We have camped here for a number of years and always find it clean and friendly. Wi-Fi signal is very good and cable connection is also good. Sites will easily accommodate large rigs. Large playground with basketball court for those with kids. Short drive to Kennebunkport, Ogunquit and the shops in Kittery. Hope to return again.
Nice campground but quite pricey. The wifi wasn't working but when I spoke to the lady at the office she was able to get it running and it worked fine for the rest of our stay.Cable and phone service worked well. Looks like lots of seasonal campers here, the waterfront sites are used for short term visitors so that was very nice. We would stay again if in the area but would opt for at least a 4 nite stay which lowers cost $10 per nite.
There is no TV cable. I-95 noise and trains can be heard and we were at thefar end of park. Campground is clean and easy to get into with wide sites. Office is friendly . Price was with GS discount and I would expect cable for that price. Antenna reception was not so good. Frankly, for the same price you can stop 8 miles down the road and get full hookup for same price. We wouldn't stay again.
Got 3 nights for price of 2 hence lower than normal cost. Second time we stayed here this year and it is a nice clean campground with good WiFi and cable. We used Verizon for phone service and it was fine. We would stay here again, if in the area.
Been a few years since we stayed here and it is now a KOA which I always find to be pricey. The place is well kept and WiFi and cable worked well. The free waffle breakfast is after 8 am so we didn't get to try it since we wanted to leave shortly after 8 am. Office staff was friendly.
We got the senior discount and for the price this is a nice campground. The Wi-Fi worked well and it's an easy in and out not far from I-95. Other than no cable TV, for an overnight stay would use it again.
This is a nice little park. It is quiet except for the ducks which the wife loved. Good cable and excellent wi-fi. You need to follow the signs from I-81 and not your GPS because the road and bridge would be very difficult with a rig of any size. The signage from the Interstate is easy to follow. I would stay again.
This is a first class resort. Beautiful grounds with good cable and Wi-Fi. There's a good Italian restaurant about a mile away and Traverse City is only 6 miles or so away. We were here 3 days. If you don't mind paying the fee you will not be disappointed with this place.
Park staff very friendly and helpful. Proximity to Historic town was within a couple miles. Numerous restaurants within a couple miles. Wi-Fi was good, not too many cable TV stations but reception was good. Biggest complaint was the price for early April. Pretty high for this place. Don't know what other campgrounds in this area charge but I've stayed in some really nice places for less. Won't be back.
Seems like most KOA's I stay in are run down and overpriced. This one was no exception, it's why I don't renew my KOA membership. I paid $38 for water/electric site with few TV channels via antenna. I wouldn't pay $50 for a site with cable and sewer hookup, this place is really dumpy and I would not return.
There is no cable TV nor can you get any channels with antenna, and I have a Jack antenna. If you like being in the woods this may work for you. I've paid a lot less for nicer campgrounds with more services available. I would plan to stay elsewhere if coming through this area again. On the plus side, the guy at the desk who I assumed was the owner, was friendly and helpful.
