Stayed here during a LOW Conference. Very nice campground, clean with nicely shaded fairly wide campsites. Close to major shopping and a mall. They have a pond which they stock each week with keeper-sized catfish. For a reasonable $$, you can keep up to 5 catfish, if you can catch them. Would definitely stay here again!
One of Floridas nicest parks. Sites were fairly well spaced out and shaded for the most part. A few pull through sites, but mostly back-in. Must make reservations through Reserve America which requires you select a campsite. If you've never been there before, it's pretty hard to know which site to select. When I was there, the ranger let me change sites.
Nice pool/rec area, free breakfast and lunch - but not very good. Where my site was, there was a lot of noise from the Flying J truckstop. I camped here about a year ago and they had serious trouble with their electric service - less than 100 volts. It was OK this time, but something to watch. Definitely not a destination campground.
New park, very clean. Fifth night is free! No mature trees (yet), but a beautiful pool area, rec room for the kids, easy in/out sites with full hookups. Very responsive, friendly & helpful management. Pet friendly! Close to all Door County activities.
