Rate is Passport America. Very nice park and super nice staff who actually escorts you to site! As previous comments indicated, the entrance can be a little intimidating (steep), but no problem for big rigs. Most sites are back-ins, but when not busy you are permitted to pull-through. Excellent utilities and Wi-Fi. Restrooms/showers are almost new and very clean. No laundry facilities and very little shade. Shopping is within 2 miles. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
Nice park. Very friendly staff. pull-throughs were exceptionally long. Check-in and store had very limited hours. Pool was nice but restrooms were pitiful! They had paid showers and only one restroom/shower up on top of hill by pool --- a little walk if you were in the lower area. No laundry facilities. Lots of kids' space; ballpark, soccer area, playgrounds, ponds, and creek. Will stay again.
OMG...Avoid this place! The rate is Passport America. The office only accepts cash or check no credit cards. Filled out paper work and was escorted to our site having to go thru the getto of permanently parked trailers. Got to an open field with pull thru sites right next to interstate. My husband was connecting the hose to fill the tank and several gentlemen on their golf cart yelled out - don't drink the water. Its non potable and will make you deathly ill. My husband smelled it and put a few drops on his tongue and had a bad taste. Went to the office ice for a refund and the older gentleman was rude and said who asked who told us about the water! Said we could buy water for drinking...no use would we stay there. Would not recommend nor return.
Had a coupon from online for a $10 discount off the $26 rate. Site we chose is a pull thru with electric only. There is a dump and fresh water within 50 feet. There are sites with full hookups, fire pits, picnic tables, etc. Bathroom and shower is new and clean. Wifi is spotty. You get a key card for the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Casino is nice. Didnt eat any meals there. Would surely return!
The rate quoted is Passport America. Presently surprised with this campground. The grounds are neat and clean, gravel roads with grass dividers between sites. Trees at almost every site. The laundry is clean ($1.50 wash/$1.00 dry). Restrooms and showers are very clean, even providing a hair dryer in the ladies room! The pool happened to be closed due to a storm but was nice and told it was heated. Cute playground for the kids and large dog walk area. There are train tracks but didn't see or hear a train. Very close to Interstate 90, easy off and on. Also with 1/4 mile of Walmart, restaurants and a Cabela sport store. Staff was very nice and informative. Would definitely stop here and recommend it to friends.
Was sent here after an overbooking at Badlands NP Cedar Pass Campground. It is not actually inside the park but run by the same company as the park campground. The only good thing I can say is the workkamp staff was excellent as well as the wifi! The staff was so friendly and nice. As for the sites, they are gravel pull thrus and back in some with full hookups other with electric only. The place is old and run down and in need of repairs. The bathrooms are clean but old - should be condemned! There is no laundry as stated and the pool is there but hasn't been filled for years! It is right across the street from a gas station/convenience store and very close to the interstate, though you don't hear the noise. There are also cabins and trailers where the park service staff lives. It could be a very nice park if they would put some money into it and update everything. Not sure if we would stay again.
Found this park on the Internet with a special $39.95 rate for 3 nights with a mandatory 90 minute sales pitch. The park is beautiful with large pull-throughs and back-ins. Restrooms are large and clean. Pool and hot tub were heated perfectly! Plenty of activities as well as walking trail, mini golf, bikes to use, etc. Large fenced in dog park, laundry area and even a clubhouse! Sales pitch was to buy into the RV park but once told not interested, they were fine --- even got free chuck wagon dinner show coupons! Found a coupon in a local paper that advertised it for $29.95 for three night and they gave me a refund! Great place. Would definitely return and recommend!
Large park with 150 pull thru sites. Currently here on the Memorial Day weekend and only 26 spaces being used. Needed to cancel our reservation for one night and they could not refund the money back! The place is empty! The pool nor hot tub is open and only one small laundry area is open. Restrooms are large and clean. Showers are tiny! Bad reception on cable but strong WiFi signal. Off of a four lane highway so you do hear traffic noise. 15 miles to the closest grocery store.
