Pretty basic all in a row back-in sites, on grass, took some jockeying to get level. Notice to pick a site and call this number for manager who then came in around 5:00 and did the paperwork. Clean bathroom and shower and laundry. WiFi and cable TV were good. My rate reflected the Passport America discount. Easy stay for one night just passing through.
Nice older park with great vegetation, plants, flowers, trees between sites. The sites aren't all that big, but will accommodate most rigs. Very helpful management. Friendly occupants, lots of winter Texans and year round folk. Great Wi-Fi, clean and private bathrooms (individual ones!), community room with exercise equipment, kitchen, TV and computer. Great deal for the price!
Nice manager, large sites most are around a man-made lake. WiFi ok if you are near the office. My big complaint was that I was charged $2 for a hot shower, AND the water was not even hot. It was tepid at best.
The bathroom and shower were in disrepair but clean, a new one is being constructed. This park is basically a parking lot with two rows of campers. I give the owner a big thumbs up for accommodating me as all sites were filled (mostly folks working locally). My rig is small and all I needed was power, he found a spot for me between two FEMA trailers. It was quiet, the WiFi and expanded cable TV were great. Site was grass and flat. The rate was with Passport America. I stayed here 3 nights.
I spent a month here, everyone is very friendly. The sites are close together, but for being right the ocean you can't beat the price. Clean and well taken care of. Great WiFi. Near restaurants and stores.
The wiring was funky, my 30 amp hookup was full of bugs and the needle of my interior gauge kept fluctuating. The WiFi wasn't working. And the deal breaker was the bathroom. It was greatly in need of repair, peeling paint, door wouldn't shut, only one bathroom. And it was filthy!
