This park is fantastic. The only hold back from a 10 is the fact the showers and bathrooms are dated. They are clean but just old. The park is very well located close to everything. Clean and well laid out. The sites are great - on the water and in the woods not so much on the bluff (pull through). The waterfront and beach are great. We will be back.

This park was really nice ... if you get a site along the river. We did and were very happy with the size and the view. We walked around and saw that the sites in the middle were a little tight and the fire rings were too close to each other. But that said the park has all the feature, great cable TV good water and a great location. Right close to everything ... shopping, sightseeing, tourist traps all you want. We would definite be back.

This park fits the classic line ... it is what it is. This is a nice park short walk to Graceland and a free shuttle to downtown. The sites are close with gravel pads and not much to look at. But the staff is friendly and the park although somewhat dated is very clean. We came here to see Graceland and for that this park is perfect. The Wi-Fi was great and although there is no cable there are about 10 air channels. Its a simple park great for a couple of nights to see the attractions. I would return to see the sights.

We spent a week and a half here. The views are great but the sites are tight. They also cater to motorhomes so our fifthwheel faced the motorhome door to door, not nice. Also this park is overpriced at best, its not a $70 (primetime) campground. The bathrooms are clean but small and there are only two, one was closed for the season. The people here are nice but are quicker to take your money than tell you there are no refunds if you don't like your site. If coming in a fifth wheel stay in sites 10B or 9A, they are a little cheaper and are just as good and even better for privacy. I would look at alternatives if I return to the area.

This is a great campground deep in a large red pine forest. Large private sites with great hiking trails an a fantastic waterfront, great for boating and swimming. There is not much in the area but this is a fantastic getaway spot. We will return.

This is a back field that has been turned into a campground. You feel like you are in someones back yard. The sites are very long and skinny if two big units are together it gets tight. This is a place to stop over on your travels. Its a cheap place to spend a quick night and move on. I would not stay longer than that.

This is an ok campground. The waterfront is nice but the park is cramped with many seasonal units that are run down. The owners are nice and treat you well, but the sites are two tight for big units. The road into the park is also in poor shape and has about a half mile of dirt road. A good one night stop, but thats it. We would not return.

This campground is very nice. The lake is warm and sandy and great for swimming. The sites along the water are perfect and there is a lot of grass to spread out. Some site are even paved. Be careful of the sites in the back row, as you leave the water sites the sites become very sandy and there is too much shade. I would return.

This is a nice park in the woods and very isolated from everything. There is only one store close by and nothing else. The beach is very nice and the water is cold. There is a section for your dog on the beach as well as a party section and a quiet section. They show movies for the kids outside at night and there is endless nature trails for walking. The park is a little tight for the bigger units but we stayed in a forty footer with no problem. Try to get as close to the water as possible as the site close to the road can be a little noisy with traffic. I would camp here again.

We looked on the internet as saw very nice pictures of a grassy campground. We booked our sites and when we arrived we found a very dry sandy open campground that turned into a dust bowl every time a car drove by. The pool is a mile from the campsites and the road to the campground was dirt and hilly. This campground was not what we like and we left. The owners were very nice and gave us a full refund. I would never return.

The park is just outside of Traverse City on the main highway into town. This make the campgroud very loud, the traffic never stops not even at night. There is an airport in back and large jets take off from 7am to 11pm. Lots are small and very sandy and shady. There is no grass. The beach is very nice but was closed from July 17th to August 10th for ecolia. I would not return.

A nice park with great views of the straits and the bridge. The beach at the park is rocky but a short drive on US 2 will take you to beaches that make you think you are in Mexico. There are great walking trails in the woods and the town is walking distance away. The road get a little noisy at times but it was not a bother. I would return.

A nice park with great views of the lake. The sites are large and there are great trails in the woods for short walks. Be careful of the site in the middle as the fire pits make you become close friends with your neighbors. This park is great for groups to go and make a circle around a campfire. I would return.

This is a very large park close to the city of Mackinaw. There are allot of things to see and do close by, however the park is very tight. They have put too many camping sites in the park and on most sites you are not even able to open your awning. I did not like how cramped the park felt and the fire pans they give you to have your campfire in were not even big enough to put a whole piece of wood in. My back was against the next sites car in my lawn chair. I would not go back.

This is a very nice park, close to the city of Petoskey. The park is very clean and the staff is great. The sites are maintained well and the pool and hot tub are great. You must be careful on which site you select because some are very tight to each other. We found that all the sites around the bush line were perfect while some in the middle were either too tight or too open. There are allot of activities close by including stores for quick supplies.
