A nice overnight CG not far off I-95. Very clean. Campsites were adequate size and lots of shade. Wi-Fi was free and worked good. Very pleasant here. Only issue is the price. $40 is too much for an overnight spot in our opinion.

A nice overnight CG off I/95 @ exit 98. Use to be a KOA. New owners are putting their heart and soul into improvements. Widening many sites. Free WiFi that works great - even in the sites along the back. Only reason we don't rate it higher is the noise from I/95 is really loud and just a few sites are full hookup & 50amp. Perhaps in time they will resolve this. The view of the lake is very beautiful.

Great park - we stayed 1 night on our way home - on what they call a Super site - meaning it had full hookups, paved lot and a stamped brick patio with nice patio furniture. Plenty of space between our neighbors. Best KOA we've every stayed in. Tons of things for kids to do...though the park was fairly empty duing our weekday stay. The staff was very friendly. They deliver your firewood to your site. WiFi access through Hotspotzz - 5.95/24 hour. We would stay here again.

We loved this park! It is a Passport America & Good Sam park, so we got a discount on our stay. Stopped here on our way home expecting to stay 1 night, but decided to stay 2 because it was so pleasant. Very large, heavily wooded campground and plenty of space between sites in the area we stayed. Access road is tight and a challenge, but we made it fine with our 40' Motorhome towing a Jeep. Just need to go slow. We stayed in site 408 the first night and 601 the second night. Both were great sites, level with 50 amp. We did not check out the restroom/showers as no need to. The campground store has very cute decorating accessories, unusual to see this. DH went to Lewisburg (5miles) to pick up some groceries and said it was a very quaint town with shops. If we had more time, we would have stayed longer.

Very large campground. Some sites heavily wooded and others with a direct view of Lake Huron. Very close to all the tourist spots in downtown Mackinaw City including ferry access to Mackinac Island. Sites for larger rigs near the lakefront are very small but what a great view. Nice long lawn area to take a lawn chair or fly a kite. We wanted to have a campfire: but would not consider it as we did not feel it would be safe being so close to our neighbors. Neither the store or the internet cafe was open during our stay. We assume these amenities were not available after Labor Day, however the rates remained the same. It was very quiet during the day and at night.

This was a nice overnight stop for us on our way to Mackinaw City. We stayed in site number 14. A large part of this campground consists of permanent park model units - a majority of them seemed fairly new nice with nicely kept lawn areas surrounding them. There is a lot of traffic noise during the day and early evening, however at night it was not that bad. A train went by twice. Once around 10 p.m. and again in the morning before noon. Neither the traffic or train noise prevented a good night sleep. We used their WiFi and it worked great. We could not get our satellite connection to work, so we paid for cable access which cost an extra $3. Beautiful flowers. We would stay here again.
