Very friendly upon check-in with lots of information on the area. Nice pool full of kids with no adult time. The grounds are immaculate with level concrete sites and green grass between sites. This is a well designed park and very clean. This is right in the middle of the Oregon wine country so don't miss tasting some of the best pinot noir available anywhere. McMinnville has a great restored downtown with many shops and eateries. Be sure and check out the old Mcmenamins Hotel Oregon with great food and roof top dining. We would definitely stay here again.

This park was friendly upon check-in however the manager on the golf cart was, as mentioned in previous reviews, on his power trip. The park is quiet as it is a couple of miles off the freeway on a local road with little traffic. Nice views of the river and very peaceful. Appears to be good fishing by the number of boats that came to fish offshore every day. Nice pool but the hours could be longer with adults only period. It was quite windy when we were there but still pleasant. Well taken care of and lots of green space. We would stay here again on the way through.

Friendly on check-in. Sites are smaller in the older section as this park is old but clean, level and more than adequate. Good cable, no fire pits at the site because of site size. WiFi was not fast but worked fine. Washrooms / showers (free) and laundry were clean however garbage could have been emptied more often. Lots of people out in the bay catching crab and fish. We even saw a few deer roaming close by. Great place to stay a few days and tour around the Tillamook and Netarts area. We would stay here again.

Well, what can I say...Not what we expected. On arrival the woman in the check-in booth said rudely, "Go find your site and come back to check in." Our site was beside the road and not level and had a very bad slope from the road to the site making it very difficult to hook or unhook. (I have driven tractor trailer for over 30 years so I know what I am doing) After unhooking you must squeeze into the site or park up the hill near the check-in. The sites are very narrow, gravel with a picnic table and fire-pit. They are so narrow that fire-pits should not be permitted as the smoke from the wet wood they sell makes it impossible to open a window. The view from our site included the abandoned, dirty mobile homes above us. The WiFi barely worked and we have a high gain, outside, on the roof, antenna. The only sites that anyone would want to stay at here are the ones on the three tiers that overlook the ocean. Be aware that the RV cam is deceiving as these sites are not on the beach. It is a fair walk downhill to the beach. The cable reception was acceptable. The showers are pay per use. We would not stay here again.

Great park in a great location. Friendly staff member guides you to your site and helps if needed. Large older trees throughout the park and very quiet here. The wifi was ok but not very fast (see older review). Cable was good with lots of channels. Good fire pits at each site that were clean (wood available at the office). A picnic table at each site. We were more than pleased with our stay and will be back again.

The park managers were friendly on check-in. Free WiFi is available throughout the park which is good (be sure to get a coupon on check-in). Level sites with picnic tables and fire rings (firewood is available for a fee). Good hook-ups including good cable. There is a charge for the showers. This is a great park with beach access at the end of the park. Quiet at night with no road noise. Very handy to "Shore Acres" State Park which is fabulous with their gardens and views. I would have rated this park higher except for the dusty and dirty roads throughout. Note - the office is only open from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We would stay here again.

The park attendant was friendly on check-in. We had a ocean view site (peek-a-boo type) that was nice. The WiFi was good with some problems at times connecting to the internet.(ISP issues not the rv park) Interesting restaurant with good hearty German food. Home grown entertainment was enjoyable. The Black Forest ham, liverwurst, knackwurst sausages and draft German beer were great. This is a family rv park that caters to the older crowd so is quiet and peaceful. The ocean beach is just a short walk away and is absolutely fabulous. There is a small laundry facility (two washers) that could get very busy as it would appear that people stay more than a couple of days here. The sites are level with some sites having a paved picnic area. Picnic tables are at each site. Cable is supplied which is not bad with just a few channels not perfect. We had a good time here and would stop again when in the area.

Friendly on check-in with maps of the local area. Wi-Fi is free and quite good. There is a charge for the showers. An older park that has a different layout with the pull-through sites parallel to the roads. Not that easy to get into these sites when the park is full. Nice concrete pads overlooking the large center field that includes a basketball court. As mentioned in previous reviews this park is about 9 miles outside of Crescent City away from the ever to common coastal fog and wind. Beautiful Redwood trees are on the drive to the beach and not far south on Hwy. 101 are the "Trees of Mystery" which is a must see. Found it quiet as we were not near the highway. This RV park is probably the best one in the area as the ones in Crescent City for the most part looked pretty bad. The only issue that we had was lots of dogs not on a leash as supposedly required and people not picking up their messes. Looks as if there were a lot of semi-permanent people staying here with a few very dirty units having a bit more old cars and stuff(?) at their site than the rules would have you believe. The sewer connections are not designed by an RV'er as they are about 6 to 8 inches above ground. Go figure. A bit of advice. I would not recommend going to the local Crescent City Safeway Mall after dark. Lots of teens and older hang out there and could get a bit scary. All that said, we would probably not stay in this area again.

This is a fabulous park nestled in the tall trees with level paved sites. The restrooms and showers are spotless. There is no campfires at sites due to a high fire risk however there is a large community fire pit with seating. WiFi is free, very good, and is available at each site. The water comes from a 600 ft. well and is very good. Picnic tables and BBQ stands (a large stump) are at each site. The owner is quite the character and takes pride in this park. Check-in was easy and friendly with a golf cart tour of the park to pick out your site and free maps with many local attractions, waterfalls, landmarks, etc. There is lots to see in this area and it's not that far from Crater Lake which is just unreal! Shopping should be done before coming here as mentioned in another review. The closest is in Shady Cove about 22 miles away. Be sure to check out "Beckie's Cafe" as the food is fantastic. Also right next door to "Beckie's" is home made ice cream. As an added note, I felt the most secure in this park versus any other we have stayed in. We would definitely stay here again.

