Sites are dirt with small concrete patio area. Way too close to next site. Very difficult to park big rig. Sewer connection directly next to patio of neighbor site. Our neighbor's slideout actually hung over our patio. Neatly trimmed bushes separate sites barely leave enough room for slideouts and make it impossible to get into storage area beneath motorhome. There are some larger sites if you want to pay higher price. Would not stay again.
Rate reflect Good Sam discount. The largest park we've ever stayed in. Very nice, spacious, padded sites. Was there in the off season so it was not very busy. Can imagine that it is very crowded in season but lots to do. Gated, quiet, and very clean. Would definitely stay again (but maybe not in season when so crowded).
Small, very nice park directly on ocean side of highway. Sites are a little close together but with a pad and an area to park the car just beside of RV. Beautiful pier out into the water with covered cabana and private small sandy beach. Wouldn't personally pay the price for ocean front (only 4-5 sites) since you can see the ocean from most sites and easily walk to pier. If going west upon leaving it is a little hard to make the left turn into traffic. Would definitely stay again.
Rate reflects a Passport America discount. Stayed 1 nite on the way to Florida. Pouring down rain upon arrival and toad car battery died but the owner came out in downpour to help jump off car. No frills but clean and spacious. Great over night stop. Would definitely stay again.
The park has two sections. The Deluxe is where the sites are concrete pads and large space between sites, along with higher price but very nice and probably worth it. We stayed in the older section with a dirt pad but a long concrete picnic area. Sites are very spacious. The park is gated and quiet unless you are on the interstate side and very clean. Laundry room has ample washer/dryers. There are several permanent residents but majority are kept tidy. Would definitely stay again.
