We stayed here four days. The facilities were great including a fish cleaning area, pool, and propane refilling station. The sites were mostly grass and a little uneven but they were fairly wide and had plenty of room to accommodate our RV and truck. Bring mosquito repellent because the mosquitos were pretty bad especially in the area set aside for tents. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
This was a beautiful and well-maintained campground. The only reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 is that you have to pay for the showers. There is no TV, internet or Verizon mobile access but the setting is so beautiful that we didn't miss them. We couldn't believe how many Kokanee salmon were caught from the fishing bridge. We would love to stay here again.
The only good things I can say about this park are that the sites were level, we had a pull-through site and the park is very close to Sun Valley. The bad things are: There is only 1 shower stall and 1 toilet for men and one for women. There were a lot of tent trailers when we were there so the bathroom was always busy. There is no cable TV, no laundry and too many rules about using the one and only shower. The office person needed a slight attitude adjustment. Given the lack of amenities, the $35.00 price per night seemed a bit high but there were not many other RV parks near Sun Valley to choose from.
This campground had the widest pull-through sites we've ever seen. The sites and facilities were immaculate. The staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful. There was Wi-Fi available in the library but we were unable to access it from our campsite. We couldn't believe the number of activities/facilities we had to choose from including frisbee golf, a heated pool and spa, chipping green, pool table, library, live entertainment and snacks. Except for low water pressure - which was adequate but could have been better - we had a perfect stay. We would happily stay here again.
We spent a month here. The bathroom and laundry facilities were spotless and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We had excellent reception with the park's Wi-Fi and Verizon cell phone. The sites were nice sized. The position of trees and decorative rocks on some of the sites make it a challenge to open both a slide-out and awning but there are plenty of unobstructed sites available. We would definitely stay here again.
