you do have to watch for the pine sap that can be very sticky on your dogs feet. Wi-Fi and cell are good. There is a game room, pool and small cafe that serves breakfast and dinner in season. This is a seasonal campground and is only open from May 1st to September 31st. We would stay here again. Our rate reflects a special deal, stay 2 nights and get one free.

Very well maintained campground. Road is paved but the pull through pad is gravel, big rig friendly. Very quiet, plenty of space around the RV. No shade trees but lots of grass and a picnic table,. Wonderful views from every window of the RV. The bathrooms are spotless and there is a large and well equipped laundry. There is a large pet walk as well as plenty of places to walk your dog. Wi-Fi is just about acceptable but no cell. There are a few local places to eat, and a small supermarket, which is very poor with little on the shelves and very high prices. This is the ideal spot from which to visit Glacier and Waterton. We would stay here again. Rate reflects KOA discount.

Very well maintained campground, with helpful and friendly check in. Road and pad are gravel, with level and long pull throughs, good big rig access. Very quiet, with space and privacy around the RV, lots of shade trees, grass, picnic table, fire ring and deer that wander through the property. Wonderful views from the RV of the mountains and the Wind river. Bathrooms and laundry are spotless. Lovely dog walk with pick up bags. Wi-Fi and cell are great. The lovely town of Dubois is just three miles down the road, with a few food stores and some nice places to eat. The Cowboy Cafe has good food, wonderful pies, and friendly folk. This campground is open all year, we loved it here and can highly recommend it. Rate reflects Good Sam discount.

Very well maintained campground. Just pick your own site and a lady comes around and collects the money. The dirt road to the campground is very dusty. Wish we had unhooked our towed before we got to the campground. The whole of the campground is rock but is not dusty, level pads with long pull throughs and very big rig friendly. It was quiet and the few distant trains did not bother us at all. Plenty of space around the RV and the sites are nicely angled. There are no shade trees or grass. Bathrooms and laundry are clean. Wi-Fi and cell are excellent. The town of Liberal has all the stores you need, including a Walmart. This is a great place for a one night stopover, and we would stay here again. The owners have worked hard to make this a wonderful campground.

Very friendly owner checked us in, we just picked the site that we wanted. Road and pad are gravel so a little dusty. Long pull through sites and big rig friendly. Very easy on and off the freeway and despite being close to the freeway the noise is not too bad. Plenty of space and grass around the RV with a picnic table. Bathrooms are old but fairly clean, however no soap or paper towels, and we felt that this campground could really do with some TLC. WiFi and cell are slow. This campground seems to have mainly permanent residents, however they do keep their sites neat. This is a good place for an overnight stop and we would stay here again. Very well maintained campground, helpful and friendly check in. The road is gravel but gets watered down each day, so there is no dust. The pad is a long and level pull through, with good big rig access. It's far enough away from a main road to be quiet both night and day. Lots of space around the RV with a small privacy fence and table. Lovely landscaping with plenty of trees and grass. The campground has an old ranch theme, with lots of old equipment set in open grassy area, plenty of wild life with birds and rabbits. Pretty views from our RV and there is a small cemetery down one side of the campground. Bathrooms are spotless and the laundry is clean and well equipped, there is also a small exercise room. Small dog run with pick up bags at the office. WiFi and cell are good. Albertsons and Wal-Mart are just down the road, as well as lovely local restaurants. We would stay here again. Plenty of space and privacy around the RV, a few trees but not a lot of shade. Plenty of grass, covered picnic table, and wonderful views all around. Bathrooms are old but clean. WiFi and cell are good. HEB, Wal-Mart and Lowes are about 3 miles away, as are some wonderful restaurants, and plenty of sightseeing. This park has security gates, both night and day. Not a lot of space or privacy around the RV, there are a few trees, some grass with lots of sticker burrs for your dogs feet and an old picnic table. Some traffic noise from the main road. Bathrooms and laundry are old, basic but clean. There is a small dog walking area. WiFi and cell are good. Wal-Mart, HEB and restaurants are a few miles away. Quiet with space and privacy around the RV, a few trees, grass between sites and a picnic table. Bathrooms and laundry are clean and well equipped. Dog walk area. WiFi and cell are good. Food stores and restaurants are in Carlsbad, about 18 miles away. The barbecue dinners delivered to your site are very good. We felt that it was expensive for what it offered. There were quite a few oil field workers here, and a very pungent odor from the oil operations in the area. There is not a lot of choice in the area for overnight camping. This is the second time we have stayed here, and would do so again. Rate reflects KOA discount.

