Nice sites although a 40+ would have some difficulty getting into most of the sites. All gravel interior but well maintained. Washrooms completely redone and are beautiful. They were in the process of putting in a pool when we were there - still several months away from completion. It was quite a ways from anywhere but a very nice getaway park, we would stay there again. The above rate reflects Good Sam.

A very nice park, nice big sites, super friendly residents, good Wi-Fi. Laundry room was huge and super clean. The only negative is the location, a bit far from town/grocery shopping. We would stay here again. Rate reflects Passport America.

Very old park, in serious need of updating. Park is too close to a very busy frontage road and I-8, extremely noisy 24/7. Staying for a week was OK but we would never winter here. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rate reflects Passport America.

1st site, so uneven, got reassigned and it was OK. A large pull through site but not level at all. That was the only complaint, facility is top notch. Rate reflects a deal of pay for 2, stay for 4 so good value for the dollar. A bit pricey otherwise at $46/night. Wi-Fi was excellent, very clean and well kept although a lot of concrete and paving.

If going through Deming, a lovely RV park for a few days. Excellent large and level sites. New appliances in the laundry. The above rate reflects Passport America.

Nice park nestled into the pines North of Tyler and East of Lindale. A bit out of the way but the surrounding area is lovely to drive through. This would have gotten an 8 except that the sites aren't level, at least where we were placed. Excellent staff, always friendly and helpful. Laundry room needs some serious updating, 2 pools, were nice but the furniture around them needs updating. This rate reflects Passport America Sun to Thur paying full on Fri & Sat.

Wi-Fi was horrible, worked for approximately 10 hours in 8 days. Upside are the sites: nice and level, long and wide all with picnic tables. Laundry room was filthy: cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, outside covered in grime. This is a large park with many tent sites and only a couple of washrooms. One room w/shower, toilet and sink all in one, long lineups every morning. Ran out of toilet paper Sunday morning and I'm sure they were not cleaned all week. It was a "beautiful" park but the above negatives far outweighed the surroundings. We would never stay here again.

Right on the Klamath River, the site we had was a large pull through, grassy site. It had recently rained a lot and the ground was very wet. The view from the site was fantastic. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We would return here in a heartbeat. Our rate reflected Passport America rate.

A lovely little oasis just off Hwy 101, nestled into the hillside. A great location to park your RV and drive down Hwy 1 to Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach and Big Sur. The park itself was very well maintained although the pull through sites were very narrow, right close to your neighbor. This was the only reason they didn't get a 10.

Staff was excellent, security was good, location was fantastic. We were right on the water, just the sand dunes away from the Pacific. Sites were large and level, all back in, but easy as so big. Miles of endless beach to walk on and Pismo Beach Pier was a short jaunt away where you could fish off the end or just sit and listen to the ocean.

The resort was great, the gym facility excellent, grounds very well kept but quite a small pool given the size of the park. The sites were small but adequate room for outdoor living. Would return to this park if it were anywhere else. The winds were constant for the 9 days we were here with the exception of one day. We were first time visitors so paid for 7 days and got 2 free. Staff friendly and helpful.

Unbelievably tiny sites, had to keep all within the red blocks laid out, couldn't even use our awning because their rules said you couldn't go over the red line. We have 3 slides and were able to put them out but no room for a table and sitting outside the RV was cramped to say the least. Great location to the ferry to get to downtown San Francisco, but that would be the only reason we would return here. Staff was good and helpful but for the money, the site was not worth it.

Park has nice paved sites, not much of a gym facility, and the location is a bit out of the way. Office hours very short this time of year but manager readily available. Laundry room very clean, but both washer and dryer are expensive.
