We enjoyed our stay at Pecan Park and met some people who will be our friends forever. The road into the park is kind of scary - but the entry to park is nice. I loved the indoor pool, which I used everyday. We stayed for five weeks and we will return.
Clean park and friendly staff. Many Winter Texans who have been returning for years. Rockport is a fun little town on the Gulf of Mexico. Prices are great for things to do in the area. Rockport really caters to their Winter Texans. We may retire to this community. We would return again.
Beautiful park and friendly staff. We stopped in March and the park was just getting started for the season. We spent a month in a pull thru on Grand Lakes. Every night we enjoyed a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the lake. I encourage anyone in the area to stay at Cedar Oaks. We will be back again.
Very well kept park. Concrete pads and not many trees. Good Internet and Cable connections. Located on Interstate 40 and close to Camper World, if needed. Ask to be parked away from Interstate - some noise. Very friendly staff. We will return.
Beautiful park along Mississippi River, just north of Bellevue. We have stayed here a few times and each time we have found it a wonderful place to park. There is a marina and a great place to eat at Spruce Creek Restaurant. We will return.
This is a small beautiful and quiet state park with gravel, and level sites. The Dyas Unit has 45 camping sites (31 with electrical hookups with 30/50 amp), very clean restrooms and showers and dump station and water stations in the park, but not at sites. The campground is in the Dyas unit at 21466 429th Avenue Bellevue, IA 52031. Sixteen dollars is for electric sites; $11 for non-electric. The park manager and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The state park allows you to stay 2 weeks. WE WILL RETURN.