This is a well maintained campground with friendly and helpful staff at check in, who made sure we had just the site we wanted. Wide concrete access roads, some sites are concrete and some are gravel, which are alway raked after each site is vacated. There is a trash pick up each morning from your site. Very big rig friendly, our site was very wide, plenty of space for a 40 foot motor home and towed, as well as a picnic table. Very quiet, lots of space around the RV, views are limited, but from our motor home we could see the mountains. The laundry is huge and has plenty of washers and dryers, but a little on the expensive side to use. The bathrooms are spotless. There is a dog walk with pick up bags and a dog wash too. WiFi and cell are good. Restaurants and Wal-Mart are a few miles away in Truth or Consequences. The new owner is making lots of improvements, new landscaping which will be wonderful when a little more mature and will give more privacy around your site, a new pool and rec. room are still to come. However, from a motor home perspective the new owner has not always taken advantage of the locations views of the surrounding mountains, with very few of the sites affording motor homes any sort of view. WiFi and cell are good. It's mainly permanent residents who live here, with a few spare sites for overnighters. The town is small but there is a Safeways for food shopping and a few local places to eat. Avoid Trailriders, its dirty, bad service and really bad food. This is a very unique campground, set amongst red rock formations in a desert wilderness. Water, 50 amps, but no sewer. Road and pad are gravel so dusty, but not all the pads are level. Pull throughs with good big rig access. Very quiet with plenty of space and privacy around the RV, covered picnic table, barbecue and fire ring but no shade trees. The views of the red rocks from our RV are breathtaking. Bathrooms are old and need a good clean. No Wi-Fi but cell is good. Overton is about 18 miles away, there is nothing there, so stock up with groceries before you arrive. There is lots to see and do in this spectacular area. We would stay here again. Very well maintained campground. Gravel road and pad, with level pull through and big rig access. Very quiet, we had a great site with lots of space, however all sites were not equal, and our neighbors picnic table was practically over our sewer pipe. There are some shade trees, grass, picnic table and a lovely creek running through the campground. The bathrooms are spotless, but as a previous reviewer said, no doors on the toilet cubicles, just shower curtains, which seemed a little strange. Dog walk with pick up bags. This is a well maintained campground. However, it is in the middle of town, so tends to be a little noisy with US2 on one side and the rail depot on the other. The parks unusual configuration, as noted by previous reviewers, is that you parallel park around a central island. It can be challenging to get into your space particularly if you have a big rig. We had a 40 ft RV and towed to shoehorn into a small area. It was not easy. There are really far too many RV's for this small park to handle. Space is at a premium here. Road and pads are paved; however, there is no space and no privacy around the RV. In fact your slides hang out into the roadway. There are a few shade trees and some grass, but nowhere to walk a dog. No Wi-Fi but it is available in the hotel lobby. Cell is good. This is the best in the area; however, we thought it was expensive for what it was and would not stay here again. Having read the previous reviews, this sounded like the ideal place to stop for one night; however, when we pulled in we were less than thrilled. How I wish we had read the very early reviews then we would never have stopped here. It is a very rustic campground and all the Rv's are jammed in like sardines. It is full of permanent residents, so if you want your next door neighbor to be working on his junky truck this place is for you. It is badly maintained, dirty, dusty, and very run down. The bathrooms are filthy and the laundry is a dirty disgrace. The few good points, it has full hookups, 50 amps, and the Wi-Fi is good. Small dog park with pick up bags and a dog wash. Very quiet. The Wi-Fi service did not appear to be working. The bathrooms are spotless and the laundry is well equipped with plenty of washers and dryers. There is a small pool with spa, exercise room, and game room. Road is paved and the pull through concrete pad is very wide and very long, so plenty of space for the towed. This place is very big rig friendly, plenty of space around the RV with some grass, a few trees but as yet not big enough to give any shade. New picnic tables, new grills and a trash can at your site, all well thought out. Lovely area for walking the dog, along with pick up bags and disposal can. Wi-Fi and cell worked great. Big and very clean laundry with plenty of washers and dryers. The bathrooms however were just okay, and the bench that the previous reviewer mentioned is still hanging off the wall, somehow I expected much better bathrooms than this. The pad is concrete and there is plenty of space and and privacy around the RV. The lake is small and you can see the ugly steam generating plant across the lake very clearly. Grill and fire ring are old, filthy dirty and falling apart. Restrooms are adequate and clean. We were here in June: too many unsupervised screaming kids, loud music playing, motor bikes revving, and junky trailers with lines of washing hanging outside. After reading all the great reviews on this campground, the actual place was a major disappointment, we would never stay here again.

This campground is not the easiest to find, signage from the road is very poor and major roadworks alongside the campground did not help. As mentioned before the hook ups were very strange, the placement of the water and electric was not logical. There was a dump station and we had 50 amps at our site. Set on thirty acres with a lovely walk to the creek. Easy access, gravel road with a grass pad, long pull through so no need to unhook the towed, big rig friendly. Plenty of space around the RV, lots of grass and shade trees. It was very quiet at night but come the morning the road works started up at 6:15 am. The campground had few RV’s and what were there was mainly permanent residents, probably the major road works had scared everyone else off, we were there for only one night. The bathrooms and laundry were very bad and needed a major update. Wi-Fi and cell were both good. The owners are both friendly folk, and have a small restaurant on site which is open for three nights during the week. This campground has great potential if the owners desired to develop it. We would probably stay here again, once the road works have been finished.

