Rate reflects Passport America rate, which is good for a maximum of 3 nights. This is a very nice park and is on its way to becoming a great park. It is still being developed, but the pool is done now. The laundry, library, restrooms and showers are done also. The rest of the community center is under construction. We parked on a pull-through site, which was level and long. Part of the development is for owners and part is for visiting RVers. Additional RV sites have been staked out, also. We would definitely stay here again.
Passport America rate noted. Would give it a 10 if they had concrete pads. Otherwise, this park is what all RV parks should be: clean, quiet, orderly, lots of activities, clean and modern laundries (2!), great Wi-Fi, cable, pool, nice landscaping, on-site management, a modern and well-staffed office, guided parking, easy access from interstate, close to shopping. We would come back here in a heartbeat.
Rate reflects a monthly stay. This is a great park! We lived in Lincoln for many years and had heard good things about it, but didn't stay here until we came back as full-timers to visit family and friends. Yes, there are a few longer term residents, but it is clean, quiet, well-kept, with friendly and helpful on-site owners. Both back-in and pull-through lots are level with crushed rock, and there is grass between the well-spaced sites. The park is right on I-80, so there is some traffic noise, but the trees buffer the sound. WiFi works great! Because there are so many trees, satellite reception might be problematic except for one area that has no trees, but the cable has 70+ channels including local. The laundry is clean and everything works. It's about 2 miles from Wal-Mart, Sam's, and lots of other shopping and eating. This is a popular park especially during Husker football season due to its proximity to the University. I recommend reservations if at all possible. We will definitely stay here again, and in fact plan to make our reservations for next fall while we are here now.
Rate quoted is PA rate. We love this park and extended our originally planned stay. Other postings have described its amenities well. We appreciate the responsiveness of the on-site managers, the clean facilities, and the convenience of location to Salem (about 11 miles). There are railroad tracks adjacent to the park, but we've been here a week and have had only one train come through so far. We definitely would return to this park - no question.
Rate quoted is PA. This is an older park and has a number of either permanent or long-term residents. Sites are generally level and gravel. Park is quiet except for the occasional train, and the tracks adjoin the south side. Laundry is workable, but could use some cleaning. The park in general could use some sprucing up. On-site managers are friendly and helpful. For the price, it's OK considering the full hookups, but not sure we would stay again.
This is a very tidy, well-maintained park. Laundry facilities are clean and in working order. Nice community room. Rate quoted is Passport America. We would definitely stay here again. We would have given it a 10 if it had shade trees.
