The staff at this park is excellent. At the time we made our reservations, the lady answered all of our questions and gave us tips for things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were given the opportunity to look at spaces other than the one we were assigned to. They allowed us to move to a different spot. Very easy access to the park and easy to get around. Superior place. Close to lots of things to see and do. We will definitely go back.

Nice park; several spacious pull throughs. We only stayed one night. Office staff was very nice. When we called, we were quoted the Passport rate,but upon arrival was told it was not available on Friday nights, but since we were already quoted the rate, the lady was so kind and gave it to us. Easy access from I-20 and an overall nice place to stay for the night.

Without a doubt, this is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. It is IMMACULATE!. Park host is the nicest lady. It has a huge room for meetings and family gatherings and all the amenities one could possibly need. It was a welcome site at the end of our travel day. Concrete pads and driveways, nice spacious sites, lots of pull throughs for over-nighters, close to Ft. Worth. We will definitely be back to this park and stay for a longer period of time. THANK YOU so much for making this such a beautiful place for us RV'ers!!

Beautiful spot overlooking a lake. Owner was very nice. Big, spacious sites that were level. Nice area to stay in; lots to do, and the owners are very knowledgeable about the area. The setting here is excellent. Will definitely be back!!

Would definitely recommend this park. The COE's know how to set up an RV park. Beautiful spots overlooking a lake. So quiet and peaceful. No Wi-Fi, but wasn't looking for that type of spot. Will go back again and stay longer. Camp host at gate was so nice and courteous.

Quiet; excellent; great people; privately owned caverns on a working ranch. This was so peaceful. We would definitely stay again. No sewer hook-up but not a problem.

Park was very clean and nice. The only reason I gave a 7 is because the pull through sites were very un-level. Only other thing was we were told one site number and when we arrived, the office clerk wouldn't give it to us. It actually looked more level. Other than that, this is a nice place to stay.

PHENOMENAL!! The owners of this park knew what they were doing when they planned this park. Everything has been A+++++ - from the reservation process - to check in - to the hospitality of the camp hosts - to the dog wash and park. They have containers at the dog park with bags for pick-up and the camp hosts picked up garbage right at your site. It's extremely clean - electrical and water hook-ups are something to behold. Level lots. Short term and long term spaces are well planned and designed. We will definitely be back!!

Camp hosts very hospitable. No 50 amp service was available when we were there - but had no problem. Some tree stumps that we had to maneuver around - but again - not a major problem. Owner said they were doing a clean up of them. Beautiful setting and overall nice park. Would definitely go back. Good selection of books and DVDs.

Absolutely wonderful park! The owners are so courteous and helpful - from the reservation process thru to check-in and set up. Park is so clean and spacious. Will definitely be here again!

Don't understand the negative review I read. This park is outstanding! We specifically made this our stop on our way home. The people there have always been great to us and friendly. Pool and spa are so nice. Entire area is clean and sites are spacious. Have been in some that are packed like sardines. But this one is great. Our second visit and not our last! Trains did not bother us. Thanks to everyone there.

Beautiful setting. Nice sites. Entire park is well kept and very well organized. Managers were great and friendly. Breakfast that is offered was fun. You get to meet other people in the park. Laundry, bathrooms, and showers are very nice. You can tell the owners and managers put a lot of time and effort into this place. Will definitely return.

Very nice park. Spacious sites and beautiful views. No TV but who cares, we were there to rest and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Owner was very nice. Park is extremely clean and interior roads are well kept. Will definitely return when we're in the area.

I gave it a five because of the space sizes. It was way too close to enjoy the stay. You could almost reach out and touch the RV's / tents next to you. Park was centrally located in the town so you could easily walk to local stores. Swimming pool and other facilities were too small to accommodate the number of units/tents/cabins that were packed into the site.
