Decent park, lots of activities in the park even in April. Most of the access roads are gravel and some are washed out. We had trouble getting in and out of our site because of drop offs from the site to the access road. There were a few sites that would be big rig friendly, but most where not 35' friendly. Sites are also unlevel. We had to block up the rear tires quite a bit to keep from lifting them off the ground with the jacks. Decent park I suppose, just a few FYIs for you.
The campground was difficult to get into with a tight turn, steep drop and narrow bridge. We were unable to enter or leave the campground without blocking under the rear wheels of the motorhome (2002 34' Georgie Boy - Ford Chassis) to keep from dragging the rear. There is only one site that has 50 amp service, the rest are 15 amp. The campground is not maintained as shown in the pictures on the web site and the angles hide the commercial cable company that seems to be located in the campground with their work trucks and equipment. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will not stay here again.
The campground was very well decorated for Halloween. It was very crowded with many sites exceeding the allowed number of campers/tents/cars per site. The sound of the interstate was a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker. I saw very few level sites, we had to block up the front tires to keep from lifting the front wheels when leveling. The water spigot was more the 50' away (took 3 hoses). Overall very clean, the staff was friendly and I would stay here again.