This is a lovely quiet and very well maintained campground with full hook ups and 50 amps. The staff is very friendly and helpful and escorts you to your site. The road is gravel and is very dusty, but the pad is concrete, extra wide and long for a big rig and a towed. There is plenty of space and privacy around the RV, lots of shade trees, and a lovely walking trail all around the campground. The view over the Mississippi river is spectacular day or night; there is always something to watch. The bathrooms and laundry could be improved however. We could not get a Wi-Fi signal at our site. There are plenty of food stores, restaurants, and sightseeing close by. We would certainly stay here again, but because of the dusty road, lack of Wi-Fi, and poor laundry and bathroom facilities we could only give it a 7/10.

From the previous reviews this sounded like a great place to stay. There are 32 sites, lots are pull throughs, we walked the campground and found only two sites that might take our 40 foot motor home. The first site we could not get our slides out, the second site was marginally better, and after a lot of maneuvering we did get our slides out. It was a challenge with so many trees and low hanging branches, the sites were not huge nor were they a breeze to park a big rig in. It’s a pretty campground, no amenities, but there was a new and spotlessly clean bathroom, and of course it’s free. There seemed to be a lot of junky cars, tattered tents, old RV’s and someone living in a van. There is a 14 day stay limit, but it looked as if many of these folk had been there for a long time. In the short time we were there a couple of RV’s drove through and exited very quickly. We did not feel at all comfortable staying there, so moved onto a better campground.

This is the best that Vicksburg has to offer, which is pretty pathetic. Easy on and off the 1-20, friendly check in and paved road. We had a fairly level concrete pad on site 33, but a lot of the pads are cracked, not level, not long enough, not wide enough for big rigs. Grass had been ripped up just trying to get on and off the pads. We were there for one night, and there was not enough space to park with the towed attached. There are a few shade trees between sites and a small pool, clean bathrooms and small laundry and dog walk. Wi-Fi was good and it is quiet. Restaurants and sightseeing close by, shuttle to the Casino. Ameristar really needs to update this campground. Despite all its shortcomings, we would probably stay here again.

This well maintained campground is on a terraced site with lovely landscaping and lots of shade trees, plenty of space and privacy around the RV. There was enough space that we did not have to unhook our towed, the road is paved and the pad gravel. Because of the terraced site it is not easy access for a big rig. There are picnic tables your own garbage can, a nature trail and two dog walking areas, it is also very quiet at night. The bathrooms are old but clean, however the laundry needs a major update. Wi-Fi is good. The Mall, food stores and restaurants are close by. Be aware there is a deep ditch on either side of the road when entering and leaving the c/g. This is the second time we have stayed here and would do so again.

Helpful and friendly staff, well off the highway, nicely laid out with plenty of trees and grass, very quiet. Road is paved, pad is grass, big rig access is marginal for our rig, pull-throughs, full hook ups, 50 amp. Bathrooms are old but clean, laundry room small old and basic. We have stayed here a couple of times before, but it now seems the park has been taken over by permanent residents, with little space for anyone else. For this reason we would probably not stay here again.

Very well maintained c/g, full hook ups, 50amp, paved road, easy access, concrete pad, pull thrus, big rig friendly, space around RV, a few shade trees, wonderful view of the lake, grass between sites, picnic tables, we were there during the week when it was quiet but at the weekends it can get busy, spotless bathrooms and well equipped laundry, dog walk with pick up bags, pool, WiFi good, a few local restaurants, sightseeing in the area. We would stay here again.

Gorgeous location overlooking the Mississippi river, in a quiet park like setting, gravel road, level concrete pads, full hook ups, 50amp which you have to pay $5 extra for a day, pull thrus, big rig access, lots of space around the RV, wonderful view of the river however there is a small berm so not all the sites can see the river, shade trees, grass between sites, picnic tables, adequate bathrooms, laundry open 24/7, garbage collected daily from your site, WiFi good, a lovely riverfront walkway and always something to watch on the river, lots of restaurants and sightseeing close by. This is the second time we have stayed here, it seems to be more neglected than we remember it following the floods of last year, overall needs some TLC, roads need more gravel, bathrooms need a coat of paint, place is looking well used, difficult to justify the price paid now. Major work is being done on the levee behind the c/g which makes for a lot of dust and noise, un hook your towed before you enter the c/g. However the location and river view are wonderful and we would probably stay here again.

