Extremely well kept small campground. Very clean private bathrooms, activities for adults, and overall a great base for exploring Maggie Valley and the surrounding area. Not geared for kids, bit we were made to feel welcome. Only reason not a 10 is smallish sites and no fire rings.

Most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced in all my years of camping! Tons of activities for the family. Park is smallish, but sites for just about every size rig. Road noise is worse in sites in the front, but not a big deal. Big mature trees and very clean. We will be back!

We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. The bath houses were basic, but maintained well and kept reasonably clean. Beach was just a short walk and not very crowded at all. If they had sewer/wifi/and cable, would rival any of the larger commercial parks.

We stayed here for a week during AtlantaFest and really enjoyed our visit! We did notice some unlevel sites, but our site was very level and shady. The hosts and employees were very friendly and the campground was neat and clean. The pool was a bit smallish for such a large campground and there are not laundry facilities at each comfort station. We will be back!

Our family has decided that site 26 on the river is the nicest campsite we have ever used. Plenty of space between sites. Campground is very well maintained and folks were very nice. Premium price, but well worth it!

Nicest park I've ever stayed in, the ONLY negative I can see is lack of free Wi-Fi which is ridiculous in this day and time.

Bathrooms clean, cable didn't work. Stayed in a heavy downpour and park didn't drain well. Nice coffee shop and pizza, but park itself just good enough for an overnight. Better options fairly close by.

Park was well suited as a base for going to Disney/Universal, but is turning into a high priced trailer park with pink and teal colored mobile homes being sold as vacation homes. This draws folks who have no empathy with RV'ers. I had problems with folks parking their SUV's in the road (RV's couldn't get by) and kids being allowed to run wild on electric scooters. I literally had to stop my rig when leaving to keep from running over one. He never saw me either! I won't be back any time soon.

This park is mainly for overnighters off of I95, but would make a nice base for visiting Edisto, Savannah, etc. All sites are pull throughs and it is easily accessible from the interstate. Very neat and peaceful. Will stay there again! Check out Duke's Bar-B-Q nearby for some local flavor!
