A (24 hr) gated member owned park, clean, and quiet with mature shade trees, 5 mph speed limit and many nice extras like a banquet hall, year around swimming pool, pool room, etc. Check their web site for particulars. The location is probably the best in Pahrump for whatever you want in shopping or entertainment. A word about the city. Pahrump is a relatively new city. I believe that they didn't get electricity until the late fifties or early sixties yet it now has nearly 60,000 inhabitants so most all construction is recent as are the roads, schools, medical facilities, etc.. Las Vegas is just 60 miles via good roads should you need the bright lights. I haven't spent much time describing the park as others have done a good job. The land is mostly flat and good for bicycling if so inclined. We like it. The water is good as is the Parks electrical system. Management is very friendly and helpful at all levels.
N 33 degrees 12.0557' W 107 degrees 14.4645' As originally layed out, this park was designed for over sized mobile homes. A large part of it is now for RV's only so you have plenty of room to park two vehicles, open the slides or awnings and still walk around. The park is quiet, not crowded, well maintained, and multi-level. Clubhouse facilities are very good. Close to the lake and social activities in the winter months. Reasonable rents make it a good destination park for snow birds. The only reason I didn't rate it higher is no swimming pool.
A very old park but a new hard working manager. Site widths about 15 feet and 28 ft long. My trailer stuck out into the driveway about 7 feet as did just about everyone else's. The back of my TV was about 15 feet from the business bypass through town. You park the tow-vehicle on the patio and try not to block the front door. Forget slideouts and awnings. That being said, the grounds were very clean and well maintained as was the laundry room etc. The only problem is that they are kept locked and not always available for use. The daily rate was actually the monthly rate of $135, quite reasonable except that the owner then adds $10 for taxes, something that is included at most of the other parks. We opted to spend $15 more per month for a much nicer park with more in the way of facilities and security. At times, the Wi-Fi was quite good and at other times it slowed to a stop, quite literally. Most all the people in the park were working on a job, very few RV'ers but then it was May. There are a couple of motorcycles in the park (including the owners) but they didn't bother much. The pull-through sites actually sit on the driveway. We won't return because it isn't the kind of park we like but your "mileage might vary".
Clean well kept park with large spaces. Large field for walking pets. Close to many fast food shops with Wal-Mart about 4 miles away. Free Wi-Fi that works fast. While families are welcome, it is not a family park with the only facilities other than showers and bathrooms being a laundromat. Nevertheless it is a quiet place to stay. Weekly and monthly rates.