Small neat but very oudated c/g with lots of permanent residents, full hook ups, 50amp, paved road, narrow un-level and cracked concrete pads, pull thrus, much too tight for big rigs we had to back out and drive over the grass to leave and then hitch our towed up in the road, a lot of noise from the freeway as it runs along the side of the c/g, bathrooms poor and very basic, WiFi did not work. We would not stay here again.

A very well maintained c/g, full hook ups, 50amp, paved road, level concrete pad, okay access, back in and pull through, big rig access, lots of space and privacy around the RV, space for the towed, lots of shade trees, beautiful landscaping, grass between sites, picnic table, very quiet, bathrooms and laundry clean and well equipped, no WiFi but they are hoping to get it and have a WiFi hot spot in the park, pool, canoe and bike rentals, a tram that takes you down to the beach, small store, security gate, Publix/Walmart restaurants and sightseeing close by. We would stay here again. For a great barbecue and heavenly bread pudding, try 98 Bar-B-Que, 5008 Highway 98, not far from the park, great food, great service and great ambiance.

This is a huge RV Park, well maintained, but a lot of residential and vacation sites, road is paved but narrow for a big rig to negotiate, grass pad with concrete patio, p/t, picnic table, clean bathrooms, dog walk, grill/restaurant, hot tubs, pool, spa, fishing lake, endless things for the kids to do, stores, restaurants and lots of sightseeing close by. We would not stay here again, far too crowded for us and far too many kids.

Very nice owners keen to help and please, this is a well maintained c/g, full hook ups, 50amp, road is paved, easy access, concrete pads, p/t, big rig access, space around RV, space for the towed, lovely shade trees, grass between sites, picnic table, very quiet night and day, friendly people, bathrooms and laundry are old but clean, rec room, there are a few long term residents but everything is well kept, WiFi, not far to Publix/Winn Dixie restaurants or sightseeing. This is the second time we have stayed here, it's quiet, casual and laid back, we will be back again.

This is an older RV Park, right off the freeway, so very convenient, the Owner was friendly and helpful when we checked in, there is some traffic noise, full hook ups, paved road, grass pads, p/t, big rig access, plenty of space around the RV, space for the towed too, shade trees, pretty view of a small lake, bathrooms and laundry old but clean, small pool, rec room, WiFi. This c/g was such a pleasant surprise, its well cared for, shops, restaurants and plenty of sightseeing are close by, we were only here for one night but would definitely stop here again for a few days.

We stayed in Pine Grove c/g, River c/g was too tight for our rig. Very well maintained c/g, full hook ups, 50amp, paved road, easy access, gravel pad, big rig access, plenty of space around the RV, grass between sites, all sites are well spaced out, picnic table, barbecue and fire pit, the landscaping is all very new and will take some time to grow and give some privacy, security gate, no WiFi, helpful staff at check in who also gave us a flyer with the name of Emergency Veterinary Care, nice touch and we appreciated that, dog walk with pick up bags, new and clean bathrooms, quiet, Publix and Winn Dixie close by and a few local restaurants, very little to see and do in the town itself. We would not stay here again, the Park was fine, but little to see and do here.

Pretty basic, no frills State Park that has been well used and not well maintained, after all the wonderful State Parks we have stayed in this was a big disappointment. Everywhere looked dirty and uncared for, the staff and hosts did a minimal job with little enthusiasm. Full hook ups, 50amp, paved road, access okay, gravel pad, back in, big rig access, some space around the RV but no privacy, a few shade tress, no view, picnic table, grill, no WiFi, Publix/Winn Dixie close by, lots of restaurants, security gate both day and night, noisy, bathrooms okay. We were here for the glass bottom boat tour and thought it would be convenient to stay close by in the Park, we were sorry we did, and would never stay here again.

This is a luxury RV Resort, gated entrance, paved road, gravel pad, big rig access, however our site was not easy to get into, lovely landscaping with plenty of shade trees and privacy from your neighbor, tiki hut, picnic table, private deck with a stunning water view, pool, clubhouse, dog park with pick up bags, restrooms and laundry are minimal as they expect you to use your own self contained facilities, quiet, 10 miles from Key West so food stores, restaurants and sightseeing are close by. We would not stay here again, for the price we would like to have seen the water from our RV not the side of a tiki hut roof, and our RV was scratched due to the restricted site access.

This is a gem of a State Park, very well maintained, road is paved, pad is gravel, water, electric but no sewer, 50amp, easy access, big rig access, space and privacy around the RV, shade trees, the c/g is located behind the dunes along the oceanfront, beautiful clean beach, shallow waters just perfect for a kayak or canoe, picnic table, barbecue, showers and composting toilets which are very clean and do not smell, no WiFi, very quiet and peaceful both day and night, good gate security both day and night, Publix and Winn Dixie 7 miles down the road, lots of great restaurants close by, plenty of sightseeing. The staff are friendly and helpful and do a great job of keeping this c/g so immaculate. We would stay here again.