Unlike other reviews we found the check-in fast and friendly. We have stayed at this park before as it has easy access from I-5 and it's close proximity to shopping. (Super Wal-Mart, Outlet Stores, Arby's, etc.) The pool was clean and warm and the grounds were very well kept. Starbucks is only a few hundred feet away for the special morning coffee and the Elmer's restaurant next door has great food at decent prices. WiFi is good and is available for a fee. This park has, in my opinion, a very poor website that does them no justice. We would stay here again.

This is an older park with tall trees throughout. The check-in was fast and very friendly. The sites are not particularly level but livable. WiFi was acceptable but only usable for sites near the office. We only stayed here one night on our way south but seems quiet and would be a park for kids as they were many using the pool. We would stay here again.

This is a great park on the Twisp River with lots of large shade trees, green grass, paved roads and a peaceful setting. The owners were friendly and helpful with an escort to our site on arrival. The sites are gravel and fairly level with easy access. Each site has a picnic table and firepit. The washrooms and laundry were very clean with a reasonable charge for both. There is some road noise but it's not bad and dies off at night. We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend and thought there would be and issue with people partying but it was very well controlled and quiet after 11:00pm. Saw a few deer roaming around and some people were catching trout from the river. There is a small store with a few essentials, firewood and propane. We found the best grocery shopping is about two miles away in Twisp. The WiFi is great as they now have repeaters so not a problem as mentioned in previous reviews. We would stay here again.

This is a fabulous park located outside of the old western town of Winthrop. The grounds were very well manicured with lots of shade trees and flowers. The restrooms and showers were spotless. There is a mini-golf, a small store with some RV items and essentials. The lake is stocked with trout and the fishing types were having no problem catching them off the docks or from boats. Absolutely no noise during the day or night and it was so peaceful that we hated to leave. We stayed in the upper area and the view of the lake and surrounding hills was perfect. We even saw a few deer roaming around the grounds which added to the flavor. The sites were level and easily accessed. The only drawback was the almost non-existent WiFi outside of the office and some dust as their is no pavement. The WiFi issue could easily be cured by changing the placement of the antenna on the office but the owner is aware of this. There is no local TV reception at the campground but that is not why you go there. All said, a more idyllic setting would be hard to find.

We stayed here during the Tulip Festival and were pleasantly surprised. This is a great rv park with excellent free WiFi, level sites, security cameras, paved roads, good cable and was clean. The low rates are an incentive to spend a few bucks at the Casino but that is part of the fun. (The Casino is clean, well ventilated and appears to be well run.) Some good comedy acts appear here. The Casino also has good food at reasonable prices. You get a discount book for the Casino at check-in with discounts for food, gambling, etc. We enjoyed our stay and will return again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful here. The sites are nearly all on the waterfront with spectacular views of the Hood Canal. The sites all have concrete pads with grass areas. Wi-Fi is free and great! Very clean laundry and washrooms with tubs and even towels are supplied. The cable signal is great with many channels. The only drawback is the road noise otherwise I would have given this a 10. Lots of local shops and restaurants with fabulous seafood. A Super Wal-Mart is only 9 miles away for just about anything. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautifully maintained with tall trees around and in the park. There are lots of hand carved figures decorating the campground and a play area for the kids. They have a small store with general sundries and dvd's and video's for rent. Propane is also available. Lots of small birds and the odd chipmunk. WiFi is free but very slow. The washrooms and showers were very clean with unique and interesting wallpaper in the laundry room (you'll have to see...). The park is within walking distance of Elwha Dam which apparently is going to be the first dam in the US to be taken out and returned to a salmon spawning river. The walk to the dam is only for the physically fit as it is quite steep however you can drive. There is some traffic noise as the park is not far from the highway but not bothersome. This park is within easy driving distance to a lot of the local attractions. We would stay here again.

The owners were very friendly and helpful here. The campground has beautiful flower gardens and is right across the street from a little shopping mall that has a Ace hardware store, clothing store and grocery store. There is even a concrete area with basketball hoops. Wi-Fi is free and is quite good but is probably only available in the section nearest the office. The park runs in a strip with easy access for big rigs. All sites are level with the ones near the office being gravel and the ones further back grassed. The only drawback is that on the other side of the the street are older, run down mobile homes (area is not owned by this park) but we didn't notice any issues. There is some traffic noise from Hwy. 101 but the traffic thins at night. This park is about 12 miles from Rialto Beach which is just gorgeous! A definite must see. As a note keep an eye out for the sign as our gps (Garmin 330) had the wrong coordinates and put us about 1 1/2 blocks away. We were a bit concerned from earlier reviews but glad we picked this one. We enjoyed our stay and would stop here again when traveling this way.

Friendly on check-in. Did not see any staff for the three days we stayed here. An older campground that used to be a Coast Guard station years ago. Most sites have a view of the ocean with some sites right on the ocean. Picnic tables only availble to the sites that are on the ocean. Sites are reasonably level gravel. WiFi is available for a fee and not the best with access problems at times. A nice walkway along the beach for the length of the park. The best features are that the park is within a couple of blocks of Port Townsend and has a great view. Port Townsend is a great town with lots of restaurants and shops aimed at tourists. This park used to be much nicer with gardens along the beach front but have been left to grow over with weeds. We would stay again for the view and location.

We stayed for three days and used this campsite as a home base for exploring the area. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The sites are clean and mostly level with easy access. Cable and WiFi are included in the rate and the cable signal is one of the best we have had while camping. The WiFi works well with only a minor access problem on Sat. morning probably due to the high volume for the ISP. The campsite is well maintained and even has a few bunnies around in the mornings and evenings. The campsite is quiet both during the day and night. Seems to be quite a lot of units that were staying for extended periods but nothing junky. All in all we found this to be a great park.
