We stayed here for three nights. The campground was very clean and the restrooms were perfect. This is a relatively new location. The young lady manning the office was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. It is an excellent location for taking advantage of the entire area. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for only one night on our way back to Michigan. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The restroom were clean although a bit dated. I had some trouble with one of the jacks on my motorhome and the owner and one of his staff worked with me, provided tools and helped to get the jack up. They both refused any compensation. We would definitely stay here again.
This campground was wonderful. We expected warm weather but were met with 2" of snow. The campground was not very busy so we had plenty of room. The gravel sites were level, but because of the snow and rain were somewhat muddy. The staff were excellent and helped in any way possible. Hot coffee was available in the camp office for the early risers. I could not disagree more with the previous poster. We signed up for two nights but stayed four. Definitely stay here again.
We had originally only planned to stay 2 nights but after checking out the site, the surrounding area and talking to the owner we decided to stay for 5 nights. We had a great site, clean restrooms and showers and met lots of other campers. There is a Catholic Church within walking distance and we attended Easter service there. It is a great place to stay and there are many plantations to visit in the area. New Orleans is about 1 hour away. We would definitely stay here again. A free tour of the plantation home was given by the owner and was very entertaining.
