This is a very nice state park. Very few of the sites would accommodate our rig, but this place was built when 30 feet was large. Only get one TV station. Only a few are pull through. If you want to totally get away, it is nice. Close to town, a Safeway grocery store, a Super K-Mart, no Wal-Mart. There are lots of places to eat. Fees going to $30 on April 1st 2010. Its a nice place for a overnight, that is quiet and dark. I would not want to stay longer than a night unless I had friends or other or business close by.
We stayed at this great place in March. Really helpful folks pointed out all the great places to eat and things to do. Gave us discount ticket coupons for I-MAX as well. Located very close to lots of tours and it's the place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon and for riding the Grand Canyon Railroad. We will be back, with our grand kids this summer. It is quiet, has great water for coffee, 50 amp service and cable TV. All are pull through sites. Thumbs up!
