This is an Escapees membership park. I think you have to be a member to camp there. The sites are all owned by individuals, which are rented out when they are gone. Great park. Very friendly. Very well organized and on top of maintenance, etc. Sites are huge and most have shaded porch area. Large clubhouse with tv, books, pool tables, activities, etc. Good Verizon reception and lots of tv broadcast channels from Las Vegas.
This is the only rv park inside the town of Page. Next nearest is Waweep RV park, a concessionaire park in Lake Powell National Recreation Area a few miles North of Page. This is a nice, clean park. They seem to be making improvements. I can recommend it. There is good Verizon reception there. Many sites are not very level. The South end of the park seems to have long-term residents. The street next too it seems to be a little busy, but it is not the highway. A lot of the sites don't have sewer, so you have to use the dump station. It is kept locked so you have to go to the office for the key.
