This is a neat little park. It has grass sites and some have fire rings. Staff was very friendly. It is situated right along the scenic Mohawk River. We stayed here for a night as we were on our way home. Very easy access from I-90 and I-890. Bicycle trail is nearby. We'd stay here again. Trees hinder satellite reception.
We thought this a bit pricey for a KOA. But included in the fee was a chili supper, a magic show, and a free continental breakfast. All-in-all, not a bad deal. The grounds were full and cramped but the Covered Bridge Festival was occurring. The staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. As with most KOA's: it's close to the Interstate. However, noise was nil. We would stay here again. As far as the comment about the pool by a previous poster: it was closed.
