Friendly helpful staff, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The guests are the most friendly we have ever experienced. A great place for one night, a week vacation or spending the season.

We enjoyed our visit very much. We stay at Scenic Hills when we visit Ohio Amish country. The sites are nice size an can accommodate big rigs. A great place to stay and see all Ohio Amish country has to offer.

Very rude staff, campground is not as portrayed on their web site, dog kennel was a muddy cage under a tree, we stayed one night then paid $10.00 per day cancelation fee ($70.00) just to get away.

Pros - This campground is owned and run by a wonderful young couple working very hard to build on and improve their campground. Sites have either a view of or are on a very nice 9 acre lake. Great for overnight or relaxing vacation in Indiana countryside. Cons - The campground has tight turns getting into sites. We camped in a 36' fifth wheel and were OK larger rigs beware. Summary: New larger sites are being built to accommodate larger rigs available spring '08 large rigs should call ahead. If you like to fish and camp you will like this one !
