Absolutely spectacular! Nicest people at the park - from reservations - to arrival - to departure. They have lots of events planned for the park guests. There are extremely nice, permanent places, cabins, and then RV sites that are shady, level, and very easy to get in and out of. Close to Vallecita Lake and Durango. We will definitely go back and stay longer. Everyone is welcoming and friendly.
Needed an overnight stay while passing through. Called and they had space for us. A real surprise once you turn into the park - very well kept - nice - with lots of amenities. Park host was so nice and hospitable. Due to water issues they provided a case of water for us. Really nice people and a good place to stay. Will definitely stay there again.
Our third stay at Oak Creek. It is a beautiful park - all concrete - huge multi-purpose area. Exceptionally clean and top-notch place to stay. Close to Ft. Worth with lots to do in the area. Easy access off the interstate.
Our second stay at Cloud Nine. Excellent park - very well kept - beautiful views. Everything is so neat and clean - park hosts are wonderful. Nice little park - close to Hot Springs. Will always choose Cloud Nine when we're in the area.
Excellent park - and the owners are so connected to what's going on - go out of their way to make sure everything's working right. We had problems connecting to internet - they came to our coach to check on it - resolved the issue with a re-boot of their system. Many of the sites are concrete - very level. This is a very beautiful and peaceful park - away from all the noise of Branson - yet just a few miles from the attractions and shows. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful time!
Wow! What a nice place. Well laid out - nice, level, concrete pads with lots of room. So many amenities. Only there for 2 nights - but will definitely go back and base there for a longer stay. Lots to do in the area. Park even has a spa - lots of nice services. Very clean and good people at check in.
Nice park - front office people very nice at check-in. It's good for an overnight stay - no frills - level sites. Weather went from 80's to freezing overnight. Park water was shut off with no notice - at least to us. We would stay again if we're passing through.
Nice park with easy access. Right next door to Camping World so good place if you need RV supplies. Second time to stay here. Beautiful spot and folks in office are great and very accommodating. I would have given it a 10 if not for the road noise from I-40 and that really hasn't anything to do with the perks of the park. Wi-Fi is strong and good TV reception. All in all, this is a very nice place to park.
Excellent place to relax - beautiful surroundings and the park owner is extremely friendly and courteous. The spaces at the front of the park are nice and spaciouswith picnic tables at each spot and trees throughout the park. Lots of room and beautiful views of the bluffs. We stayed here one night in 2012. Decided to come back and stay a week. Bluff is a very historic town with several neat places to eat. We will definitely go back here to kick back and relax. Very quiet area with no road noise. Close to Natural Bridges, Valley of the Gods, and Goosenecks State Park. Blanding is only 25 miles away where there's the Edge of the Cedars and Dinosaur museum. We would highly recommend this park. Just good people!
Nice, small park. Owners / managers are very nice. Stayed here after a bad experience at another RV park in the area. Nice overnight stay - clean. Good Wi-Fi reception and TV. Appreciated their kindness and willingness to take us on short notice.
This park was the ultimate "10" from the reservation process through to the check-in and stay. The spaces were so spacious. Park is very clean and staff is excellent!! Beautiful setting with nice trees but didn't get in the way of slides or awning. Although we didn't use the wash rooms, there were immaculate. Camp host gave us so many recommendations of things to do in the area. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks to all!!
The park was very nice - level sites - clean - nice amenities. Would have given it a higher rating but the sites were VERY close together. In fact, we couldn't put out our awning as it would have hit the motor home slide next to us. We stayed only one night that it was no problem, but we would not make a long stay there.
Stayed at this site as we had stayed at the "sister" site in Westherford, TX. This place is beautiful, serene - sitting in the Oachita Mountains - absolutely gorgeous site. Sites are spacious and level. Recreation room is great - lots to do. Outside of Hot Springs - but not a bad drive to attractions. Camp hosts were excellent. Would highly recommend this place and definitely stay here again.
