KOA expensive! Nice campground with pond and pool. The kids in the campground seemed to really enjoy this campground. Sites were close together and gravel. Small patio areas. Paved roads. Owner is onsite and works hard to improve the campground. Staff is friendly. It is what it is. It is a nice campground, especially for kids but $58 for a campsite? Personally, that is a bit much for me. I'd stay here again in heartbeat for $35, but not what we, and the rest of the campers, paid. If you have kids (which we no longer do) and you can stomach the cost, I am sure they will have a blast.

Expensive. But then again, you expect that from KOA. Nice campground just 20-25 from Louisville and Bardstown. Paved roads gravel sites. Full hookups. Pool was nice and bathhouse/shower areas were very nice and clean. Last three years this campground has won a Presidential KOA award. Nice and helpful staff. We had a pull through site. It was a bit short but it was shaded!!! Here is the deal. This cost is too much for my liking but the wife loves the facilities and look of the campground. Guess who makes decisions in our family?

Had a campsite right on the Ohio River which was kind of cool. We watched the barges go by. That is the good. Fair amount of seasonals that pretty much keep to themselves. This place floods about every Spring and this year was worse than normal. They were still recovering. Very sandy sites. Bathhouse was so far away most campers either didn't use it (us) or drove up to it. Not close to anything. Paducah is 30 minutes away and a cool place to be on a Sat. night. Probably wouldn't stay here again but if want to just hang around a campsite and watch the barges or maybe do some fishing, this would be just fine. Quiet.

Pretty bare bones campground with super nice and helpful owners who live onsite. Gravel and grass. Bathhouse is somewhat on the "rustic" side but it was usually clean. Close to Mammouth Caves. Other than the caves, not much to do in the area unless your into go carts and zip line. Again, very nice owners and a very fair price (full hookup pullthrough site). It is what it is.

Small, older campground that is well kept and clean. Lots of shade and the lots are wide. Gravel roads and grass sites. Bathrooms were clean. Owner lives on site and is very friendly and helpful. Very quiet park. Not much to do in and around the campground, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is a great place.
