My 43' coach made it a challenge but I fit into a space with the car attached. The grounds were very well maintained and it was great access to I-10. No problems or issues other than you should be sure to tell them what your driving. We were in #41. It was quite a pretty park with lots of well manicured flowers on the property. Short walk to a nice Publix grocery store.
As others have stated, owners are very nice and do everything to make your experience a good one. However, this campground is not made for 40' or larger rigs. While the sites are level and clean, there is very tight access to sites. I felt lucky to get a space that i could pull into off the main drive and had to back out to leave. If your rig is 38' and down it is a great place to stay overnight while traveling on I95.
Been here a week and staying one more, week rate is 240.00. It is clean and modern. Plenty of room to navigate any size rig and large cement pads to park on. This is not your kind of place if you want trees and other plants. It is also in the flight path of the airport so keep that in mind if daytime noise is a problem for you. Gets pretty quiet after 11PM and has not been an issue for us.
This is very convenient to the city via the tunnel, path train, or ferry. It is a gravel parking lot and has a guard on duty after dark. Great view of the statue of Liberty and it is a marina also. Be sure to ask about the night club being open on the weekends, if it is you will not sleep much. This is our third stay and would do it again because of the location.
