Very large and spread out park. Sights are a little tight. Many seasonal and long term residents, but all the rigs appear to be well maintained. Lots and lots of golf carts! WiFi is extra and is supplied by one of the residents. $5.00 for 72 hours. Staff and residents are friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
Nice park. Friendly staff. Park is within 50 or 60 feet of the Mississippi River. No trees in this section because it is in the flood plain. Nice to see and hear towboats with barges going up and down river at all hours. I would stay here again.
This park is a bit crowded as all southern California parks we have stayed in are, but we navigated (25' truck with 30' trailer) through it without any problems. Ask for site 114. Staff at the office is a jewel and made our stay exceptional. We will stay here again, if ever in the San Diego area again.
Very large park. Arrived late after office had closed. Cable TV was marginal. Didn't have a code, so couldn't connect. Called office in the morning and they gave it to me right away. Water connection leaked at their back-flow preventer. Space was very large. Would stop here again.
Nice park in a good location. Friendly staff. The park has a new and old section. I stayed in the new one. The only negative is the sewer connections. They are to the rear of the space and quite tall. I had to change spaces because of that. On fellow told me that he had to use 35 feet of sewer hose. I will stay here again, but will make sure that I have a lot of sewer hose.
It is a very basic park, with small trees and not much grass. We had 2.5" of rain our last night and everything was a muddy mess for move out. WiFi is not available anywhere in the park. The park could use some maintenance.
By far the worst park we stayed in this trip. Park in no longer connected with KOA. Interior roads were very narrow and all torn up. Spaces were very tight and not level. Trees in sites need to be trimmed. Had to pull trough the next site to be able to turn to leave. Sewer connection was 12" above the ground. TL listing shows WiFi, but that is not true. TV reception on the antenna was OK.
Convenient place for an overnight stop between Nashville and Memphis. Typical KOA. Tight spaces, but everything works. Very friendly staff. WiFi works in space 41, but I doubt it will reach any further into the park.
Active Duty/Retired Military only! Very clean and open park. Converted mobile home park. Spaces are very large. Excellent security, entry is through a coded gate. WiFi is available through one of the parks residents at a very reasonable rate.
Very pretty park far enough off I-95 to be reasonably quiet for an overnight stay. Wireless is somewhat slow and costs $6.00 per day. At $37.00, price is a big high for what you get. Be aware that there are no services at this exit. No fuel or food!
Park is very clean and well maintained. WiFi is free for now. Sites are a little close together, but not too bad. Laundry room is very functional, 8 washers and 8 dryers. No wait. Park appears to be about 30% occupied right now. Things might change when the park fills up. Very friendly management.
