Asphalt roads on a mountainside with speed bumps every 50 yards. Sites are mostly dirt with no markings. Checked in and was on my own to find my site. The only way to locate it was to drive around until I found a electrical hookup with my number. Was told to pull up to it any way I wanted but I did not want to back up to my neighbor's front door, who I was told was not supposed to be there. Drove back up the mountain to office and was upgraded to a deluxe site at no additional charge. Found deluxe site on my own again, pulled in and hooked up. Oops, 50 amp service did not work. Called office, maintenance arrived, checked service, still no 50 amp. Was offered 3rd site but declined. Left the next day disappointed to say the least. On the positive side I called the next day and was refunded all money paid. The staff tried but cannot make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

Older park, clean and easy access. The pull through sites are all too short by today's standards, and they know it. Was told to use two side by side sites and park diagonally, still had to unhook to get off the road. Not what I wanted in a overnight stop. No TV service provided and nothing over the air locally.

Easy access, big rig friendly, very long gravel pull thru sites. Owners friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Everything new large showers, 2 washers,2 dryers in laundry, very good free Wi-Fi, great cable TV provided as well. Good water and plenty of pressure. Meeting room available. Trees new and small, no cement patios yet. Better than some "RV Resorts".

Clean and quiet at night, gravel sites terraced but depending on the length of your rig can be difficult to level. The staff is very friendly and helpful, discount tickets to shows are available at the office. Very nice laundry facility. However the "cable TV" is greatly overstated, very few stations available and the local stations reception are so snowy that they are not fit to watch 90% of the time.

Clean, wide and long sites, trees are maturing and provide some shade. Easy access and wide interior roads. Nice well stocked store, friendly staff. That said, there is some freeway noise, a train along the freeway, and a waste water pump on site that adds to the noise. Nothing overbearing, but annoying.

A little pricey however, sites level and well spaced, grass, concrete patio, concrete picnic table and swing at site. Large mature shade trees. Very busy in season but quiet and clean. We stayed 7 days and without question would stay again.

Staff very friendly. Sites minimal at best, little grass/weeds, only 1 with concrete patio, well spaced. Be aware entrance one lane and very few full hookup sites, even fewer 50A.

Owners very nice. We got a pull thru with no sewer? Not a necessity at this time but still a little surprised. Site wide enough and long enough for 36' quad slide with tow vehicle. Gravel site level and grass and picnic table alongside. Quiet as well. No cable TV contrary to listing. Easy access, interior roads a little narrow.

This was a very noisy park. Interstates everywhere, which made it very noisy. Sites hard to get into if they were full. The road in and out wasn't easy to use with our 36ft motor home and towing vehicle. Wouldn't stay there again. Too much noise which starts in early in the morning around 5am and the roads aren't easy to maneuver especially after driving all day to get there. It is close to the Biltmore Estates which is why we stayed there.

Very nice and clean. It was quiet. The pull thru sites were narrow and we had 4 slide outs and barely fit. It was a long way off the freeway to get to for just one night. No cable and the TV reception with an antenna was bad except for two stations. Nice place for a rally though.

A nice place to stay, but the train whistle sounds off about every hour including night and day. They claim to have full hookups and we didn't get any sewer hookup. Our neighbors complained about the train and no sewer hookups also. They do have a few and I mean only a few sewer hookups. Too bad about the sewer and train noise, because it was a nice place and it had long pull thrus for our 36ft motorhome which was towing our car. The train was right next to the campsites. We didn't see it at first when we drove in because of the trees. When we parked our rv we heard the train and then discovered the sewer problem. We won't stay again. The road off the freeway seemed long and narrow to get into the campsite.

A nice place to stay, but there was noise from the freeway starting at 4:30 in the morning. We were on top of a hill. They claim to have cable, but we could only get 3 useful stations. The pool wasn't clean, which may be due to the time of year we visited, which was the end of April. They had a nice clubhouse and we didn't use laundry or shower facilities. Pull thru was long, but hookups were at the very back of the sight. You needed a long hose to hookup. The woman in the office was very nice and friendly. We would rate it higher, but the noise and cable factor were important to us.

Not really big rig friendly. Pull thru site barely long enough for 36' with toad. Downhill lie so bad I couldn't come close to level. Difficult to maneuver interior roads with motorhome and toad. Lots of permanent residents. Don't know the criteria for resort but I am sure this campground is not.

Very accommodating staff let us pick our spot. Large paved back in with paved parking and very large patio. The park is a little hard to find from anywhere except the Interstate. Quiet, clean, friendly, what more could you ask.

Reserved a pull thru for 14 days. When we arrived we got a sardine can back in instead, that I was lucky to get into without damage. I had to walk under 2 neighbors awnings to traverse me rig. In order to get the car out of the street had to park next to a tree that then blocked entry from the passenger side. I complained the next morning but the manager was used to complaints I am sure. To summarize he said tough luck, go somewhere else, no refunds of deposits. We left immediately. I will not return ever.
