We stayed here 1 night. Campground has a great location right across the beach. One of the best features is it has 2 restaurants within walking distance so there is no need for a car. We ate at Aunt Kate's and had great, reasonably priced food with a very nice view. Friendly staff. Sites are private with good foliage between them. Bathrooms could use some updating, but we'll definitely be back.

We stayed here four nights. This has to be one of my favorite KOA campgrounds. The views are beautiful, particularly if you have a water view lot or one nearby. There is lots to do, including a blueberry pancake breakfast (for a small fee), a lobster dinner (lobster steamed right in front of your eyes which you can eat there or take to your rv), and all of the typical KOA activities such as tye dyed shirts. They escort you to your site. Some sites are very unlevel though, but ours was ok. Convenient free shuttle to Acadia National Park and town of Bar Harbor.

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting Southern Maine. The campground was very nice. The people in the front desk couldn't have been nicer. Every day you get a free newspaper. There is lots of entertainment without leaving the campground including outdoor movies, bingo, crafts for the kids, and they even deliver pizza, ice, wood, and desserts to your door if you wish. It is very well maintained and friendly KOA conveniently just minutes away from the Portland sights, Kennebunk, and the Orchard Beach area.

We stayed here 1 night traveling South to Florida. We were pleasantly surprised. Even though the campground is new and many of the facilities have not been completed (rec. area, pool, playground) the campground was very clean. Each site had a brand new picnic table, many of the sites are fully paved, some have fire rings, and there is a wonderful hot tub you can use. The camp is filled with lovely pavilions and gazebos with tables where you can enjoy your stay. The bathrooms were very clean (but only 1 each) and the man at the front desk was very friendly. Great place to stay if you're passing through. I think it will be lovely when it is completed.
