Place was crazy with kids. Perfect for them, didn't work so well for us. Wi-Fi wasn't working. Pull-through site adequate but very tight. Went there unplanned so did not know what to expect. We did get out of the pouring rain. Many very happy "seasonals". We were in a 36' rig. Would not return. Rowdy crowd.
Initially we were put off by entrance looked old and unkempt. We drove past a fallen down house on way to office. We were the only ones there 3 days. Owner pleasant. He lives on property but not actually on camping area. First night i was frightened by the unknown and isolation but then felt safe. Grass level sites. Golf driving range attached. Has good potential but future looks gloomy. Park 1/2 mile away was almost full. Rate was Passport America during high season. I we would camp there again if returned to PEI.
Management & staff excellent- friendly and helpful. Clubhouse spacious and clean. Pool available in season. Laundry on site is more reasonable than Laundromat Wooded sites. We were not able to connect to Satellite. No Wi-Fi or cable available. Sites are not level or large but staff will assist in whatever it takes to level and facilitate settling into site. Convenient to Asheville and Western NC attractions. Showers could use more cleaning attention. This is our 3rd year to stay a month at this park. Despite any shortcomings we will return again next year.
Fourteen miles off I84. Next to Snake River. River access for kayaks. Convenient for Boise. Passport America rate, unlimited. Clean. Owners very pleasant and helpful. Sites a little tight. Viewed river from our spot. Some resident folks. Full laundry excellent. Gravel sites. Excellent value!
Interesting. No one here but us plus 1 more. Price was right. Site level. 50 amp pull-through site. Quiet. Seems like it needs some grooming. Adequate for overnight stay and if working near by. Town and restaurants handy. Walmart close.