Very well maintained, paved roads with paved level pads, big rig access but very tight, 50amp, plenty of space around the RV, but all the RV's have to back in, so no view if you have a motor home, shade trees, stunning view of the water from your own deck, beautiful landscaping, grass, picnic tables, bathrooms and laundry clean and well equipped, three pools, tennis courts, very quiet and peaceful but very unfriendly, WiFi good, there are a few seafood restaurants, but stock up with food before you arrive as grocery stores are few and far between, we were here for two days and that was more than enough time to see and do everything, if you have a boat and like to fish then this is the place for you. We would not stay here again.

Well maintained, but road not paved so very dusty, access was tight for a big rig, both at check in and getting to our site, level concrete pad, p/t and big rig access, 50 amp, plenty of space around the RV, lovely shade trees, and your own deck over the water with a pretty view which we could not see from our RV as we had to back in, so our view was of the other RV's, we mentioned this to the Manager but he shrugged it off and said "Your only here for two nights" not quite the response we had hoped for. Picnic table, grass between sites, well equipped and spotless bathrooms and laundry, dog park and pick up bags, pool, exercise room, rec room, very quiet, WiFi slow, not a lot to do in this area. This is a nice c/g but due to the dust from the road we would not go out of our way to stay here again.

This is a fairly new c/g. Has a paved road, gravel pads, long, wide and level pull through sites. There was enough space for our motorhome and towed, extra space for a boat too. There is some grass but a lot of burrs which our dog hated. No picnic table or barbecue and as the landscaping is fairly new, there are no shade trees as yet. No views, and the highway noise is noticeable. Has large spotless bathrooms, well equipped laundry, nice pool with patio and fitness center. Wal-Mart is 4 miles away. Wi-Fi and cell are excellent. Every Thursday night there is a dinner and live music, wonderful and highly recommended. The owner is super nice and very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Very well maintained c/g, with far away views of the mountains, paved roads, level pull through sites, side to side hookups. Enclosed pet run and walking area. Large and spotless bathrooms, large and well equipped laundry, beautiful clubhouse, Wal-Mart and other big stores nearby along with great local restaurants and lots of sightseeing. Along with all these conveniences comes the inevitable noise from the freeway which is pretty much 24/7, there is also noise from the train. We would not stay here again for an extended period, however, if we were passing through, we would stay overnight, it is certainly very handy for on and off the freeway. Wi-Fi is poor but cell is good.

Our rate of $34 is with Good Sam. Electricity is charged for on a separate basis, $0.13 per kWh. Well maintained c/g, all sites are 40'x80' road is paved but the site is gravel. Lovely desert landscaping, patio with picnic table, pretty views over to the mountains, pool and spa, exercise path around the c/g and a dog park, Wi-Fi is in the clubhouse and AT&T signal is poor, 2 laundry facilities, 2 shower facilities, and 3 restroom facilities, all clean, low water pressure. No shops or restaurants close by. Tombstone is 12 miles away and Sierra Vista is 19 miles away but has a Safeway. Very quiet at night. We would stay here again.

Plenty of space for our coach and towed. well maintained park in a lovely setting, with a small patio but no picnic table or barbecue. Spectacular sunsets and very quiet at night. Has spotless bathrooms and a small laundry located in the recreation room. There is an IGA food store over the road and a couple of small local restaurants, Wi-Fi was good. Clean, well maintained and well laid out, level concrete pad, only 50 foot long, too short for our coach and towed. Overall we felt it was a giant concrete parking lot and much too tight all around. Not a blade of grass in sight and no trees, so no shade at all. Has a partial view over the lake, a picnic table, small pool, pet walk with pet relief pens and pick up bags. There are big stores and restaurants close by. Has spotless bathrooms and good laundry. Wi-Fi only available at the office. Fine for a one night stopover, and we would stay here again.

Wonderful RV Park, well maintained, views of the lake, set in a desert landscaping. There is lots of space between sites, level concrete pad, long pull through sites, plenty of space for the RV and towed, picnic table, fire ring, barbecue, spotless bathrooms. The laundry however needed a good clean, one washer was out of action, and there was water all over the floor, and there were not enough washers or dryers. Wi-Fi was not very good. Shops and restaurants are fairly close by in Page. We would stay here again.

This small c/g, 29 sites with full hook ups. Has only been here for six months, so the landscaping is still to be done. The drive to get to the c/g is four miles down a narrow winding canyon road, till you get to the office/store to check in. Road was paved and the concrete pad was level and long with a pull through, enough space for our RV and towed without unhooking, a picnic table, fire ring/barbecue. The bathrooms and small laundry were spotless, no Wi-Fi or cell signal, but there is an emergency phone if required. There is a small grill and patio overlooking the Colorado River open from 7am to 4pm. A very pretty spot to sit and enjoy a good variety of snacks and drinks. Lovely views from the c/g down to the marina and fishing dock on the Colorado River. It was very peaceful and quiet at night. There are no shops or restaurants close by, so it means a drive to the nearest town, Boulder City, 25 miles away, so bring plenty of groceries. We would stay here again, its a wonderful c/g and once the landscaping is in, it will be spectacular.

