Playmore Beach Campground has been closed for several years and is now open under new management. The park is beautiful and they are working very hard to have electricity and sewer as soon as possible. However, there is plenty of room for tent camping. There is swimming, horseshoes, putt-putt and more. Wilsons Creek runs through the park and they have a beautiful beach.

Steele Creek Park was very crowded. The campers were very close together. Even though our family had a good time, it seemed a little claustrophobic and very commercial.

Rose Creek Campground is very family oriented and friendly. On July 4th, they had a live band for entertainment with fireworks afterwards. It was a very enjoyable experience.
