Good spot just east of Moab; close to Slick Rock trails. Located just off 191 in a quiet neighborhood. Nice folks running the place. Good facility; laundry, Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, hot showers. On my return list.
This campground is fine for an overnight stop or for a couple of days rest off the road. Near lots of restaurants and shopping, easy on and off the interstate. The restroom and shower facility was clean but the air conditioning was not functioning and thus extremely hot in the afternoon. Friendly hosts at the CG.
KC RV campground is not fancy, but a great place to stop over and rest. Next to a flowing river and located on a historical ranch; Cattle Baron's thugs were here. Cattle country and a cowboy town. Be sure to visit the Hoofprints from the past Museum. It's free and very interesting. Visit the Red Rock canyon and Hole in the Wall hideout. Horseshoes by the river in the evening.
This park is perfect for a overnighter; right next to the Interstate exit, but far enough away that the road noise is not objectionable. Some good food at a local Pub about 1 mile north. Will stay here next time I am out this way.
Four day stay, in between planned events and this campground was fine for that. FHU's and level sites. Quiet little town with a western flair. Nice museum, near the famous Hole in the Wall and Red Rock Canyon.
Campground was okay; no water and sewer hookups. We did an overnight stay and enjoyed BBQ across the river in Nebraska City. Don't go through Hamburg to get there. Take the next exit to the north of Hamburg.
We only stayed one night, but found the park to be an excellent value. We had beautiful concrete pull through with flower garden and patio table/chairs. Good Wi-Fi, clean showers, on our list for another visit.
Park is nice and clean but not accommodating. We asked to be near a restroom since our toilet was inoperable and we were awaiting a new one to be shipped to us. They put us in a site far from the shower house, though many sites were available around the park.
This is a great stopover point along I-30. BUT, the bathhouse/restrooms are horrible. No improvement since last Thanksgiving. You have to walk through a muddy lot to get to a dirty unkempt bathhouse in the arena. People are living in the restroom area. I will report to Good Sams and also to the Four States Fairground board.
We stayed here about ten days visiting with friends working at Amazon. Park is not scenic but is good facility with clean bathhouse and great clubhouse. Great place for a stopover out of Amazon season.
Only about one third of the campground was open. The road through the campsite circle was extremely tight as were the campsites. Tough to negotiate with a larger rig. Nice friendly folks for attendants. Cambellsville was a nice town. Good shopping and restaurants.
This is a great stop-over park or if you are doing things in the area as we were, also good. The one thing I would recommend improving is the quality of the bathrooms and shower/house. Lighting was poor, generally dirty condition, but functional. Also the pathway to get there was via a muddy road. Wi-Fi in the circle would be a big plus. I will pass along my comments to the FSFG management.
Setting on beautiful Lake Guntersville, park has limited 50 amp service. Nice clubhouse and activities available for young and old. Indoor and outdoor pools. Shuffleboard court and Mini-golf courses are pitiful. Tennis court and basketball goals available. No Pickleball courts. Too many golf carts running around creating dust. Gated, but watch your property.
We found this campground had about everything one could want. Biking trails, hiking trails, mini-golf, par 3 course, 18 hole championship course, huge swimming pool, nice restaurant in lodge nearby. We are going back and soon. Small stores nearby and Princeton has everything 20 miles away.
Nice little park located near the beautiful town of Salisbury, NC. Mini-golf needs redoing. Fishing lake is catch and release so don't forget your fishing gear. No license required. A good Mexican restaurant near Magic Mart and Blue Bay Seafood restaurant was excellent.
Although this is a beautiful property, general condition was run down. Located in the countryside along the northern shore of Lake Gaston, this park is many miles from the main roads. The laundry was dirty and no hot water was available. Wi-Fi which costs 4.95 per day was only available if you walked to the club house and went inside. More like a limited hot spot. Power was low and we had to pay for 50 amp just to run one air unit. There was an activity building with pool, mini-golf, bowling, etc. but we were unable to find anyone to let us in.
Park was spacious but very few full hook-up sites. Water was standing in the men's room floor for 6 out of 7 days there. Swimming pool did not have water. Miniture golf course was in poor shape. Staff was courteous and helpful. This campground is several miles off the main highway and not handy to shopping.