A very dusty and basic campground, not very well maintained. Had a level gravel pull through site with a patch of grass, a small tree, picnic table, barbecue, and a fire ring. Has old but clean bathrooms. The Wi-Fi is good, and there is a small pool. Although we could see and hear the trains they did not bother us. The town is small but has lots of interesting shops, all full of mementos of Route 66. It's quiet at night but during the day the tour buses roll into town and soak up the nostalgia. This is fine for a one night stopover and we would stay here again. However, like most KOA's it was overpriced.

First impression was not great, it had been raining, so muddy gravel roads with deep ruts. Covered picnic table, but much too close to the next door neighbor. Has a pretty lake with a nice walk all around, some train and freeway noise. It's 15 minutes from Albuquerque so handy for shopping and sightseeing. There was no Wi-Fi service at our site. Bastrop River RV Park is not quite that. Yes, the river is there at the end of the campground, but you cannot really see it, unless you walk around or drive down to that area. Pull throughs have two RV's to one site, so its back to back. Sites are level and have a picnic table and a barbeque, grass between sites. Highway 90 runs along one side of the campground, and it is noisy and not the best view to look at out of your RV. Security gates and surveillance cameras add to a secure feeling. Lovely pool, spa, and sauna. The bathrooms are large and spotless. Walmart and other large stores are in the area, as well as some good local restaurants. Close to old historic Bastrop. We thought it was expensive for what it was; however, we would stay here again.

There are cabins, a snack bar, and a restaurant. The bathrooms are old but clean. We only stayed here for one night, as the mosquitoes were so bad. Despite us using spray, they made life miserable. This c/g is on a terraced site, lovely landscaping with a good paved road. Sites are gravel, with a picnic table, and your own garbage can. Small dog walk area. The laundry room was very tiny, two washers and only one dryer, not enough. The ironing board and iron were in the ladies bathroom, which had no A/C, and was very hot. Bathrooms were clean but basic. On our site we could only just open our awning. Very quiet at night. Wal-Mart and other big stores are close by. This is fine for an overnight stop or perhaps a few days to do some sightseeing. This is a very family orientated and country c/g, set in beautiful grounds, with a lovely lake and plenty of wildlife to enjoy, swimming pool and petting zoo for the kids. A small camp store stocks the basics. Some permanent residents and while we were there a few people trying to escape the floods. Easy access to and from the freeway, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The laundry is good, but the bathrooms are just about adequate, clean, but basic and very old. A few of the sites are overlooking the water, very pretty, but they have no sewer hook up. We would not go out of our way to stay here again. Nightly rate was $17 plus $4 for our truck. Very pretty spot, lake view, lots of tress, easy on and off the freeway, quiet, level sites, plenty of space around. The showers/laundry basic but clean, electric only, no Wi-Fi, open all year. We would stay here again.

Lovely area, our RV looked out over cornfields and woods. The park is very well maintained with lots of permanent and weekend owners but still well maintained. Long pull through, grass with picnic table, level sites, clean bathrooms, laundry OK but not enough washers and dryers. You can hear the horn noise from the train, very quiet during the week, more busy at weekends. We stayed here for 4 nights, loved the local restaurants, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

We were visiting the Winnebago factory, and this was such a great place to stay, overlooking a river and a golf course, no sewer or water just electric. It was so quiet and peaceful with lots of trees and lots of space around the RV, we would stay here again.

Very quiet but with poor bathrooms, dirty laundry and side by side hook ups. Owners have far too many rules and regulations, close to town. We would not stay here ever again.

On a bluff overlooking Santa Fe, pretty landscaping, level pull through with a picnic table, a patio, good Wi-Fi and spotless bathrooms which even had a hair dryer. Quiet, excellent laundry, major food stores and shops close by, sites do vary as regards tables and patios. We loved this place, its well maintained, helpful staff. This is how all RV parks should be run. The owners really do care about their customers. We would stay here again.

Pretty spot overlooking Lake Nasworthy, plenty of shade trees so watch for low level limbs. Level parking, not a lot of space between sites, picnic table, BBQ, and deer wandering through. Its quiet at night, but plane and boat noise during the day. Probably more busy and noisy at weekends. The RV park cafe does breakfast, burgers and snacks. There is a garbage pick up from your site. Lots of good restaurants and major food stores close by, we would stay here again.

