For big rigs, the park is a disaster. The roads are narrow, the sites are very narrow, and it's almost impossible to level your coach. However, it is very popular and it is convenient to the casino and stores but be prepared for noisy and obnoxious neighbors.
This was our third visit to this park and it is showing signs of wear and tear. Remaining lots are now offered for sale at $20,000 but any reasonable offer might be accepted. Some premium sites are slowly sinking due to a fault line that runs through the park. Some owners complained about the HOA and ORA. Wi-fi was intermittent at best, and the gift shop has pretty much closed up. But it is a beautiful park with well kept sites and spectacular views. Ownership now is at a bargain and when the economy picks up the value of your lot will increase dramatically.
