This is a ownership park that does rentals. It is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are the best. Has activities everyday. We were here over Memorial Day Weekend and they had a Luau complete with pig roast and a Elvis impersonator for entertainment. I highly recommend staying here.
This has the possibility of one day being a fairly nice park. The site we were given was not really great for a 40' motorhome w/toad. The turning radius was way to short. Not level! Pull through right onto the main road - very bumpy. The power was the lowest amps we have ever encountered! $3.00 p/n for cable that was only about 10 channels, this should be free! Owners were very friendly. Wi-Fi was good once you could get connected. OK for overnight.
Roads and sites are gravel but mostly level. Pull through sites face Eagle Lake. Boondocking sites available for $10 per night. Very friendly owner who occasionally hosts wiener roasts, pot lucks etc. Laundry facility and small rec. room open during business hours only. One of the best unknown gems in Eagle Lake and the cheapest! Monthly rate only $260 + electricity. A great place to stay for touring the Enchanted Circle and surrounding areas.
We stayed here two nights. Very friendly couple that runs the campground. Nice laundry. A great overnight spot. Situated right on old Route 66. About four miles from the small town of Shamrock. Would stay here again.
This park is very clean with spacious sites. Located on river with several river view sites. Others have complained about the sawmill across the river but we haven't heard anything. Friendly staff. Same problem as any RV park that allows dogs - some owners think the pick up after your dog rule does not apply to them. The staff does come and clean your site if you tell them. They also "blacklist" those who they can identify as the culprits. Very popular park in season - need reservations. Would come here again!
Would not stay here again. Voltage very low, no sites with full hook ups and cable - you have to choose between sewer or cable. Wi-fi is a joke. There are two wi-fi units, one in office and one in private home (owners) so if you are more than 300-400 feet away, forget getting any signal. Owner yelled and cursed at our neighbor for having their dog tied to tree on their lot while they were outside. The work campers were nice and friendly. We were told that the owner was making improvements - we didn't see any. KOA should pull their franchise from this park.
There is no cable TV at the "transit" sites. The Wifi is iffy, sometimes it works, sometimes it don't. Manager is hard to reach as she works out of the home and is not always there. Laundry room was very dirty! Sites are adequate and large enough for slides. Mostly full time resident sites and they are in and out, stirring up dust. New gravel laid on road in back but not in transit area so there are a lot of pot holes. We stayed for two weeks, one of which we were on a cruise. Great place for parking your rig if you are going on a cruise from Vancouver, but I wouldn't come to camp here.
Stayed overnight at this campground. Would like to have had more time here since the water park is included in the price of camping. The campground is very clean with level sites. This is a Passport America Campground. Friendly staff.
This campground is located off I-81. Not a bad overnight stop, but would not recommend this campground for anything else. Lots of permanent sites that were trashy. The primary road into campground is closed due to a bridge being washed out in flood. Secondary way in is a very, very tight right turn. Some big rigs may not be able to manage the turn. Owner is not at all friendly!
Stayed here for six nights. Very friendly staff. Mostly overnight and weekend campers. Some monthly sites available. Campground is kept very clean. Campstore with limited supplies and pricey. Quiet atmosphere with very little noise from I-95. Would come here again.
