I found this park to be one of the nicest, cleanest, well manicured and centrally located parks in San Diego County. It's location on San Diego Bay at the south end of the Coronado Strand is prime for long walks or bike rides along the strand, with excellent bird watching opportunities. The mild ocean breezes are constant and the sunsets from the beach are spectacular. Most of San Diego's major attractions are within a 20 minute drive. I'm surprised that there have been no other reviews submitted for this park. I usually rely on RV Reviews in selecting a park, but found this one by accident. The back-in sites are spacious for big rigs including parking for two cars, with a large paving stone patio at each site. You are separated from your neighbor by hedges that border both sides of your site. The park has two golf driving cages and two synthetic putting greens. This is an adult park where most guests respect peace and quiet. There are no shower or restroom facilities but the laundry room was as clean as can be. I highly recommend this park as a base point when visiting San Diego. It's peaceful, quiet and clean.

This park is pretty wide open which leaves you susceptible to blasting winds and blistering heat. The park itself has modular units dispersed among the RV sites. Our site wasn't very even and left the front wheels off the ground when leveled. The park is neat and tidy and had very clean and modern pool and laundry facilities. Wi-Fi was non existent. For the price you would expect something more resort like. I would prefer more of a park like setting than a parking lot if I should return to the area.

This is a nice little park that has been well maintained. Sites are level, spacious with grass and a picnic table at each. Inner roads are paved. It is very convenient to the downtown area of Richfield. Wi-Fi worked ok but satellite didn't as a result of the tree cover. Cable was available. Would visit again if I return to the area.

The sites are not very well maintained, with areas of puddles or mud in places. There are obviously many long term residents in this park. The highway noise is non-existent considering how close you are. Wi-Fi was so so. Satellite - good. Definitely not a park that I would rush back to, but just ok if you're visiting the Ogden area.

A nice park that is extremely well taken care of. A little pricey for this time of year though. The owner was extremely personable and informative. The washrooms were spotless. Sites were spacious and level. Excellent Wi-Fi and satellite connection. A nice place to spend a day or two before, or after visiting Yellowstone. We would definitely stay at this park if we should return to the area.

This park displays pride of ownership with beautiful plants, well kept lawns and overall spotlessness. The sites are large, level and well manicured with good Wi-Fi and satellite. The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting attractions worth seeing in the area. We spent a pleasant two days at this park and would definitely return for longer on our net trip through the area.

I would consider this park average but well maintained. The owner was very personable and helpful. Guided us right into our site. Site was level, with Wi-Fi and Satellite capability. Appears to have many full timers in the park, but sites and surrounding areas were quiet and very clean. Small dog run on the west side of the park also kept clean. Laundromat and restrooms were always found very clean. I would return to this park.

This park was clearly marked, "closed for the season", but I pulled in anyway. The proprietor was friendly and welcomed me if I was only overnighting. (which I had intended). He provided a quiet, full service level site on crushed gravel. An area of grass and a picnic table were part of the site. There were other campers in the park that worked in the oil business. They were quiet and rarely seen. It was just an o.k. park and I would probably choose something else if I was in the area again.

This park is conveniently situated near the town of Banff but it is in a heavily treed wilderness with only the basics of services. (W.E.S) There is no Wi-Fi service or satellite abilty. The price would indicate something more in the way of amenities. Staff weren't overly friendly. Probably would make another choice if we were in the area again. Possibly Canmore, Alberta.

This park is situated in a beautiful setting surrounded by high mountains. Level gravel sites with grass and picnic tables. Staff is extremely friendly and obliging. Exellent free Wi-Fi and satellite reception. Nice dog run at the south end of the park. We stayed here for 3 days while we took the tow and traveled the area. Some magnificent scenery to be seen within 30 miles. (Mt. Robson) Jasper is about an hour away. We will definitely stay here again when we're back in the area.

At this time of year the park was only partly occupied. The sites are spacious enough, even with a near full house. The staff was very friendly and the amenities were spotless. The neighboring property to the north is currently constructing 3 story town houses and construction began at 7 a.m. This was the only negative, and certainly not the parks responsibility. I wouldn't be surprised if this park became part of the building boom that has taken place in the area. Nice park, but for how long?

