Very quiet park. All roads are dirt/ gravel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice feature for tenters is a dedicated wash sink outside the laundry and bathrooms for washing dishes. Sites are deep for trailers and motorhomes but somewhat narrow. The fire pits are close to the edge of most awnings. I cooked over the fire and did not have any trouble getting the grill hot enough. I never felt like the awning was in danger. The camp is located far enough away from the shops and beaches that traffic was never a problem. Very close to Kennebunkport and about 20 minutes from Old Orchard Beach.

Very friendly staff. Lots of activities including free 9 hole mini golf. Sites were not large but roomy enough for our 35' camper. Sites have some grass but it is patchy and the rest is sand. Several times during our week stay there was an open sewer smell in the air. I saw no one pull out and all the sewers have sealed connections. Very quiet during quiet hours in our area. Campground is large with many seasonals. Most all are well kept. Also campground is clean with an attentive staff. Two small ponds, one for fishing and one for swimming in addition to a nice size pool. Close to Avalon beach. Avalon and Stone Harbor beaches require beach tags for everyone which cost $6 per person, but the campground rents them for $1 each. Very well stocked store and reasonably priced compared to many other campgrounds we have visited.

Nice park. Very quiet. Surprisingly empty for the weekend before July 4th. Sites weren't huge but ample for our 35' fifth wheel with slide out. Our site was grassy and somewhat shady, reasonably level side to side. There was a playground with a variety of swings and slides and even a see saw and some old "McDonalds" (think Mayor McCheese) play equipment. The person at the counter was pleasant but not very knowledgeable as I asked her the best way to pull the camper to the site and was told the wrong way based on the angle of the site. I then had to go to the entrance and turn around and go back down the road I just came out. The only real drawback to this campground is the ride to it. The road is very steep and winding. 10 MPH corners and no place to get a running start. If you like wineries, this place is close enough to the Cayuga wine trail to be a base.

We camped here during Americade, a motorcycle rally, and could not believe how quiet it was. The bathrooms were spotless, the seasonals were friendly, the sites were big and level, the campground was clean, trash and recyclables are picked up by the staff, the staff was friendly and efficient. You could hear some road noise but it was not abusive. No dogs allowed, which we thought was great, as we have no pets and can't stand early morning barkers. Water pressure isn't great as it is a well system but it was adequate. We look forward to our next time camping here.
