Good water and electric. I didn't use the showers but was told they are pay showers. Nice views of lake. Some grass sites and a few cement sites that are nice. Water and electric are on wrong side of rig and will require extensions for these cement sites. Sewer needs long hose as it is at the end of the site. Friendly host on site in the afternoon. Cash or check only. 50 amp is $2.00 extra.
There is good water and electric service. There is easy access to dump station. There are shaded and open sites. This is a nice views of river. Apple trees are all around. We would stay here again. Cash or check only.
Ok park for the area. Not too many choices. All gravel sites. Near I-25 so some road noise. Pull thru w/e sites make it easy to get into site. Friendly staff in office. Good water and electric. Would stay here again.
This membership park has very narrow sites. Slide outs very close together. Narrow gravel roads and sites make it difficult to get into site. Sites are pull through so that helps. Staff in office was OK. They accept mail. Stayed here with RPI so rate is lower.
Right on road so some noise, but not too bad. We had back in site next to alfalfa field. Nice view. Good water and electric. Very nice owner. Uses honor system for washer/dryer and snacks. Just use them and put money in a box to pay. Very nice. Would stay here again.
Very friendly and helpful owners live on site. The park is gravel, dirt and grass. Sites are level. They don't allow you to step down to 30 amp if your rig is 50 amp due to problems with electric connections. Which means you pay for 50amp even if you don't really need it. Not too much of a problem since this is a Passport America park and has a reasonable rate. Water was good. It could use some landscaping upkeep. Convenient to interstate but no noise from the highway. Nice stocked pond for fishing on site.
Park is a typical Thousand Trails preserve. The dirt roads were muddy due to recent rain. Sites are located on terraced hills. Paved, but not wide enough to enter or leave rig without stepping in mud. One employee we met was friendly and helpful.
$2.00 per day for 50 amp electric. Full of seasonal rigs(best sites used by them). Needs more maintenance. Pool has several rips in liner patched with duct tape. Mini golf is full of grass and needs repair. Roads are full of pot holes and make walking and riding a bike hazardous. Nice office staff. Some sewer sites and electric sites don't work. Very pretty park with lots of lakes and very nice walking trail system. Could really really use some updating and more tender loving care.
Good Sam rate. Good water, sewer and electric. Pull Thru sites are set up so that 2 RVers share a power pole, which means you may face your neighbor's door instead of his back side. Not too bad if traveling with friends/family or the neighbor is friendly. Sites are narrow and would have scored cg better if sites were wider. With slides out you are very very close to your neighbor. Next door to a dairy farm so you get the occasional "odor de cow" but not really bad. The view of the farm is very pleasant and cows come right up to the fence at cg. Friendly helpful owner (owner x 6 years). Very nice barn with sitting area/library and kitchen for use of campers. Convenient for visits to Dubuque Iowa (7 miles on Mississippi River).
Level paved site with paved patio. Good water, electric, sewer, and WiFi. Friendly staff. Would camp here again if in the area. Very good buffet at the casino. 24/7 free shuttle to casino and it is also within walking distance if you'd rather.
Good water, electric and sewer. Dusty but they watered the roads to help keep down the dust. We were here for a rally so were packed pretty tight. Lucky enough to have an end site so had some extra space. Otherwise it would be VERY tight between rigs. Could not put out the awning due to wind and tight site. They needed to mow the grass.
VERY Noisy urban campground. Very friendly staff. Watch out for the sprinklers..they run all day and may get you wet. Tight sites but adequate. Some are better than others. Pull through sites are in full sun so plenty of room for any size rig. Good water, electric and sewer. Nice cable channel selection. Office helps with tickets and reservations to area attractions. Very nice gift shop on site. Next door to the Dairy Queen. Difficult to walk the dog. Pet area was limited next to a busy street.
Good water, electric and sewer. VERY tight site(narrow) #5. Our slideouts were within inches of our neighbors. Other sites were better. Very nice camp host and owner's family. Quiet and convenient to I-94. WiFi worked great on this site. We were told it didn't work as well toward the back of the campground. Good pet walk/play area at back of campground.
