We stayed here from January 2011 to July 30th 2011 and the overnight rate is based on the monthly cost + electric. About two weeks into my stay, while we were shopping the electric box fried my power cord. Apparently there was no safety at the box, it overheated with one space heater running. My new power cord was patched with a cheap end (the electrician told me so) and I was promised a new cord by the manager. I never got the cord. I reminded him multiple times. Many months later a new manager brought a cord over (bright yellow) after I told him about the incident. The replacement cord was not of the same quality (marine grade) and actually deformed when he tried to plug it in. A few days later, he came over with the same cord. I explained that I needed a replacement that was marine grade, not what a rental company would send you out with. He never replaced the cord, even after multiple promises to do so. The park is not well maintained, with grass at the front sites, but none in many of the monthly's. Just blowing dirt and trash. I was backed in on dirt and needed lumber to level my fifth wheel. I am not sure if a man would have gotten the same treatment over the power cord as I did, however I hope this review is helpful to others. My overall impression was one of no integrity and I was very disappointed in management.
We stayed overnight in on of the big rig sites at the back of the park. The park was quiet, clean and the owner is very friendly. The Wi-Fi worked. Very convenient to get back on the interstate. There are trees in the park, they just are not large enough to provide shade yet. We would stay here again.
