We stayed here for the NC Spring Samboree. We stayed in the group event campground across the street from the "regular" campground, but had access to the amenities available there. The park owners and employees were very friendly. Because it is a group campground, the sites, which had full hookups, were on grass, which was mostly level.
We stayed here while attending the Dayton Hamvention. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The sites are nicely spaced for a feeling of privacy. We saw several families on the weekend, and the kids seemed to really enjoy the campground facilities. We would definitely stay here again.