This park is located in one of the prettiest settings you will find anywhere. Small fishing lake with paved walking lane around it. Sites are large and have grass and picnic tables between you and your neighbor. Security was ever present but not intrusive. Wi-Fi was difficult to access and cost $12.95 for 3 days. Casino is located a short walking distance from the park and good meals are very reasonably priced. We will definitely stay at this park again. Rate is Passport America.

This is a well maintained park, but obviously dated due to the size of the sites. Definitely not a comfortable fit for a large coach with slide outs. Your driving skills are tested to the limit just geting into your site. Once in, the space is so tight that you must be careful putting the slides out. It's a nice clean park with clean and well maintained amenities. Good satellite and Wi-Fi, although I was located close to the clubhouse. This may have made a difference. A 20' travel trailer would be about the only size that would fit comfortably into one of these sites. I won't be staying here again if I should visit the area. Getting settled is something that you would only want to attempt once.

This park is conveniently located next to I-5, however the traffic noise is minimal. Seldom you see a park with 40' wide sites. (130's) Pull through's that a 40' coach and toad can easily pull into with plenty of room to spare. Sites are level with hard packed gravel, seperated from one another by a cedar hedge. Park and amenities are very clean and modern. Pride of ownership is evident. The only negative was the fee of $3 charged for Wi-Fi access. Great Mexican restaurant in Ferndale (Chihuahua) worth a visit. This is a great park to spend a few days either returning from Canada or heaading north. Situated 15 miles south of the Canadian/US border. Would definitely return if we are in the area.

This park is not very well marked on Hwy 101. The entrance is south of the town to the west of the highway. You have to be paying attention. The park is an open space and the sites are a good size. Park was quiet and the staff were very nice. The amenities were clean and well looked after. I had poor Wi-Fi signal but other than that it was an enjoyable visit. A short drive puts you at the beach to witness amazing sunsets. A good park to spend a few quiet days while traveling the coast. At the R.P.I. rate, a great deal.

After reading so many positive reviews of this park we were driving through the area and decided to overnight and see for ourselves. Believe me, it's as good as it gets. The other reviews are bang on. The only disappointment was not being able to stay longer. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

Nice little park close to the beach and Hwy 101. Good satellite and free Wi-Fi connection. Sites are a good size but could be tidied up a little bit. Cable connector was broken at our site. Friendly, helpful staff. Restrooms and showers were very clean. Found it to be a little pricey compared to others in the area. Otherwise, a pleasant visit and I would stay here again.

This park is centrally located in a small clearing on the Avenue of the Giants with easy access to Hwy 101. Very quiet with an interesting gift shop. The sites are spacious, and all have 50 amp service. Free Wi-Fi that worked well. Couldn't receive satellite connection from my position near the front of the park, but those in sites at the back had no trouble receiving a signal. A great, friendly staff with ambitious plans for future development of the park. Laundry facilities were spotless. Would rate higher if showers and other amenities had been completed, but would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable.

This appears to be a very old park with extremely narrow sites. The grounds are not maintained to the degree that you would expect. Good proximity to the beach, well stocked convenience store, good Wi-Fi, but other than that, not too many other positives to speak of. There are other much better parks in the area.

This park is probably one of the quieter ones in the Grover/Pismo Beach area. Each park has its share of Highway 1 and train noise but without any amenities for children this park was generally better suited for an older crowd. Sites are close together but not forbidding. Beach is within a quarter of a mile with a nice walkway to Pismo Beach. An o.k., clean park to overnight or spend a couple of days if your planned activities are away from the park. Park has no activities or recreational facilities.

This is a nice little park with easy access to the beach. Shopping is conveniently located nearby. Sites are spacious and tiered adding to additional privacy. Monterey Bay, Carmel and Cannery Row are a short drive away. Each site has a fire and barbeque pit with a picnic table. The amenities in the park were clean and well maintained. Slight noise from Highway 1, but not enough to bother you. Would definitely stay here again.