Nice place, but a poor comparison to Palo Duro Canyon. Camp sites are quiet and private, but have no view. Fire ring, covered picnic table, level sites and plenty of space. Bathrooms okay, no WiFi and cell signal was fair. It is a long, long way from anything, so stock up on food. Quitague is the nearest town and there is nothing there. However, this cg is a lot better than some private cg's we have stayed in. Probably would not stay here again.

What a spectacular area, wonderful views of the canyon, quiet location among the trees, fire ring, covered picnic table, all well maintained, lots of privacy, level sites with lots of space, and contrary to other reports we had a strong AT&T 3G signal, clean bathrooms, the hill coming into the canyon is fine, lots of switchbacks just take it slow. Our campground was Mesquite, and we had to go through 5 river crossings but had no problems. The Trading Post is useless for basic supplies, but they do breakfast. On the other hand the Park Store is a gem, really nice quality souvenirs, books, jewelery etc. There is a Wal-Mart in Canyon. Lots of wonderful trails to walk. This really is a gem of a place, and we will definitely return.

Easy access to and from freeway; had noise from freeway but bearable. Has a good laundry and spotless bathrooms. Was okay for a one night stop. Wi Fi was good. This place is under new management and as usual, KOA seem to charge more for nothing. We would not stay here again.

Nicely maintained park overlooking Lake Superior. Was quiet during the week, but busy at weekends. Has level sites, a few permanent RVs, bathrooms were clean. We stayed for 3 nights and would stay here again.

We so wanted to give this place high marks. Has great owners, who strive to please but there is a long dirty, hilly road to get to the campground; permanent dilapidated RVs that are behind the office. The bathrooms are basic. Not the place to bring your new motor coach, more a place for families with kids. The four sites by the lake are ok, pretty view. The owners need to get rid of the permanent RVs, only then will they get more customers. We would not stay here again.

Very nice cg. Has long pull throughs, is quiet, has nice walking trails, well maintained bathrooms, a bbq, fire pit, picnic table and lots of space around the RV. There is no WiFi. It has elec/water and sewer. The Mission is on the grounds. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and loved it, wonderful views, great walks on the beach, level site, lots of space around the RV, BBQ, covered table, no Wi-Fi, very quiet, clean bathrooms, perhaps a bit too far from town, but once you are there the shops, and restaurants are great, being on the beach side does mean it is windy, the bay side is cheaper $20 a night, and it is more sheltered. We would stay here again.

Our review is very different to the other ones, mainly I think because we stayed in October when it was quiet. We loved this cg. Has fabulous views over Lake Superior, a little road noise, but overall very quiet; no WiFi; electricity and water but no sewer. There are four separate camp areas, the higher you go the better the view. The bathrooms are clean but basic. Has lots of space between sites, gravel pads, picnic tables and fire rings; the staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again, it was wonderful.

We loved this cg. Well maintained and laid out, self check in system, gravel pads, bathrooms were clean, has picnic tables and fire pits, and is quiet. No Wi-Fi, has a lovely view of the park from the RV. Has a small supermarket down the road, and is close to the town square with restaurants and shops. This is really a gem, and we will stay here again.

This was a one night stop for us, just travelling through, and we were pleasantly surprised. Just off 1-10, very handy, spacious pull throughs, grass between sites, level pads, friendly and helpful staff who showed us to our site. Well kept and well maintained. There is some freeway noise, but not enough to bother you. The CG has a gas station and small cafe close by, it was okay, a bit expensive for what it was, but it was clean and convinient to the CG. Excellent Wi-Fi. We would stay here again.

Tiny CG. Right on the main road, so back-in is required. Fabulous water view. Two young managers who are working hard with sweat equity and making the place look great. Road is noisy during the day, but quiet at night. Wi-Fi is spotty. Stock up with food before you visit, few food shops in the area. There is nowhere to eat on a Sunday night, everything closes down. Only negatives: little privacy and very noisy air boats. We would stay here again.

Just off the 1-10 freeway, so handy for a one night stop over. Level pull throughs, Noise from the freeway, and a train runs along the back of the CG. Only one restroom, seemed a little odd to me. We ate in town, " Schobels Restaurant". would not eat there again. Wi-Fi fair. Would not stay here again.

We are still trying to figure out why this is called Luxury RV Resort, it is not! It is a very basic CG, bathrooms clean but basic, Wi-Fi bad, very bright lights at night, noisy from the attractions around the site. Okay for a one night stop, we would not stay here again. It's too crowded.

Finally: owners who really care about their guests. They were super helpful and friendly. A very quiet site with a few permanent residents. Has level pads, lots of trees, and chickens wandering around. A little bit far out of town, for restaurants. The owners stress this is not a place for young kids, they do not have the amenities to keep them occupied. We agree, it suited us just fine, peace and quiet. Wi-Fi was excellent. We would stay here again.

