Beautiful, new park. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. The only reason for the 9 rating, instead of 10, was that there was fairly significant traffic noise at the least expensive sites ($55) on the last row, near Highway 98. The more expensive sites (1st row on Santa Rosa Sound) are truly beautiful. All in all, this is an excellent park - highly recommended.
This is an excellent park that is meticulously maintained. Spotless facility with super clean sites, restrooms, laundry, pool, clubhouse and shower facilities. A bit pricey ($39 per night average during our 8 night stay), but you get what you pay for. Quite frankly, about as good as it gets for an RV park.
Very nice, hospitable owner. Level, limestone pads at most sites. Serene scenery on webpage depicts area adjoining RV park - depicted area not really visible from the RV park. Many full time residents. Park was clean and quiet during our 3 day stay. Certainly not a resort, but good enough for a short stay. For the money, tough to beat this little park if you have business in the Tyler area. No problem at all with access roads. Price reflects Good Sam discount. We would stay at this park again, if in the area.
Easily accessible pull through, black-top sites, though, side to side, sites are somewhat tight with little room to park vehicle next to trailer. Lots of fulltimers, though staff is very nice and grounds are very clean. No shade at all at sites, but, again, sites are very clean. Did not use showers or bathroom, so I can't comment on those facilities. Quiet nights for my 2 day stay: no road noise. Very adequate for short stay. Rate reflects Good Sam discount.
Beautiful, generally well kept park. We stayed in Lakeview section. Sites are well spaced, but somewhat small. We were in a 3023 Trailmanor so we did not have maneuvering problems, but would expect large motorhomes, 5th wheels and travel trailers to have some problems maneuvering in and out of sites. Used showers one day (Monday) only and it was dirty. Otherwise, very pleasant park and pleasant stay. Full hook-up rate is $22 per day, PLUS a $3 per person per day charge.
Previous reviews are accurate. An adequate park for a short stay. Mostly full timers here. Upkeep of park could be greatly improved. Website photos flatter this park much more than does reality. Excellent, though nondescript, Mexican restaurant right next to park. Be very careful of unmarked speed bumps when entering and exiting park. Cable TV was not working during our stay.
We camped here for one night on the way to Branson. Excellent campground for that purpose. Beautiful setting abutted by a Lake and golf course. Abundant deer roam freely on the edges of the campground. Clean and well kept. Only cons are no sewer hook ups and no cable. However, for a one night stopover, it is about all one could ask for.
Friendly, clean, convenient campground located about 2 miles from the strip. Sites are somewhat close together and slightly unlevel, but no more so than most of the other campgrounds in this area. Good discount prices on many show tickets. Very clean laundry room. We visited many of the other well known campgrounds in and around Branson while here and America's Best Campground, overall, would be our first choice. We will stay here again.
Very nice campground. Host campers were very nice and accommodating. Campground was quiet, and the site was limestone and level. Good, clean hook-ups. I would definitely camp here again if in the area.