Used our Passport America discount for a $20 a night stay. 90 percent of the sites are long term residents. The campground is all gravel. Sites seem wide but the way they are arranged we were literally an arms length from the next RV. The fenced in dog park is just gravel...no shrubs or trees. Laundry room has four washers at $1.50 and 4 dryers at .75 cents. Restrooms are clean but NO doors on toilets, just a shower curtain! Would not stay here nor recommend.
Park was open with pull thrus available. We had electric but the water was not on until May 16. Restrooms are pit toilets. Water in lake was extremely low. Unlimited supply of firewood available! Would stay here again.
Rate is with NP Access pass. Park has paved roads but sites are gravel. There is a fire pit and picnic table at site. Area is sagebrush. A moose frequented our campsite. There is a river for fishing. Dump station and water available. Restrooms are clean but no soap dispenser nor paper towels/hand dryer. Stopped for threes nights while on our way up to Yellowstone. Would stay here again.
Very scenic park with loads of hiking trails and fishing in the Snake river. Sites are pull thru and back ins and have water and electric. There is a dump station. The bathrooms are clean but much to my surprise no soap or paper towel dispenser/hand dryer! There are trash cans through out. A senior discount is offered but only Monday thru Thursday. There is also an added $5 entrance fee! Staff and camp host very friendly. Would stay here again.
Rate is Good Sams. Very nice pull thru. Gravel roads which make a lot of dust but each site has a grassy area and small tree. Restrooms and showers are nice and clean. Laundry is nice size with newer washers and dryers at $1.50 each. Park is right next to the city 27 mile hiking/walking/bike trail. Also next to the fairgrounds and racing horse park. Close to shopping and restaurants. Also has propane for sale. Very friendly staff always asking if you need help. Would definitely stay here again.
We planned on staying for only one night but if you want sewer you must stay two nights. They only have 4 sites with electric, water, sewer, and 5 sites with water and electric. They also have sleeping cabins and tent area. The main draw for us was the hot springs pond. The temp was around 102 and very relaxing. It is small volcanic gravel bottom so some type of shoe is recommended. They also have private hot tubs available at an extra cost. The pond is used for day use and draws in quite a few people. There are only 2 restrooms and 2 showers which both had a waiting line but were clean. There is a very nice common room with kitchen facilities and television. No cable TV or WiFi available at our site. Its a shame the grounds are ruined by an area of junk. Old building, old campers, and heavy equipment make the area an eyesore. They do accept Passport America for 1 nite bringing the rate to $10. Not sure if we would return.
Large RV park with 130 sites. Most are pull thrus with just a few back ins. It is Passport America so you can cut the price in half. Very nice lodge (office) with fireplace, small store, free coffee and popcorn. Good laundry area with washers and dryers at only $1.00 each. Restrooms are clean. Showers are nicely tiled and heated which is nice in cooler weather! WiFi is strong. The only problem was our cable did not work but was able to run the wire to the next site. Landscaping is very professional and well maintained. Fishing pond on the property as well as pet area. Would stay again. Close to Woodburn for the tulip festival and Mt. Angel for a great sausage sandwich. Would definitely stop here again.
The rate of $17.50 is Passport America and requires a two night stay. The RV park is part of the fairgrounds. No signage for RV park but pull into Gate 1. Some sites cement, some gravel, and some grass. Utilities are all good, electric water and sewer. WiFi is excellent. We did not use the restrooms or shower as they require a $25 deposit for key. We would stay here again as the redwoods are great!
The rate shown is with a Good Sam discount. This is an older park with pull-throughs for overnight. The roads are paved but sites gravel with a cement pad. Office girls very friendly and informative on local attractions. The park is directly off the interstate and you see and hear it all day and night. Grocery store within two miles and ferry to San Francisco is three miles.
Great campground! Very friendly and helpful staff. Pull thru sites. Great Wi-Fi. Fenced in dog park. Very nice outside common patio area with tables chairs and gas grills for your use. Swimming pool, game room and playground for kids. Would definitely come back!
Very large RV park. All pull thru sites but some reserved for what looks like " storage" and others for monthly. There are several trailers with a lot of junk in their space making it look terrible! Seems like its been under construction for a while and for some reason construction has stopped. Does have one restroom and one shower. Laundry is four washers and four dryers. Dumpsters throughout the park and two fenced in dog parks. Electric, water and sewer connections good. The $20 rate is an internet special and you have to stay 3 nights. The office is only open weekdays from 3 - 6 pm and closed on weekends.
