We stayed three nights but found the power was very unreliable. We couldn't even run our microwave because the power dropped to about 108 volts. Couldn't get level either. WiFi worked sometimes but was most often unusable. Campground is well kept. No store or supplies on site but the Red Barn store is a minute down the road. Easy access to Cabot Trail.

This is nice full service resort with everything from RV lots to beautiful homes for sale. There is always lots of properties for sale or rent. We stayed here for a week in our motorhome and would consider a seasonal rental except for a few concerns. First, there are two pools. The main pool is huge, but does not offer any dedicated times for lap swimming. Second, two of the four tennis courts are now lined for Pickleball but playing time for Pickleball is restricted to only three days a week at 1 pm in the afternoon heat. Third, there is a lovely nature trail within the park, but pets on leash are not permitted on it. The golf course is posted as private property and for golfers only, so no walking there either. We rented from the real estate company that runs the park and paid premium price for what we consider to be only average amenities. Rentals are also available from lot owners for considerably less than the going rate if booking online. Many residents use golf carts within the park and drive well over the posted 15 mph speed limit.

ROD rate of $3/night for 50 amp. First and last time here. Reservation was for 2 weeks but cut it down to 1 week. Roads are still terrible with ruts and potholes everywhere. Gate staff were very pleasant but indifferent about the condition of the park. Pickleball court is derelict and has been for some time. Olympic size pool is closed for serious maintenance. Smaller pool is open but hot tub is not operational. We got a nice open site with double width cement pad. No picnic table though. Lots of standing water and mosquitoes everywhere. Considered joining WHR a few back in Casa Grande but glad we didn't now. Haven't seen any maintenance staff anywhere. Good base for bird photography. We were out birding most days, so amenities were not something we needed. Definitely not a "Resort", but then it seems neither are many places that use the word.

We checked in for 3 days in the middle of a downpour. Good Sam discount. Pull thrus are very tight. Essentially a large gravel parking lot with rigs crammed in almost on top of each other. Forget about awnings. Wifi does work either. We won't be staying here on our return trip south.
