Nice CG. Sites for MH overlooks a pond. Kids enjoyed the fishing. All hooks ups in great condition. Site level. CG looks very well taken care of and very clean. Pool area was very nice. Close to town and the beach. Staff was very nice and helpful. Trash picked up right at your site. Would definitely recommend this CG and the South Haven area.

This CG is located in a nice rural spot, close enough to DC, Baltimore and Frederick. Though next trip we are staying someplace closer like the KOA. They Charge extra for kids, the overpriced fee only includes two. Hard to believe they claim to be a family CG doing that. Kids have to be 15 according to a rather grumpy old man, to use the pool with out parents, Kids not happy, (13 and 14 years old) . I was very glad I unhooked toad at front gate. Site was a pull through and was large, but only level spot was right in the center and car would have been at a severe angle. Electrical hook up looked new. Water was in a hole covered by a cement lid, and sewer was a pipe in the ground, needed a rock to hold hose down in opening. Site was nice, lots of trees, but gravel pad. Rained and you could see how muddy things could get. For what this place charges we were not impressed. No cable, Internet spotty, Lots of seasonals in really rough shape. Can not see how Woodalls gave them the rating they got. This place is a clean, rural CG. But, We have stayed at Resort CG that had all the bells and whistles and were cheaper per night than this place. This is what I expect from a 20 to 30 a night CG or a State Park.

Very nice park. Facilities are excellent. Size of sites are good, most are very well landscaped. Stayed on a waterfront site, should be called a pond, but very nice. We found our site dirty when we got here, did not notice anybody cleaning the grounds and it shows with leaves and pine needles all over the place. WiFi was good. Staff was pleasant on check in. Would stay again when we travel to this part of SC

This is a very nice park, located in the beautiful Traverse City area of Michigan. The park is very clean and sites are very large. Water, electrical and sewer are located in the perfect spot for Class A MH. We found the staff helpful and enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend and stay here again.

We stayed here for three days in a motorhome.Check in was quick and staff was very nice. Sites are large and easy to get in and out of. Pull in sites on lake have utilities in the front. If you have short cables and water hoses I suggest getting extensions. The view is nice out the front window.Lake was very nice, fishing pretty good, kids pulled several nice fish out. Pool and clubhouse are very nice.Cable and wifi were fine. Only complaint was no trash pick up.We will stay here again when we are on the west side of Michigan. Very nice campground

We stayed in a pull thru site for five days in June, 2009. The sites face each other. No privacy at all. Our fire ring was 34 inches from our neighbors. Not a good set up if you want a little space for yourself. Cable TV was an extra charge.I thought it was overpriced for what you got, which is basically a place to park. Not happy with this CG, Would not stay here again. Not the worst we have seen but this place is nothing special in my opinion.Kids complained about the playground because it is all metal and was too hot during the day to play on. Arcade had limited games. Not a destination CG. More of a place to base out of.
