Love this place. Super clean, nice sites, in a great area. Facilities are meticulously kept. The sites in front are paved with back ins and pull throughs - many well shaded. Near the Pinellas Trail, Honeymoon Island, Clearwater, and shopping galore. Very quiet at night and pleasant staff.

**BEWARE** any motorcoach owner may want to avoid this park if they arrive after a heavy rain. This park is a bog. We arrived after a heavy rain and the roads and sites were one big muddy mess. The park manager warned us it was muddy, but didn't expect it to be as bad as it was. We made the mistake of taking a chance and were driven to our site. Turning into the site our coach got stuck in the mud and had to be pulled with a traitor. Many others that we have spoken to in the area have also commented on this park being a problem. Staff is very pleasant and helpful and the park is probably a nice and tidy when it's dry, but when it rains it pours down mud! Luckily, there is a car wash across the street with a big rig port ( coincidence, maybe?).

This park is fabulous. The owner is extremely friendly and lively. The grounds staff are friendly. The layout of the park is unique. The landscaping is incredible. The live oaks throughout the park, the green belts and the ponds are stunning. Almost feels like old Florida. You can choose between paved sites or unpaved with more shade. The Wi-Fi works great if you have a repeater or close to the club house. The pool area has two pools and a jacuzzi. There is. BBQ, too. Tennis courts are near the pool. Two private bathhouses and laundry rooms. This is one of the few parks that has private bathhouses. Fairly close to Titusville with Orlando and Sanford about a 35 minute drive. Quite a few natural preserves in the area as well. The night skies are incredible, especially for Florida. Rocket launches from NASA can easily be witnessed from your site or at the pool. Great park and hopefully we'll be able to return someday.

Older campground in a great location. The front paved sites are great. However, the cheaper sites near the back are not so nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are showing their age but were kept clean. The pool area is very nice. At night, this place is very quiet and pleasant. What really makes this place worth the money is its location which is fantastic. The Pinellas Trail is across the street, Honeymoon Island State Park is about a mile and a half. All the shopping and conveniences are nearby on the 19.

Park is very clean and maintained. The check in was terrible but quick. The lady that assisted us was one of the most unfriendly park employee I've ever met. The sites are so close together that if you have slide outs, you'll spill onto your neighbors site. Makes it impossible to have your awnings out. Just a small strip of grass separates you from your neighbor. Nice pool area but always crowded and the water was cloudy from suntan cream. Nice, fairly new BBQ area. Traffic noise is an issue and the fireworks from Disneyland at night are intensely loud and will vibrate your RV. The time that we were here, we could hear the riots going on down the street. The area is a bit seedy even though the city has tried to clean it up somewhat.

"Lipstick on a pig" is an accurate description for this park. At first it seems like a nice park but beware if you stay longer than a day. Was staying here (unfortunately) several months. Wi-Fi comes and goes with the constant windiness of the place. Concrete pads, but little shade. Most of the landscape is crab grass with dying bushes. The landscapers are extremely careless when cutting the grass. I had one mow over a mound of rocks which hit the side of my coach (management could care less). The office staff is a little odd, too, especially the man who manages the place. Goose droppings cover all the sites nearest the pond. The overnight sites overlook a shabby flea market area and the I-95. Laundry is expensive, $2 to wash and $2 to dry. The pool is rarely cleaned (beware: lots of babies going in and out of this pool). Back of the park is populated by some of the seediest people and RV's I've ever seen in a "RV Resort." A previous reviewer had it right calling the place "The Bates Motel" and another reviewer accurately noted the constant surveillance by some of the more permanent residents. The weekend hi-haw flea market, proximity to I-95 and airport traffic above makes for a noisy stay. Like stated previously, ok place if you're in/out in a day. But rather expensive without Passport America. This park would be light years better with a better management team.

Old, moldy, dirty sites. Dirt with dead grass and thorns everywhere. The hook-ups were buried under weeds and dirt. The bathhouses smelled of mold and were musty. The manager was moody and unhelpful. The turn on Ulmerton Road is a nightmare.

Extra long, paved sites with plenty of space between neighbors. No shade trees, however, this makes it an incredibly easy park to navigate without worrying your RV will be swiped. Airport and fighter jet traffic can be noisy, but happens sporadically. The staff maintain a very clean park. The pool is clean, the laundry facilities are adequate, the bathhouse is clean and spacious and there is a lovely, large, new recreation room. Office staff is very friendly and helpful with the exception of one young lady who is in need of a personality adjustment. However, she is usually hiding behind the pamphlets on the counter so you'll not have to deal with her too often. The park is adjacent to a weekend flea market (rather noisy at times), the I-95 is nearby as well as an assortment of stores and restaurants one exit away. If you are staying in this park with Passport America or a monthly rate, the value is fantastic.

Very friendly front desk service and exceptionally tidy RV park. Each site was extra long and fairly wide with privacy bushes. The town of Florence was a short, pleasant and scenic drive. There is a private lake across the road for guests of the RV park, and an access point for the dunes on the premises. With such a lovely town nearby, state parks galore, the dunes, very friendly staff, and great RV park: we will most certainly return!