Well laid out park with secluded sites and some permanent residents. The bathrooms are old and outdated, the laundry room had a machine tied up with duct tape. The small trash cans were always overflowing. Wi-Fi was spotty. Has lots of trees and palms around the sites, was very quiet at night. Handy for beach and Aunt Kates Restaurant: good view, and a nice deck to sit out on and watch the water and boats. The CG was expensive, but in line with the rest of the area. It was about the best in the area, so we would stay here again.

Loved this place, quiet, friendly folk, good laundry, bathrooms old but clean. Superb view over the water. Lots of nice places to eat in the area, lots to see and do. Wi-Fi spotty. Recent changes on the site. Site # 35-50 water view, well worth the extra $. Site # 47-50 water view, travel trailers only. We would stay here again.

Well laid out and maintained. Level concrete pull-throughs. Just off the freeway, very handy, quiet at night, but noise from freeway in morning. Area to walk the dog, but no pick up bags. Free continental breakfast. Wi-Fi good. Only pet peeve, lighting at night is far too bright, I am all for security, but this was too much.

Clean and well maintained CG. Bathrooms and showers were old but spotless. It has a lovely store/gift shop, which sells fresh bread and home made jam. There is so much to see while you are in this area, and this is a great place to stay. Nice and quiet. Great hosts, eager to help. We would stay here again. Try the Capitol Reef Inn and Cafe, good food, and good service. Its next door to the CG.

Its a huge CG in town, and we were surprised at how quiet it was. You could hear the train at night, that was it. Clean bathrooms and laundry. It is very central for everything, Wal-Mart, restaurants, the temple, tabernacle etc. We tried to find a restaurant open on a Sunday night, not easy. but after driving around for a long time we found a gem. Coachmans on South State Street, we had a 4 course meal $20 for 2 people. Great service and staff, give it a try.

One of our favorite spots. Wonderful sites right on the bay, it can be very windy, but its worth it for the views and sunsets. Good restrooms. The interior sites are more sheltered and private, but are pretty tight for a large RV. HEB and Wal-Mart are close by. Lots of lovely restaurants. Only 1 negative thing, the air boats leave very early in the am. Take ear plugs.

A lovely setting in a red rock canyon. Sites are a bit on the tight side. Bathrooms OK. Staff not overly helpful. We ate at Gouldings Restaurant, very busy place, food not bad, but way overpriced. From talking to other people this was a one night stop, see the sights then head back out. Once you have been here, you probably would not return. It is very dusty.

CG is well maintained and overlooks Lake LBJ. Lake levels are constant, so that is a plus. It was fairly quiet. Not far to drive into town for shopping and restaurants. The famous Blue Bonnet Cafe is worth going to, food is OK, but it is great value. We would stay here again.

Well maintained and lovely landscaping at this CG. Plenty of space for our RV plus a car port for our truck. Clean laundry and restrooms. Adults only. Plenty of dogs were there, and they maintain a very strict pick up after your pet policy. In town, so close to most amenities. We would stay here again.

Pick your own site, then register at the Hotel. We stayed here for 4 days and loved it. It is a quiet, lovely setting with mountain views. The Bathrooms, laundry, pool, keep fit room, were all clean. 60 pull through sites. There is lots of space. Paved site and grass. We ate at the Candelilla Cafe, food ok, but pricey, and service very slow. We will be staying here again. There is so much to see and do.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Sites were a bit too close to each other. Backs onto a busy road. No fences around the CG which for security reasons would have been better. Spotless bathrooms and laundry. The owner was obviously frazzled and could not wait for the season to come to an end.

Everything about this place is immaculate. It is well run and well maintained. It has great staff and a cute pet run. There are spotless bathrooms and laundry. BBQ food can be delivered to your RV, it was good too. There is loads of space for your RV. The only slight negative is that it is 18 miles into Carlsbad for restaurants. Apart from that minor detail, this place rates a 10.

This is a quiet place. Clean bathrooms. Lovely walks and trails. However it is a fairly long drive into Del Rio for food and shopping. Some of the sites are a bit on the tight side, we had to trim a bush to get into our site. We have stayed here twice, and will do so again.

Tortuous entry, were told we would need 4 wheel drive low to get to site. Super pull through site not bad when you eventally get there. 15 miles out of town, remote & secluded. $3 daily fee for our small dog. Bathrooms & showers very poor, never cleaned. Pool area filthy. Very run down, badly needs update investment. Very expensive and they charge extra for just about everything, would only return if the price was a lot cheaper. Only redeeming factor were the pretty views.

We stayed here for one night. Just off the freeway, so some freeway noise. Sites were on the short side. Restrooms were a little old, but clean. Wonderful place to eat there, The Roadunner Cafe. Nothing fancy, good home cooking, friendly staff, and the price cannot be beaten, $20 for 2 people. We would stay here again.
