One of the nicest and cleanest commercial RV campground we have seen so far. Spacing between sites was good, and the hookups were in very good condition. Lighting was excellent throughout the entire park. Each site has it's own picnic table. No trash to be seen anywhere, and even the trash cans themselves were hidden inside Rubbermaid box containers. The only downside is the lack of shade, as there are no large trees anywhere. Overall though, a great place to spend a day or two.
The best thing about this place was the friendliness of the staff. They were very easy-going, and seemed very willing to make their customers happy. Most of the sites are on concrete pads, but many are still grass/gravel. The trees are new and still small, so little to no shade. All the sites back up to a lake, so you can fish while sitting on your bumper. Spacing between sites is ok, and better than most others. There was no trash to be seen anywhere. The place is well off the highway, so no highway road noise. Overall, a perfectly adequate place to spend a few days while touring the area.
Sites were clean, as was the entire park. Staff was both friendly and helpful. Some sites were fairly close together, but overall decent spacing. Water/electric were on the wrong side on many of the sites, but our electrical cord was able to reach. I think that some of the sites would be difficult to back in a long motorhome because of the narrow road and the narrow pads. Lots of wildlife around, and lots of places to fish as well. Can highly recommend!