Excellent park - and the nicest owners. We enjoyed our stay and especially the BBQ restaurant they had on site. Very convenient to get to and easy access and location to lots of tourist attractions. Clean park - level sites. Water pressure was a bit low - but understandable as they were full every night we were there.
Excellent spot with beautiful views. Very quiet place. Owners go out of their way to make it a great visit. Sites nice size and level. They don't issue a lot of rules and regulations. They expect their guests to be courteous and respectful: nice change of pace. They are just good people!! They put a lot of work and thought into the park. We would definitely stay here again. It's a great place to kick back and close to lots of activities and attractions.
The staff at this park is excellent. At the time we made our reservations, the lady answered all of our questions and gave us tips for things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were given the opportunity to look at spaces other than the one we were assigned to. They allowed us to move to a different spot. Very easy access to the park and easy to get around. Superior place. Close to lots of things to see and do. We will definitely go back.
Nice park; several spacious pull throughs. We only stayed one night. Office staff was very nice. When we called, we were quoted the Passport rate, but upon arrival was told it was not available on Friday nights, but since we were already quoted the rate, the lady was so kind and gave it to us. Easy access from I-20 and an overall nice place to stay for the night.
Without a doubt, this is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. It is IMMACULATE!. Park host is the nicest lady. It has a huge room for meetings and family gatherings and all the amenities one could possibly need. It was a welcome site at the end of our travel day. Concrete pads and driveways, nice spacious sites, lots of pull throughs for over-nighters, close to Ft. Worth. We will definitely be back to this park and stay for a longer period of time. THANK YOU so much for making this such a beautiful place for us RV'ers!!
Beautiful spot overlooking a lake. Owner was very nice. Big, spacious sites that were level. Nice area to stay in; lots to do, and the owners are very knowledgeable about the area. The setting here is excellent. Will definitely be back!!
Would definitely recommend this park. The COE's know how to set up an RV park. Beautiful spots overlooking a lake. So quiet and peaceful. No Wi-Fi, but wasn't looking for that type of spot. Will go back again and stay longer. Camp host at gate was so nice and courteous.
Park was very clean and nice. The only reason I gave a 7 is because the pull through sites were very un-level. Only other thing was we were told one site number and when we arrived, the office clerk wouldn't give it to us. It actually looked more level. Other than that, this is a nice place to stay.
PHENOMENAL!! The owners of this park knew what they were doing when they planned this park. Everything has been A+++++ - from the reservation process - to check in - to the hospitality of the camp hosts - to the dog wash and park. They have containers at the dog park with bags for pick-up and the camp hosts picked up garbage right at your site. It's extremely clean - electrical and water hook-ups are something to behold. Level lots. Short term and long term spaces are well planned and designed. We will definitely be back!!
Camp hosts very hospitable. No 50 amp service was available when we were there - but had no problem. Some tree stumps that we had to maneuver around - but again - not a major problem. Owner said they were doing a clean up of them. Beautiful setting and overall nice park. Would definitely go back. Good selection of books and DVDs.
Don't understand the negative review I read. This park is outstanding! We specifically made this our stop on our way home. The people there have always been great to us and friendly. Pool and spa are so nice. Entire area is clean and sites are spacious. Have been in some that are packed like sardines. But this one is great. Our second visit and not our last! Trains did not bother us. Thanks to everyone there.
Beautiful setting. Nice sites. Entire park is well kept and very well organized. Managers were great and friendly. Breakfast that is offered was fun. You get to meet other people in the park. Laundry, bathrooms, and showers are very nice. You can tell the owners and managers put a lot of time and effort into this place. Will definitely return.
Very nice park. Spacious sites and beautiful views. No TV but who cares, we were there to rest and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Owner was very nice. Park is extremely clean and interior roads are well kept. Will definitely return when we're in the area.
I gave it a five because of the space sizes. It was way too close to enjoy the stay. You could almost reach out and touch the RV's / tents next to you. Park was centrally located in the town so you could easily walk to local stores. Swimming pool and other facilities were too small to accommodate the number of units/tents/cabins that were packed into the site.
