This park is in the process of changing ownership. The new owner was on-site and said they will be improving and expanding the RV park. The RV park is well situated in the center of town, right across the street from the city park which has a playground and tennis courts. There is a restaurant, gift shop, and grocery store right there. The 9 hole golf course is just down the street. The RV park has a large green lawn running the length of the park so each site backs up to trees and grass. The sites are gravel and had plenty of room for our 40' fifth wheel. Although we did have to unhitch to fit we were able to park our HDT right in front of our site. There was plenty of room to maneuver the rig into the back in site. The wifi was not working while we were there but the new owner intends to get it up and running soon. The park is clean and well maintained and is pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful.

The sites are paved with a patio and picnic table. The park is beautifully landscaped with lots of green lawn and trees. There are hiking trails that are great for walking the dog. The WiFi was spotty, sometimes it worked great, other times it was slow. The pool is free for resort guests and there are good golf deals to be had. They have a free shuttle service if you want to golf or go to the lodge. The entrance is a hair tight for a big rig but we made it in with no trouble. Plenty of room to maneuver once in the RV park. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

What a pretty park. Lots of grass and shade trees. Right off the highway but very quiet. No problem maneuvering our big rig. Our site was plenty long, one of the only ones we've been in that we didn't stick out at one end. Showers are clean and plenty of hot water. There is a large grassy dog walk area. Wi-Fi was good. Would stay here again. Price reflects military discount.

Convenient to freeway but quiet. Easy to maneuver a big rig. Our site was level and had a small shade tree. Showers could use some updating but are clean with plenty of hot water. Staff is super nice and helpful. WiFi was good. We would stay here again. Price reflects Escapees discount.

What a pretty park with a spectacular view of Mt. Grant. Sites are paved with some trees and grass for landscaping. Easy to maneuver a big rig. Convenient to highway but quiet. Wi-Fi was good. Lots of open area around the park to walk the dog. The showers were clean with plenty of hot water. The laundry room was spotless. We would stay here again and want to come back for a longer stay to explore the area.

Convenient to highway but quiet with room to maneuver a big rig. Park is a paved lot close to the casino. Showers are clean and plenty of hot water. Casino has a buffet – small but the food was better than expected. Wi-Fi was good. The dog area is tiny but there is a large vacant lot just across the street where the dog can walk around. Great for an overnight stop. We would stay here again.

Convenient to freeway but quiet. Easy to maneuver a big rig. Our site was level and had a small shade tree. Very nice showers are in a private room with toilet and sink and are clean with plenty of hot water. Staff is super nice and helpful. There are 2 dog runs and just outside the park is plenty of room to take the dog for a walk. Wi-Fi was good. We would stay here again. Price reflects Escapees discount.

Convenient to freeway. Easy to maneuver a big rig. Super-size sites are level, spacious and have a patio with picnic table and privacy fence. Showers are clean and plenty of hot water. Laundry room looks really nice. Staff is very nice and helpful. The location is stunning, right at the base of PIcacho Peak. Just outside the park is plenty of room to take the dog for a walk. There is a charge for Wi-Fi but we were at the end of the row and got the free Wi-Fi from the truck stop. It worked fine. We have stayed here before and would stay again. A great park. Price reflects Escapees and off-season discounts.

This is a great place with clean restrooms, well kept grounds, and laundry room. The staff is helpful and friendly. The park is close to restaurants and shopping. There is a golf course right across the street. There is also open BLM land right across the street. Your dog will love running off leash there. You can hike, bike, 4-wheel, or ride your OHV and enjoy the high desert scenery. We will definitely stay here again.

The park is lovely with lots of trees. The bathrooms are clean. The staff was friendly but they messed up our reservation. The place felt a little crowded and even though there are walking paths, they aren't long enough to exercise a high-energy dog. The rate was too high for us since we didn't use the pool or other amenities.

I don't understand the negative comments about this park. We've been coming here for eight years and the owners and staff have always been friendly and helpful. We love this park. The sites are level and shaded by large pine trees. The restrooms and shower are spotless. You can walk to the river. There is also a hiking trail that goes for 42 miles along the river. We can let the dog off-leash on this trail so she can run and explore. You can hike, bicycle, drive, 4-wheel, or ride your OHV in the most spectacular scenery on earth. There are lakes and the river for swimming, boating, and fishing. There is food and gas in Prospect and the historic hotel serves a delicious dinner. The park is family and dog friendly. It's quiet at night so you can rest up for the next day's adventures. We look forward to coming here every year.