A small park with gravel roads. The pull thrus have a concrete pad with picnic table and a few trees between sites. Registration is very easy and the $31.50 rate is Good Sam discount. The restrooms and showers are very clean but very old. Laundry is great with 3 washers ($1) and 3 dryers (.75). The owners are friendly and guide you to your site. Shopping and restaurants are within 4-5 miles. Grounds are kept clean. Would stay here again with no hesitation!
The park is right off Boulder Highway and they have a special for $16 a night for the first 3 nights, then it goes up to $20. Most of sites are pull-through and blacktop, with a little landscaping in between. About 75% of the occupants are permanent, run down trailers. Staff in office is very nice. Wi-Fi is available in the office only. You are also required to give a $10 deposit on a key which gives access to the bathrooms, laundry ($1 wash and dry) and the pool. A major safety concern is the key is needed to open the pool area and to get out of the pool area. My husband and I went in together, but he left when the sun got too hot, and I was actually locked in the pool area until I found someone walking past with a key to let me out! For the price, we would stay here again.
This is an older park which caters to Canadians. They book less then 5% of their sites to Americans. Not American friendly at all and I would not recommend this park to anyone but Canadians. The park is fairly clean. The pull through sites are terrible. You are parked on broken black top and dirt mixed with stones. Speed bumps every 50 feet (Big ones). No golf, tennis or any American recreation. They have 2 volley ball only pools, 3 not so clean hot tubs, and a large float pool. WiFi is terrible. They have a good cable TV signal. Have noticed the police coming to this park at night writing down Canadian license plated to see if they are over their limit in length of stay in California without a temporary CA tag. California will inbound any RV if over the time limit.
The PPA rate of $16 is right for this park. Alot of road construction going on right in front of property. The pool and spa are very nice, clean and warm. Laundry facilities are older but only 50 cents to dry and 75 cents to wash. Only two showers within the pool area which closes at 10:00pm. Also only two restrooms which are in the rec hall which also closes at 10:00pm. They do have a nice gas bbq grill and two picnic tables for the RV/ trailer guests. But no table or chairs by your site. Sites are close, lined with palm trees and mail boxes which may makes backing in a little more difficult.
Park is half mobile homes and half RV. Staff is friendly except for one who was very rude. Lots of activities including walkers and bikes everywhere! Monthly rate is quoted with electric extra at $.14 per kilowatt. The Wi-Fi is terrible. I had to go to the office five days in a row and was told to call internet providers directly which I did. Was told by them to purchase a wireless antenna for better reception. Been here two weeks and still have major Wi-Fi problems! Pets are permitted only in certain areas and believe me you will be told if you step past the area. But they do have several great fenced dogs parks. Seems like a lot of regular repeat visitors.
Hard to find with construction all around. Entrance to park is not clearly marked. Pull in spaces are dirt and not long enough for a 42' plus tow. Had to detach car before getting into space. They do have a enclosed pool which we didn't use. Have a fenced in dog park for the dogs, but it is all dirt, no grass or trees. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV were OK. Stayed here several years ago but seemed it has gone downhill. Not sure if we would return.
Sites are great. We were in a pull thru with our 42' and plenty of room for our tow. Showers and bathrooms are very clean. Staff very friendly. A breakfast with homemade waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc was provided. Only downfall was the WiFi. Could not connect even in front of the office! Would definitely stay again!
Very nice park. Staff was friendly with all information. Walking distance to beach. Within a mile to groceries but no restaurants close by. The pool is noted as heated but was not. Water was too cold to swim in.
The park is very well maintained with clean restrooms and showers. The pool is heated with plenty of chairs and loungers. You even get access to the Ramada across the street which had several pools, hot tub, exercise room and beach access. There are weekly movies at the pool. It is within a mile of supermarkets and close to everything else. The only downfall is the Wi-Fi. We were within 20' of the antenna and could not connect. We had to walk to the office to get a good connection.
