First of all the rate reflects PA for the entire time we were there (13 days). We would rate this park higher, but we had problem with neighbors noise until the wee hours of the morning and there is no contact number or security number to address this. Park is nice, though, and your stay decision should not be based on our experience. We have stayed at other parks in the area and this one is better in that sites are larger and have cable TV. Wi-Fi was a problem for our entire stay, but we have smart phone so could work around it. They supposedly "updated" the internet system while we were there but it was no better after the "update". Facilities are a little older but clean and no problems. All in all a nice place to stay.

As mentioned previously this is primarily a gravel parking lot behind the owner's house. Having said that it's a good place for an over nighter. Wi-Fi worked well and cable worked despite some dirty connectors. Some road noise from highway but not a big problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Rate reflects PA discount. This is one of the nicest parks we have ever used and we have been full timers for six years. We did not find sites to be too close together so I presume that is a relative thing. Wi-Fi worked great as did cable TV. Entire park was extremely clean. We would most definitely stay here again.

We has planned to stay in another park but friends convinced us to stay here. Unfortunately, we think that was a mistake. The sites are waaay too narrow. We could almost touch our neighbors by reaching out our side window and this is the tightest space we have ever seen in our 6 years of full time RVing. I would NEVER stay here again because of the narrow sites. Having said that, the park is convenient to downtown Mountain View and is within walking distance of the square. Wi-Fi worked great and cable TV worked pretty well with some channels being fuzzy. Park is quiet and has a pickin' shed for folks to gather and play music. It's also next to a very nice city park with a great walking trail. If the owners would not try to pack folks in like sardines this could be a really nice place to stay.

I will begin by saying that the rough entry mentioned in previous reviews has been fixed. The owner has poured a nice concrete drive entering the park. Having said that my observations and comments echo the sentiments of previous ones. This park is an excellent place for both overnight stops and longer term stays. We loved it here!

This is a new park and is a work in progress at this time. Owner was digging a new pool as we checked in. There are lots of long termers here, but all units were clean and modern so no problems there. Pull through sites where we were assigned, are extremely large and easy to navigate. Site was level, water pressure was good, and Wi-Fi was good. As mentioned by others, this campground sits on top of a hill and sunset was gorgeous. Wind was also mentioned by others and was our only concern but that is not controlled by campground. We would most definitely stay here again.

I'm sorry but I can't give the rave reviews of others. Granted, this park is sufficient for an overnight stay, but we felt it was crowded with very cramped sites, the water pressure was extremely low (just a trickle coming out of our shower), and the smell from surrounding area was awful. Most of the sites were filled with long termers. However, Wi-Fi and cable TV did work very well. Owner was not in town, but the fill in help was friendly. Did not use any of the other facilities. I doubt if we will ever use this park again.

After reading one other review we decided to stay at this park for one night as we were passing through and were glad we did. Check-in was easy and the personnel were friendly. Escorted to our site which was a fully paved pull through. Our only concern was the narrow roads, but we could negotiate without a problem. There are lots of long term tenants at this park, but their units are clean and they were no problem at all. I would definitely recommend this facility for either short or long term for a couple, but we didn't see much to do for a family.

We are full timers and found this to be one of the best campgrounds we have ever used. However, we prefer smaller facilities over the big resorts. Sites are very large and well organized. Management makes an effort to separate the older crowd from families. Our only complaint is the number of local 4 wheelers speeding through the park at all hours of the day and night. We discussed this with management and they are trying to figure out a way to stop it but nothing has worked so far. I guess they are not as aggressive as I would be in attacking the problem. We would have rated it a 10 if it were not for that. All in all it is a great place to stay. Price listed reflects monthly rate.

Agree with previous review in that it is good for just an overnight stay. Lots of long term trailers on grounds but overnight section is in a field. The location is somewhat out of the way of major routes so we would probably not go back.

As others have mentioned this is a nice place for a few nights but it is certainly no destination park. Owner was friendly and other than road noise it is a quiet place. We were making an overnight stop and this was just fine for that. My only concern was the tight corners on the roads making it somewhat tedious to snake or fiver to the correct spot. No big deal...just had to be careful.

We thoroughly enjoyed this campground, and will plan to stay here again in the future. It appears the owner is either expanding or renovating many of the sites and they are all very nice if you enjoy "woodsy" type campgrounds. The 2 mile road has been resurfaced and is now smooth all the way. We used a pull thru site but the backins are plenty large enough to get into with no problem. We would rate this higher if the bath houses were a little newer. They were clean, but many parts were rusty from age.

This park is OK for an overnight stay but information available about it is either incorrect or misleading. Rate charged was $35. Some sites are nice but others, like the one we were assigned, are just a gravel parking lot with unusual site arrangement. Staff was not very helpful when we asked questions and we were told the manager would call us but never did. Additionally, the park is adjacent to a truck stop and noisy trucks ran all night. I would not stay here again at the rate charged even though, as mentioned earlier, it's OK or an overnight stop if you just want to get off the road and nothing else is available.

As mentioned in prior reviews this is a small park that is good for an overnight stay. It was quiet with very little traffic. The Wi-fi worked just fine. Restaurants and fuel are nearby. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Price listed was the average for a week's stay. It is a very quiet campground and nice place to stay while visiting Branson area. Sites are gravel but level. Roads are rough and need to be upgraded but it is not a major problem. The wwner is very accommodating.

This is a very small park that is relatively new. They offer free wi-fi that works very well along with free laundry facilities. Sites are all gravel with very little grass. Pull-thru sites are available but some are difficult to negotiate because of trees and/or light poles. This park makes a good overnight stop but don't expect anything more than nice hookups with good internet connection. Passport price is what drew us here.
