Mostly a basic fairgrounds parking lot with hookups but there are many grass and shaded sites as well. The on-site managers are as friendly and helpful as we have ever encountered. Restrooms were squeaky clean and the Wi-Fi was screaming fast. Well lit and very safe feeling. Very convenient to all local attractions. Be sure to ask about the senior rate. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

One of the nicest small parks we have stayed in. Clean level sites, easy pull-through. Friendly, helpful staff, escorted us to our site and made sure we were OK with hook ups, etc. Truck stop and casino next door was convenient for a quick meal and and convenience store items. Even though just off I-10, highway noise was not an issue. Would stay here again when in the area.

Maybe the best state park we have stayed in to date. Exceptionally clean facilities. Level sites. A short walk over the dunes to the gulf. Friendly staff as well. We'll stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

This park is actually just outside Knoxville so is conveniently located for the Smoky Mountain attractions as well. We were there for about 6 weeks and were treated like family. Owner / managers were absolutely terrific, helpful and responsive. They even hosted a Christmas party for guests complete with BBQ, Santa, and homemade cookies. We definitely will stay there when in the Knoxville area.

Small owner managed park with a beautiful setting on a lake. We arrived on a very cold blustery Sunday and the owner showed us to our site: a great site on the lake, level, wide and with a deck. He stayed until we were parked and hooked up to be certain that everything was good and we were comfortable. Be sure and get his restaurant recommendations. They were terrific. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.
