This campground when we made reservation said it had 50amp. They do not have 50amp service! The road in was awful. At 4:00 PM on a Sunday NO one was in the office. They left a note with our site number. They "forgot" to highlight the road to it. Will NEVER stay here again. Trash was NEVER picked up and sat for days.
This campground needs a sign 1/2 mile from where it is. We went right by it. Their address in our GPS took us way past the entrance. Hard to find a place to turn around to go back. The entrance is very short, needs to be longer. The site itself was excellent. It included a deck with furniture and a grill and was on the lake. The road to get out isn't good, especially with big rigs.
This is a very nice park but the Wi-Fi is not at your site. We tried using the Diamond clubhouse which is what we were told to do. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. After two minutes it would throw you off. Very frustrating when your trying to do business. The main club house also has Wi-Fi, unfortunately when the reality office closes on the weekend this club house if also closed and you can't use it. Park is very clean the people are very friendly. Would like to come for a longer stay but we need to have Wi-Fi.
We have stayed here before but things have changed and not for the good. The camp ground gave access to the new Publix store and there is a road into the store. It makes for a lot of traffic. The gas pumps are no longer accessible from the road which makes it hard getting into. To get to the office you must cross the road to the store which has a stop sign but not many people stop for it. It is downright dangerous. We are here during the opening of this store and things are not good. Traffic is awful!! This will no longer be a stop for us it's too dangerous.
This was a great RV park. The sites were all concrete and long. The front desk people couldn't do enough for you. Right across the street from the beach and a short drive to St. Georges Island. We will stay here again.
The sites in this campground are small. We had a pull-through site but we had to unhook our car. Getting out was difficult because the sites are so tight. We had to have someone move a car to get out. The road out is very narrow. Good location to see the sites but not good for big rigs.
The park itself was nice. The sites were big. But the Wi-Fi was not there at all. We could never get it. They said they were "fixing it" but that went on for 3 days. The staff were not friendly at all. If you asked them something it was like you were bothering them. They never even gave us a map of the camp ground.
Don't know where the sites they had on line as premium pull through were. Our pull through was a field of grass. The paved road ended to ride around for our site. The Wi-Fi was limited which meant you only get so much time then you can't get back on. The water was awful. It just wasn't worth the $50 a night that we paid. The pool didn't look good either. We camped here in a motor home
